My Dad kept harping on me that my tires were going to dry rot off the truck and said I needed to check out Budget Tire (where my whole family, all of whom live downriver, go). The big tire store (also with initals BT) wanted at least $200 more for the SAME tires that I got at Budget Tire. And the manager, Rob, treated me right. It's a hike for me to schlep downriver to get tires, but worth it for the cost break and personal treatment.

And like I said, the communication, service and setting of expectations was smooth all the way through from booking to confirmation to installation and payment. Better than what you expect...
