Luke Pingitore was my salesperson, and took the time to compare my tire choice against several others both in stock and special order. What I was really impressed by was the fact that he could fire through that computer program like Neo, and he was never pushy about getting me away from the tires I wanted. He said that they were available for transfer from another location, so I ordered them and paid in full. At around 3pm, just as he told me, he called and said the tires arrived. My son and I drove up and waited less than 45 minutes as they took my old tires off, buffed the back of the rims, and installed my new tires. These guys were extremely busy, but as I watched the crew through the glass, they communicated well and worked as a team on my tires and another customer's. My boy and I were sitting out under the trees on the grass when they finished the last tire, and I received a text that my car was done. We went inside, they pulled my car up, and we were on our way with a nice thank you brochure in the passenger seat with my 10-year warranty/repair info. Super easy, super fast Great job!

My Dad kept harping on me that my tires were going to dry rot off the truck and said I needed to check out Budget Tire (where my whole family, all of whom live downriver, go). The big tire store (also with initals BT) wanted at least $200 more for the SAME tires that I got at Budget Tire. And the manager, Rob, treated me right.
