    Its walmart. It's cheap. Its dirty most likely. There a baby crying or a few. A lot of stuff everywhere. Self check out is always nasty. Dont put your things down when ringing them up. Avoid the dirty sticky left over meat juice infested stations. Other than that. Hell its walmart. In and out.

    I have been coming to walmart since forever yest sh*tty place but eh sometimes I need cheap This walmart has always been dirty even with the remodel and honestly I miss the old walmart the one that when you walked in had MC DONALDS mmmm! I like how they have more Mexican eat selection here which is cheaper than actually going to a Mexican shop to buy it! there is not much to say its a ghetto walmart employees are rude mean ignorant The express line only accepts cash! its dirty dusty smelly and theres interesting weird looking people here I like to go at midnight when no one is here and I can shop at peace

    Such a better shopping expirience since the remodel. Easy parking, clean and well stocked. Probably the best one in the cities.

I simply could not get the transfer code from Xfinity for my paid-off iPhone 13ProMax THAT DAY so Ron said, "let's just swap out a phone for you." And it was a standard iPhone 14, (much poorer camera features.) I put it on auto pay, and come to find out, I'm stuck with a three-year contract. Two years into it I still owe $1000. I am visually impaired, as I told them at the time - it was obvious. Ron said, "it's the best deal you can get," and his rude boss, Reid, finally getting back to me, belligerently kept saying "you signed a contract." He had no compassion for a mentally and physically impaired senior. If Ron Mills is working at this store that day you want to set up a business account, DON'T, find another location if you want to get a business account. MoA website says 9:00 PM. We got to the store at 8:30 PM and the doors were locked. There was an employee helping someone else who looked up and tapped his watch as to say they were closed. We tried to explain we only needed a charger and he completely dismissed us as if we weren't even standing there. So unprofessional. Horrible customer service. I would give them a 0 if I could.

Now I know what you are thinking, I didn't have a choice of locations. I did. Three years ago for a different phone, they took care of me. With that said, I am happy to say this was my second satisfied experience. This location is north of HYW494 in a court of shops, businesses, and restaurants on Lyndale Avenue. My phone is complicated, so normally these questions are asked. Did you drop your phone? No. Was it dropped in a liquid? No. Was there anything you did to break your phone? No. It was simple, my screen cracked about 1 inch from the bottom of the fold of the phone. After filing my claim and taking it to be fixed, the uBreakiFix team confirmed the status of my phone and said this would be taken care of. I know this was a long-winded story to make sure John and Christian (uBreakiFix experts) are taken care of. Because of them, my experience was spectacular. They were kind, patient, thorough, experienced, etc. Also, they sent me a personal text with the status of my phone and when it was fixed. When I arrived to pick up my phone, they were happy to see me and explained what they did to fix my screen. I know this sounds unreal. Why would they show so much care? I don't know.     Bought a new cell phone with offer of a free watch I didn't ask for. (My dad used to tell me…read morenothings free and I'm beginning to agree with dad.) Taxed on the free watch, lol. When I left the store staff stated she was going to bring paperwork to me while I waited outside the store, got crowded inside. She came out but didn't bring the papers with her. Next day I called the store asking my paperwork emailed told no can do. I needed to go into any T-Mobile for the papers. I returned to MOA store where smart aleck Kevin gave me the run around, and zero papers. Today I returned everything to same store only to be told I have a restocking fee to pay. Because I wasn't told about the fee I refused. Staff with long face and then went to help other shoppers. Had to get up in there insist she finish helping me, as she gave me the speech about having to help these people blah blah blah I told the couple, "Be careful", and sat back down. Now her face was really hanging. But I received a full refund. Push back. Remember to get your paperwork and don't sign anything. If told of the restocking fee I wouldn't have bought the phone. I'm long time customer of T M never experienced anything like this before. Greed the drive of terrible service.

A very short, heavy set white young girl Approached me and was very rude. I was wearing a mask and a face shield, even though I have medical clearance that I did not need to wear anything I still did. She approached me and told me not to wear the face shield over my mask. I told her technically because of my medical clearance from the state of Minnesota with the governor's approval I did not need to wear anything but I was still wearing a face mask plus the shield. I was going in there to not only upgrade my phone but to buy an ear piece as well. Because she embarrassed me so much and was extremely rude I walked out of the store and I will never use you guys again. I went over to the Amazon store and they were OK with me wearing the extra protection plus my face mask. In fact they were overly nice to me I spent $250 to buy the beats earpieces. This is Amazon's gain and T-Mobiles lost due to your customer service ability lacking respect for the customers. Someone NEEDS to reach out to me about this!!!
