Its always something with the workers. I go and try to pick up my FEDex and Mr. Dubaah (?) asks for a tracking number. I only had my i.d. so he looks for it with my name. Comes back and says they don't have it. I go to my car and bring back my phone. I am trying to show him the tracking number from the phone. He insists on holding my phone. Finally I give it to him and say that I don't like people holding my phone. He allows a 5-second delay and says, "Huh?" I ignored him. He then repeats what I just said but in question form. I ignore him. He is doing all this extra reading to just take the tracking number. He lays the phone down and has the hardest time keying in my number. Finally, he verifies it is there. He and another lady go to look for it. She finds it. I said that it was right where he was looking before. He makes an excuse about the print was small and he read a different name. What a lame. Just apologize for taking me through it. He finally scans me out and tells me I am all done. On the other side, a lady is getting her passport pic taken, and it is right next to the chip stand. So I am waiting. He repeats that I am all done like he is rushing me out. I ignore him. The other lady looks at me, and I politely tell her that I want some chips but to please finish with the customer. I get my chips and go. Unprofessional, passive aggressive and rude. I stopped going here 2-3 years ago because of how disrespectful their head pharmacist, Charlie Nassar is. He made a mistake and refused to fill a legal prescription, even after he spoke to my doctor who told him to fill it. Charlie then spoke in a rude/sarcastic manner to me. The weak-minded Charlie actually rolled up his sleeves as if he was about to do something. He then took it upon himself to write something on my prescription so that I would have to go back and get a new one from my doctor. A person like Charlie Nassar should not allowed to be involved with anything that has to do with health or well-being of one's life. Not only is he one of the most incompetent pharmacists in the medical field, he is an overall awful person. If Charlie Nassar is on duty, I strongly suggest that you avoid using this pharmacy at all costs. Please note that the other Pharmacists are actually really good, competent, and kind unlike him, so don't hesitate to use any of them. read more

I've been coming here multiple times, mostly for some pantry-related items and essentials whenever they were on sale, and those sale prices were super. The employees here are nice as well. Never had an issue with the pharmacy at all whenever I needed prescribed medication, which is cool. It's always worth coming back here for anything that's on sale! read more

This place came in clutch! I normally go here just for the Redbox, but I was close, in need of almond milk, and didn't want to go to the supermarket and be tempted to buy the world. Went inside to the well kept store, and found my vanilla almond milk...... ON SALE!!! Also found my favorite platanos chips and picked up some shower gel as well. The way a store looks is a reflection of how management view their customers. Walgreens in Plainfield on South Avenue have NO respect for their customers and the neighborhood. The parking lots has been filthy for days. It's a shame because the cashiers are helpful and courteous however if I pull up in that parking lot is nasty I am not coming in. read more

This Walgreens is NOT open 24 hours and the listing says 24/7. They open at 7am weekdays. Was very annoyed about this inaccurate information. I am visiting Plainfield and not a local. I needed to get in and out to avoid the work traffic so it really sucked that I had to wait! read more

The store itself is pretty clean, but they need to hire more staff. Not sure what time of day the below writer went in, but this place always has a line. Pharmacy is always backed up and for non RX's the line is sometimes halfway to the photo department. I only come here because it is close to my house and they have drive thru, which is easier when I have my son with me who is autistic, but it is a wait for that too... I consistently find the staff friendly, and I am always delighted with the pharmacy. I have found all of the pharmacy staff polite and helpful, and in particular Charlie the pharmacist is an amazing multi-tasker. I have had good experiences there every time I have gone, as far as needs for a Walgreens go, and enjoyed my interactions at the pharmacy. read more
