Once I was in the lane, I was pleasantly greeted and asked a few questions regarding my mileage, oil preference, etc. Just FYI, Valvoline always has coupon codes for synthetic or conventional oil changes. Who doesn't like saving a little money lol! They also perform a maintenance check on your car as well, which is nice. In less than 20 minutes, my oil was changed and everything was complete. One of them even helped me reset my service light in my car, which I really appreciated. The staff are always extremely pleasant and friendly! I will definitely be returning for my next oil change!

I assumed a bent rim may be the culprit and brought it in around 12:45pm today to have it looked into. The fellas inside were nice enough and I was able to quickly give my info and drop off the key. I ran home and they called me about an hour later with a diagnosis of a blown tire. I had the guy quote me on several tires since they didn't have the exact match to my other three and settled on the mid-range replacement. Again, they called an hour later and said it was ready for pickup. I wanted to add a state inspection bc it's due this month but they said it's best to come early in the AM for that and I'll add an oil change as well. Their website has tons of info on it and you can browse around about the services and see if they have specials or coupons to apply to the work you're doing. They were able to quickly and easily take care of my problem for a fair price, so I'm pretty happy. Plus, it's only 5 minutes away.

Family member went to this business the other day and was rejected for their inspection for the…read morefollowing: Front tires too little tread - agreed the vehicles eats through tires and need to be replaced. Hood - vehicle dented from being in accident and inspector claims it doesn't close all the way. I beg to differ. The hoods closes and latches completely, doesn't shake, vibrate, and is unable to be open without a pull of the handle. So not sure how closed and latched it needs to be as according to the inspector manual it should have passed. The hood is partially dented and small gap created from accident three years ago was created over the front right head light. I shouldn't have to hit it with a hammer and bend it back. Plus it passed the last three years with the hood like this and once previously at this facility. Front right headlight not secured - well again front right corner involved in an accident. A bracket was created to secure the front right headlight to a rigid service, preventing it from being able to shake or move and is angles to proper beam direction in accordance with the inspectors manual. Again it passed the past three years ago exactly as I have it now. Lastly rear window tint bubbles - window was failed for having small bubbles in rear window. Again the window has passed the last five inspections like this and even once at this specific shop. So if this is the case all windows with illegal tint should fail to include all the trucks with the windshields as it prevents the driver from being able to see clearly and distorts their vision. I will replace the tires drive down the street to another facility and I guarantee they will pass the vehicle. Don't bring your vehicle here unless you have days on end to bring it back and forth. It's an inspection like chill out as if people can afford to lose time off of work for your nit picking especially when it complies with the vehicle inspection manual.

I brought my vehicle in for service, and what should have been a straightforward repair turned into a series of broken promises and wasted time. I was repeatedly told different times to pick up my vehicle, only for each "ready for pickup" time to pass with no call, no explanation, and no vehicle ready. Because of these constant delays and false assurances, I ended up missing a day and a half of work, costing me both time and income. Communication was poor throughout the entire process, and each time I tried to get an honest update, I was met with conflicting information from different employees. I expect transparency and accountability when trusting a business with my vehicle and my time, and Firestone failed on both fronts. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you value your schedule, your livelihood, and your peace of mind.

After all that, they straight up lied on my receipt stating they topped off all fluids. And I know this because I had a "no washer fluid" light on for months before going here. I turn my car on at the end of the experience, and I still have the "no washer fluid" on. So I press the button and no shock, there is no wiper fluid coming out. Shocker. So I tell the guy and he says pop the hood and fills it up. This leaves me with a hard time believing they filled the other fluids. They were so concerned with selling additional services, they didn't even do the one I paid over $100 for correctly. Why would I ever want to add more from you? Also - train your employees! They charged me $30 to look at t and provided an a free vehicle look over on other things. They let me know that it was indeed leaking and found an additional leak. They sent me a quote and I was flabbergasted at the price. The first original leak repair was quoted for $2,700. They did find another leak that would cost me an additional $1500 to repair . Way more than I was planning. I talked to a gearhead at my work and he said absolutely do not pay that. He said they do this to women, unfortunately. I talked to two other local shops who quoted me for everything on the original repair for $800 and $1100. Those quotes were for everything 17th Street was going to do for $2,700. I hate that companies do this. The icing on the cake was that when I drove my car home, I popped the hood and they didn't even attach the cover to the motor. It was just laying cockeyed on the top. It makes me question what else they didn't reinstall after looking over my car.

When I returned, they replaced only one front rotor under warranty. After a third visit for the same braking noise/vibration, I was told the problem was my rear brakes, even though those had been replaced only three months earlier at another shop. I then went to three independent shops, and all confirmed the real issue was a warped front rotor (the one not replaced the second time I brought it in). This should've been fixed the second or third time I brought it in. Instead they shifted blame to another shop, in which their work was confirmed to be fine. And for the price I paid, I shouldn't have had to bring it in multiple times for the same issue. Still after three visits and over $1,300 spent, my issue was still not properly fixed. The only good thing about this experience was that it was under warranty, and another shop was able to fix my brakes properly. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before trusting this shop, and if possible save your time and go elsewhere.

Never have I felt that I got a raw deal on a repair and that brings real peace of mind when I know I have to bring a car into the shop. Recently, my brakes were squeaking and I thought I was going to have to go in for a full brake job. But I got a call later in the day saying all they had to do was make a minor adjustment for the squeaking and that the brakes had plenty of life left in them. I mean, what mechanic does that kind of thing when they basically have a green light for an expensive repair? The answer: These guys! They even offer 10% discount on labor for service members.
