The busiest they've been while I've been there, I've still not waited more than 20 minutes. The usual is about 10 minutes. I've never had any issues so I'm not sure how they are about resolving any issues. However, they are always kind, courteous, and professional. They have a bathroom, a sink at the counter, usually fresh coffee (in the mornings that I've been) and the waiting room is always clean.

I'm 13 years old, and I was riding my electric bike. There was an open space through the oil change bays, and I thought I could ride through it to get to the other side. While I was there, I accidentally fell off my bike. An employee who had a beard and was wearing what I believe was a hat immediately started yelling, "Hey, hey, hey, what are you doing?" I was confused and replied, "Nothing." He then said, "This is a business." I told him that I was just riding through. Instead of calmly explaining the rules or asking me to leave politely, he told me to "get the **** out of here" twice. I was honestly shocked because I'm only 13 years old, and I didn't expect an adult to talk to me that way over what was just a mistake. I got back on my bike and left. As I was leaving, I said, "You weird, bro," and rode away. I understand that businesses have rules and may not want people riding through their service area. If that was the case, a simple and respectful explanation would have been enough. There was no reason to yell or use profanity toward a child. I hope management addresses how employees speak to people, especially kids. Being treated with respect goes a long way, even when someone makes a mistake. This experience left me with a very negative impression. Bad customer service and I was actually gonna ask him. I was thinking about it. They indicated they had time and off to work they went and I went to their very nice waiting room. The young man that waited on me, was super friendly and very helpful. At one point I walked out of waiting room and there was a lady there and she asked if I needed any help and had been waited on. After I told her my truck was already in the back, she asked if I needed anything or If something was wrong. Very tentative and customer service oriented there. They got done with my truck. I paid and while at the register, I asked if my locks had been put back in glove compartment. They said they would check and before they could a young man came from back and said I forgot these and handed to me. I noticed a wet spot under my truck and mentioned it to the young man checking me out and he came outside and crawled under my truck looked and confirmed it was water and not from my truck. While there I asked how the balance on the tires went he went and check with the crew and said it went well. He was such a big help and friendly from the moment I walked into the business. My first experience here is outstanding, i will be returning for my next oil change. One last item, the waiting room is the best. Comfortable chairs and a coffee bar. Outstanding. All they need is recliner and you could have a nap while you waited. lol

I have spent over $4k over several months for the same unresolved issue. First, they misdiagnosed it as a bad throttle body. Then later admitted it never need one. Next, they claimed it was the PCV valve, which they had already replaced two years prior. When that didn't resolve the problem, they said I needed a new water pump and hoses, which failed to resolve the issue. Finally, they told me I needed a $4500 head gasket repair. At that, point, I sought a second opinion at the dealership. Only to learn the problem stemmed from the previous work, which had not be done properly. I am a teacher who cannot afford to pay thousands of dollars for "guesswork." Despite multiple chances, the shop has not offered any refund or attempt to make this right with me. At this point, based on the actions (or lack there of) of this shop, I no longer believe this is a case of gross incompetence. I believe it was done with intentional deceit and I can't with good conscience recommend this place to anyone.
