I purchased tires from MN Maple Grove Costco for my SUV a few years ago and I don't drive much. The second tire rotation I had done in 12/2025; As soon as I got my car back I noticed a vibration through my brake pedal every time I applied my brakes which wasn't there before the Costco service was done. Tried bringing it back in to inquire, but due to Xmas the warehouse was a madhouse so I gave up after scheduling appointment and waiting in line an unreasonable amount of time. So many people because Costco rocks, but no so for me with this tire rotation. I put up with this very concerning vibration in my braking until my next visit to my dealer for oil change and inspection. The inspection found the problem. The problem? 2 warped rotors. I find it hard to understand even 1 warped rotor by someone who should know their job before they ever touch your car, but 2 warped rotors?! That's amateur night. Even if I had waited the probably hour in line back in 12/2025 right after they did this damage to my car, they probably would have denied it anyway. I'm now out over 500$ to have these 2 rotors turned (something Costco doesn't do.) One of them actually tried to tell me that you can warp your rotors by driving through a puddle and that was before I even discovered that my rotors had been warped by these grease monkeys. It's like somebody was trying to cover their tracks before they were even discovered. That just left me totally disgusted. Like I said I love Costco, but I'm not going to give any positive feed back on something like this. If I could rate them a zero I would. A big fat zero. Sorry Costco you totally screwed up here. I thought I was saving money with WOW no cost tire balance and rotation, but now I have a $500 bill to pay for rotor repair. I didn't save a dime with Costco with this fubar.

If you know what to look for, they have amazing deals on wine/liquor, easily some of the best value around. Over the last year, they really upped their game in the bakery department, and especially great for hosting or having extra treats on hand. One heads-up about the parking lot: if you're getting gas, don't try to cross at the main stop sign. There's a much easier way to loop left and come around the back, which saves a lot of time and frustration. Once you know it, it's a game changer. I also love getting gas here because the savings really add up. Pro tip: use the Costco app. It makes things quicker and helps you keep track of deals. They also regularly have great gift card deals like (Uber, Top Golf, local restaurants), usually $15-25 off, which is an easy win. Plus their pharmacy is always way cheaper than I've found elsewhere. Busy like any Costco, but worth it every time.

The quality is between dollar store and department store (like target/walmart). This location does not have self check out but the staff were friendly and ready to check us out as we approached. If you don't give me a unit or something that qualifies the entire meaning of your brand, I won't get it. This Five Below is a five-minute drive from the hotel. I decided to check it out. There is a lot of parking in front of this store. It's next to Ulta Beauty. I backed my car into a spot with flurries happening and walked in. It occurred to me that it's like an upscale dollar store, except that most items are $5 or less. There are exceptions, though. You can get a record player (some don't get record, but understand vinyl) for under twenty dollars, for instance. The best find was seeing Squishmallows plushies going for $5 each. OMG! So cheap. So cute! I picked up a penguin and a koala. I saw Squishmallows as headphones. They looked cool, but it made me wonder how on Earth you clean them when they get dirty. If you like candy, there's a sugar rush section. Highly deadly. I loved seeing pizza candy and M&M's. There is a lot to look at in this store. You can get graphic t-shirts for $5 each. The Play-Doh Fun Factory reminded me of the Play-Doh Fuzzy Pumper Barber Shop that I had as a kid. You basically create hair or fur for your characters with the Play-Doh, and you can style it. It brought back fond memories. And, no, I did not get the Fun Factory! I saw Ice Cubes gum and got a container of raspberry sorbet. I love this gum so much. I would have rated this place higher until I went to pay for my items. There were two females staring at their phones and chatting. One of them eventually helped cash me out. I had placed my mittens and phone on the lower right corner of a rather large counter. She placed my two Squishmallows and gum in a bag. She pushed the bag all the way forward such that my phone dropped onto the floor. I was not impressed. I made it clear to her that she had pushed my phone onto the floor. Had I had not explicitly let her know, she wouldn't have known. First, the counter had a lot of space. Why push the bag like that? Leave it in the middle of the counter or something. Second, I am not an American with a phone from a US carrier. Had my phone died from this fall, I'd have to get a new one. Expensive and complicated. Thankfully, my phone still worked. Her ridiculous action would have been the equivalent of my pushing the payment kiosk towards her and having it land on the floor. It was such a weird, unexpected action on her part. I'd return again because the merchandise is cool. If you put stuff on the counter, don't. You are at risk of having a careless staff member push your belongings onto the floor for no sound reason other than carelessness and stupidity. (14)

The kids wanted shoes and watches so really there were a few customers about 20 or 25. Anyways we made to the shoe department, and we started with the girls and of course my husband he needed help anyways we got all the girl's shoes and I mention to my husband we need a buggy so I found one took me a few minutes when I turned around and I see this guy starry at me did not think nothing of it. So, I went where my husband was put all the boxes of shoes in buggy and we started with the boy's shoes all of sudden I see the same guy again I told my husband we are being watched by this fake security guy he goes yea I know. So pretty much mush we were being followed. This guy was like a leash So, we were done in this department, and we took the elevator down to go get the great grand baby clothes and watches for the kids then my husband tells me there's another fake security guy on your left I said what the effing shit it this. This was the most uncontrollable experience that we ever had we are in our 60s what the hell we don't have to steal we have jobs. These two idiots they were like LEASHES. At one point i was going to say something but I would be wasting my time. Then we go to cash out and there's no cashiers in front or the back we had to go to the Sephora makeup area oh my goodness, :( Let me give you a tip on your security have them dress neat clothes and not walk like clowns. This store still is missing items, as are the other Trees, so that's a normal situation. I no longer mind some of the messy shelves because there just aren't enough employees to keep up with customers who sort through items and throw on the wrong shelve or floor. There were many boxes on the floor pushing out to a walking zone.
