When the car arrived without even seeing how nice the car was they said the offer expired and would only give me $85.00. I felt robbed I could not afford another tow back to my house. They took advantage of me.

My car is new, only 55k miles, and I ended up getting an oil system cleaner. When I looked it up, I found out I didn't actually need it unless my car had 100k miles or had poor maintenance--but I had just bought it from Enterprise. Other things they were offering, like a coolant flush, wouldn't have been due until 100k miles as well. So be warned and do your research so you don't get talked into buying something unnecessary. At this point, my car really only needed an oil change, an oil filter, and a cabin filter, but I was being offered services that aren't due until much later.
