Every time I go to this location I am always greeted by very friendly staff. Monique has been exceptional in her guidance for the yard.

Jeff, the young man greeting me was a very kind soul, and the service advisor Rob Silva had a great personality, was very helpful and upbeat. Not sure if my mileage will need me to come back before I head back south, but I do have one complaint. The cloth chairs gave me the heebie-jeebies. As a Neuro Spicy brained woman, I darn near see germs, and those fabric chairs against the window were borderline scary. Thankful there were plenty of other chairs. Facility however was clean, bathroom was especially clean with fresh clean smell, not toxic clean smell. Whew! Some scents are dizzying. Lastly, not a coffee drinker but do drink for pain and poured myself the Colombian. A tad week, but now I'm rambling on. I'm just spoiled by my SoCal Toyota. Overall great, but I took off a star because of those chairs Had time to test drive the 15K service

UPDATE AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE GENERAL MANAGER:…read more After posting my original review, General Manager David Ambrozevitch responded publicly and asked me to contact him directly so he could "better understand the situation and discuss any remaining concerns." I did exactly that. Unfortunately, the conversation only reinforced my original concerns. I explained what happened with the AI-generated email and the way the sales manager handled it. Instead of acknowledging that the communication was misleading or simply taking responsibility for how the situation was handled, I essentially received the same explanation I had already been given. I also felt his attitude was dismissive rather than genuinely concerned about resolving the issue. At that point, it became pretty clear to me that the problem wasn't just with one sales manager. Customer service and accountability start at the top. I also brought up something I hadn't mentioned in my original review. When I finally picked up the truck I purchased, the gas tank was essentially empty and the truck was only partially cleaned. There was still mud on the running boards and underneath the wheel wells. When I asked the General Manager about their policy, I was told they don't fill up used vehicles and that they wash them "to a degree." For a customer who just spent thousands of dollars purchasing a vehicle, I find that level of preparation and customer service disappointing. I told him that a 10-year-old could have done a better job washing the truck. I'm not expecting perfection, and I'm not writing this because I didn't get my way. I bought the truck. What I expected was basic professionalism, communication, accountability, and a vehicle that was properly presented when I picked it up. I gave both the sales manager and now the General Manager an opportunity to address my concerns. Instead of someone simply saying, "We could have handled this better," I received explanations and what I felt was a dismissive attitude. After speaking directly with the General Manager, I now understand where the attitude I experienced at the sales-management level comes from. It starts at the top. I stand by my original review

NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!…read more My car broke down while I was on a road trip and was towed to this dealership. Unfortunately, I was given a diagnosis that turned out to be completely incorrect. Based on what I was told, I was led to believe that repairing my car would cost thousands of dollars and that it was essentially not worth fixing. Because of that information, I made the decision to purchase a brand-new car. Since I don't live in the area, it took some time to get my original car back from the dealership. Once I finally had the car looked at by another mechanic, I was shocked to find out that the actual issue was simply a broken radiator cap which cost me 20 to fix. After that was replaced, the car was back in working order. Had I been given an accurate diagnosis in the first place, I would not have made the decision to purchase another vehicle. This mistake ultimately cost me 20,000 dollars. Unfortunately, my experience didn't end there. The dealership also performed a recall repair on the vehicle, but I was not given the documentation proving that the recall had been completed. I now need that paperwork in order to register/sell the vehicle, and despite contacting the dealership and asking them to send it to me, they have refused to mail it. Because I don't live nearby, I'm now being forced to drive 6 hours back to the dealership simply to obtain paperwork that should have been provided to me in the first place. The combination of the incorrect diagnosis, the financial consequences, and the lack of assistance afterward has been incredibly frustrating. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before trusting a diagnosis from this dealership, especially if you're being told your vehicle needs thousands of dollars in repairs.

I took my truck in for an oil change a couple weeks ago. After I picked it up I was getting code alert on my dash for engine air filter. I texted the dealership on the message thread I was using to communicate with the service center rep to let them know about the code being thrown right after I picked it up. There was no response from them. After I reached out to them again to fix the problem they proceed to tell me it was missing before because it shows it's missing in video from the oil change. Which is a literal 2 second video clip that you wouldn't be able to notice piece missing unless you pause the video and slowly go through it, and also no time stamp. Where's the before video? After comparing the air box with someone else who has basically the same truck, we noticed there is not a factory sticker on the air box like theirs has. And the intake connection to the grill was also found to be disconnected along with the bolts that hold box in not being fully bolted in. It appears to me that they took out my air filter box and replaced it with some junk air filter either to get me to buy a new one or replace someone else's. I am currently in contact with BAR because what they're doing is not ok.

