Bought 4 brand new tires and they refused to install them! Bought them online, paid for the premium install, showed up early, the whole 9 yards. Then when I get to my appointment they tell me sorry we can't install these tires on your vehicle as they're different from what's on your vehicle. "We cannot modify your vehicle" is what they told me. The tires I had one are 35x12.5r17 and I bought to 35x10.5r17. The rims at 7" wide so that's not the problem. The manager told me to take the tires and rims off my vehicle myself and bring them back in. I do so and I'm then told that they can't install the tires onto the rims because they can't enter correct tire size into their system. How are they going to sell me a tire that they REFUSE to install? Sam's club would've had this done day one. The managers are a bunch of drones. Don't buy tires here. Thank you. read more

Walmart employees in the auto center need to pay attention when servicing vehicles. I had to take my SUV to dealership due to engine light. Found out there was no oil on my dipstick pluse 2 codes showed up during diagnosis. ASE tech stated to contact Walmart about his report. $600.00 total and manager in the quote center has a protocol for them to investigate when I have a report from the dealership. Please take your vehicles to qualified locations. Don't go the cheap route for any vehicle. read more

Brought in flat tire for a change for an appointmen, was barely given the effort to see what was going on as was told the tire wasn't the issue and the bent rim was, took it home shoved it in a pool and saw 0 air coming from the bent side, instead saw air coming out dead center of the tire with a fat crack on it, sat on the line with the desk for an hour just to be told to reschedule for later days and as it was, every single booking was taken up from the slowness and lack of proper software they use, i came in person to speak to the auto manager just for him to make everything worse, vented to me about the amount of work he had and he was alone (3 cars in the span of 4 hours) and told me "you either can book an appointment or sit with your car here for 3 hours thats it", this shop does oil change and tires, youd figure if your doing the same task over and over again for a living youd understand the sense of time read more

Management needs to step it up. Staff, techs and counter service have little support. They could not begin working on my car because there were not enough techs around at the time of my appointment. Also, I have to drive across town to another center for the job that was started here to be completed elsewhere because some equipment is malfunctioning and has not been repaired for weeks. Staff that was there did the best they could, however, the manager showed up and didn't even have the courtesy to speak to me directly, hiding somewhere in the back and making the techs who should have been working on cars explain to me that they couldn't finish the job. Lastly, the online system for booking appointments will book appointments for times when the service center isn't even open, so beware. read more

Parked and went in to ask for a tire repair. Was instructed to return to my truck and drive up to one of the three empty bay. After driving up was told by same worker they were booked solid and not taking any more customers today. Time 11 am on a Friday, all bays currently empty. read more

I go here for oil changes, primarily, and only when traveling out of state because the prices are almost half what they are at most oil change places for full synthetic oil change. They do other services but they don't always work on certain vehicles such as certain land rovers. read more

Took 2 hours to mount and balance 2 tires. I would not recommend taking your car here.

They did an ok enough job on our car's front tires. Not the best tires, but a decent price. They were installed properly and in a very reasonable amount of time. The employees were as helpful as can be expected of any other Walmart employee. Not a whole lot more to say. I would consider using this location again. read more

I went in for a BASIC oil change. I waited 30 mins for them to come back and say the mechanic declined my oil change due to a over torqued drain plug. Mind you, THEY performed my last oil change & the same mechanic had a stack of declined services for the day. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Her name is Christine and I must say she is very patient and helpful, there are times when people misunderstand each other and things can sometimes go in a bad direction and that can never be good when it comes to problem solving. I ordered tires online off Walmart's website. That part was easy. When I went down to have them installed I was met with hostility. First it took almost 30 min just to find my tire. Then when I told them I needed it installed they seem annoyed and told me to go in to the bay where the technicians are working and let them know. I told the older lady that seemed a little funky and she told me that my attitude seemed funky. I hadn't said or done anything to deserve that type of treatment. I then went out to the bay where there was a fence separating the techs from the customers. I stood there for 5 minutes before the same lady came out and with an attitude said "I told you to go in to the bay!" Now It has always been my understanding that you don't going in to a work zone. I let the lady know that I didn't appreciate her tone or service. I returned the tire and went to firestone where I was greeted kindly and everything was taken care of in the office. After we finished in the office I went out front to see if customers were allowed in the bays. They had big signs says no customers allowed. Way to go Walmart, you live up to your reputation. Do not get any work done at this Walmart. They do not deserve your business. read more

Its walmart , what do you expect . The employees do NOT get paid as much as the techs at firestone , goodyear , or discount tire yet expected to do the same job . I will gladly pay cash to a walmart auto tech under the table for the labor ( i pay walmart for the tires etc.) . then you get A++ service. learned this in NY years ago read more
