Big points: They realized I had had some previous work done on the cooling system (I had forgotten), so they didn't replace hoses, clamps or cap that were in good shape. I've been to other shops where they replace everything, no matter what, with argument to get money back. These folks were straight up with me. ABC did recommend a new thermostat which made sense. They were not so good on their time estimate, Which disrupted my schedule as I had to kill another hour waiting to complete. Keep that in mind and add some buffer. 3/9/23 UPDATE: I want to make clear how this business's…read moreresponse exemplifies just as I've said in the unprofessionalism and lengths they'll go through to paint a customer who tells the truth about their distasteful experience, as delusional. As you can see in my reviews, I do not go out of my way to paint businesses on a bad light and have great relationships with many Tucson organizations and businesses, as I really do want to shed light on great spots in Tucson. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM. I've stated nothing but truth in my post. Their statements in response are the opposite. False, blatant lies and unprofessional. So much so that it's not even worth addressing each one. This exchange should be all you need to see. Don't let this be you. Choose literally any other dealership to avoid this bad business. *One more thing I forgot to mention was about their We-O, not sure if that's how it's spelled but if you're buying a car from them you'll know what I'm talking about. They will tell you that if it's on there they will take care of the service. But be careful because they will actually prolong fixing it by telling you whatever they can, until they can tell you that "it's been so long, their no longer bound to that document." I would definitely suggest ensuring you love the car as is if you're going to make a purchase with this corrupt business man.

Justin is the guy you are going to deal with and he is super honest and knowledgable, and I swear they can figure out and fix anything. I have had my 2006 Silverado in trhe a couple of times as well as my 1997 Subaru Legacy. They quickly diagnosed the issues I was having and fixed them well and quickly. They use good parts and, my favorite thing about them is that they don't try to upsell you on a bunch of stuff. They will let you know if they find other things that need attention and give you a good honest opinion on the urgency of a repair. They are easy to miss since you can't really tell that its a garage from the front. In fact if it weren't for the guys at Chicago Music Store which is attached to the west end of the shop, I wouldn't have thought to go there. They told me that it is a very good auto repair shop, and they were nt wrong.

First I get the car and they say "we will get you a key fob no problem and we will call you." For the next six months my husband and I call about it and they have a new excuse each time. I'm SO nice and patient, I say "give the old man some time." I got this car and I kid you not, the VERY next day my rear bumper falls off on the freeway right away. Im a young woman with two toddlers driving 2 hours out of town all by myself! So i have to squeeze it in my trunk and pull off the next exit for zip ties in case anything else falls off. This isn't even the start. There were NO rear brake lights. I called them and brought the car back and the idiot mechanic had put the WRONG lights in originally! (If he didn't put it in, why didn't your mechanic check and make sure everything is how it is SUPPOSED to be before putting it on your sale floor and online?! They are that dumb or that much of a rip off? Which one? Both?) So I take the time out of my day off to sit in their office for TWO hours while his mechanic figures out what had happened and gets the correct parts finally. I was in SUCH a hurry to buy a car, they had sold me a car with a big crack on the windshield that goes from one corner to the other on the passenger side of the car. (Mind you, this, the rear brake lights AND the bumper can get these fools in HUGE trouble and WORSE, hurt others!) This piece of crap was over $5,000. 2009 Nissan Rogue. This is all the first WEEK of driving this. Yes, I still do NOT have a key fob. As to the other more recent one star review this trash place has, yep, BILL said very uncomfortable things to my husband and I as well. He was also bragging about how much he sells his old cars for too. He's VERY proud about that. Don't trust this place at all. He said "no problems for 45 years with the same owner" under the other person's review lol. Not even a sorry but more excuses, which is not surprising. How funny. Even if none of this happened, that is a lie. You can't make everyone happy even if you are perfect. So that statement right there is just covering up for the BS he knows is going on. Thank GOD, my brother is a REAL mechanic and car salesman in Los Angeles. It has been a NIGHTMARE YEAR with this car. It's not even that- in the past year we had to change all four tires, brakes, alternator, belt, and now my brother is saying the transmission. Leaking with cracks and a missing screw to hold it in place so it's shaking all crazy when we drive. I am a very trusting, kind and patient person. So this says a lot.