I am not into salespeople at all and I don't want to buy anything that I don't want again because I'm a sensitive person and it's not a small purchase. Therefore I value my time and money enough now to make sure that I don't leave in somebody else's wants. So, out of all the dealerships I've ever worked with I prefer this one to most. I have to be honest though I don't want to ever have my vehicle serviced there. I am a female and I have worked on many different vehicles and other types of equipment with motors and electrical stuff, etc. I am a veteran, so I am not an inexperienced person when it comes to things like that (they cross train you in any and every way possible). But, I have yet to have my car serviced there without learning about some sort of repair work or rats might have eaten my battery cables or something! That is the kind of service I have been getting from them. It's incredibly insulting to even the most unknowledgeable person. I thought "Did you just call me an idiot?" As with anything else in life, they have their qualities and their faults. It is what it is, I suppose.

Extremely disappointing experience with Taylor Motors. My…read more2022 Cadillac Escalade ESV was brought to Taylor Motors after an engine failure and remained there for approximately three weeks while the engine was replaced under GM warranty. When I picked it up, the vehicle was extremely dirty and wedged tightly between other vehicles. When I asked a salesperson why it hadn't been washed, he asked whether I had purchased the Escalade there. When I said no, he responded that this was "probably why." Not exactly the Cadillac ownership experience I expected. After getting the vehicle home and cleaning it, I discovered exterior scratches as well as significant marring/damage to the engine-bay insulation directly behind the engine--the same area where Taylor Motors had just removed and installed the engine. My Escalade has approximately 47,000 miles and, prior to this engine replacement, had never had significant engine work beyond routine maintenance. What disappointed me most was how management handled my concerns. General Sales Manager Mark Paschen offered $200 toward the exterior scratches and another $200 toward the damaged insulator, although Taylor Motors would not accept responsibility for the damage. I accepted the $200 toward the scratches but asked that the damaged engine-bay component actually be restored to its previous condition. I then spoke with Dian Taylor. She acknowledged that she could not explain how the insulator was damaged, confirmed there was no video documenting the repair, and acknowledged that technicians sometimes accidentally damage components during service and that the dealership normally takes care of those situations. Nevertheless, she categorically maintained that Taylor Motors did not cause this damage because the technician said he didn't do it. I'm not claiming I can prove exactly when or how every mark occurred. My issue is much simpler: my vehicle underwent its first major engine repair at Taylor Motors, I discovered damage around the engine area afterward, and instead of investigating how it could have happened and working with me toward a reasonable resolution, ownership simply concluded they didn't cause it. I expected considerably more accountability and customer care from a Cadillac dealership--particularly after an engine replacement that was necessary through no fault of my own. I have documented the condition with photographs, retained my communications with the dealership, and escalated the matter to Cadillac/GM Corporate and the Better Business Bureau.

Because we were stranded with our children, we had already called another towing company who arrived promptly and was polite, professional, and actively helping us. When the Bambauer driver arrived, he was rude from the very beginning. He interrupted a conversation we were already having with the two gentlemen helping us and immediately demanded an ID without even introducing himself. When we explained that the AAA membership holder could be there shortly, he repeatedly said he "couldn't do anything" and kept insisting we would be charged anyway. We clearly told him we were not using his services and asked him to step away. Instead of respecting that, he continued to stand in our personal space, arguing and telling us we would be charged, even after we asked him to leave us alone. His behavior felt aggressive and harassing--especially unacceptable considering our children were present. He's honestly lucky my husband didn't call the police over how he was acting. To make matters worse, when we called the office to report his behavior, the woman who answered was equally rude and dismissive, claimed the driver was "in the right," refused to help resolve the situation in any way, and then hung up on my husband. This company lacks professionalism, basic customer service, and accountability. If you value being treated with respect--especially in a stressful roadside situation--I would strongly recommend choosing a different towing company.
