On Feb 8 I had an appointment at 5:30 for an oil change I waited a week for , when I arrived they said noone was working due to heaters breaking they never even called me to tell me after I drove over an hour for the appointment , the man at the desk apologize and said I could have an appointment on 2/9/06 for the same time and that he will have someone open to take my truck in right away , I left work early to make the appointment when I arrived they looked startled and had to ask if I had an appointment then they took my keys and said they'll take it in I asked how long he said the wait would be over an hour after the previous employee told me they would have someone open for me , I had to leave because my child's day care closes at 6:30 for me to pick my daughter up , I think the customer service at this location is atrocious after putting me through this and I still don't have a much needed oil change read more

I took my car for an oil change... I normally come here, never had an issue... customer service is never great but they have never been rude to me or have caused any problem... May 23, 2022 I dropped my car off as normal, within two minutes I received a phone call from the auto care center telling me to come back to the auto center as soon as possible please... I come back and my window is shattered... Jose (assistant manager) refused initially to give me any information aside from a witness report that he had me fill out and told me for liability reasons he can no longer service my car.... I demanded him to clean out all the glass and sure enough he did but with a ton of hesitation and hostility... left a ton of glass still in the car and has done nothing for me since... the insurance company reached out, Lisa Abbot is her name... very rude woman and clearly does not want to assist me in my window replacement... she said I needed a inspection on my window to make sure it didn't malfunction (below is a copy of the mechanic saying my window is still in working order aside from the glass Walmart auto center employees broke) because she believes it is not Walmarts fault... I have a ton of videos of the employee/manager regarding this situation as well as recorded phone calls.... +1 (479) 360-0549 that is Ms. Abbots direct line and she has been ignoring me since yesterday after rudely hanging up multiple times while attempting to acquire info regarding my claim... she told me that I cannot speak to a manager and that I cannot change my case manager... she was unpleasant, her and Jose should be fired for their incompetence and lack of customer service.... Check your dipstick. The oil level in my car after an oil change was under the Low point on the dipstick. They refused to top it up, stating that "the book" said only 3.2 quarts, so they would not add more (even though their offer included up to 5 quarts). Even the manager would not add any oil until I threatened to cancel payment through the credit card company. They begrudgingly added an amount to only just bring it to the minimum Low level on the stick. At home I looked up the manual and it says 4.2 quarts... They are hopeless. read more

Bought tires last year in June. One had a slow leak, I kept putting air every 2 weeks. It is hard for me to go back since I work full time, study and have little kids. Anyway, winter time, I went to plug the slow leak, they couldn't find it and they told me it must me cold weather. Waited for summer to come to come back (still putting air every 2 weeks or so). Went couple of times randomly to find a handwritten message on the door that they are "short staffed and will be closed for a few hours". I couldn't wait any longer and went to another place where they told me that my tires are 6 years old and need replacing. I'm like: "no, I just bought them last year". The guys over there showed me how to tell the date when the tire was made and said that Walmart doesn't carry tire inventory older than 2 years... So some crooked mechanic over there put some used tires on my truck taking advantage of me being a woman who knows nothing about tires... I didn't get new tires at the other place - as it was too long for me to wait and too far from my home (so it wasn't them taking advantage of me either, I'm just glad I know that information now). Wow, speechless about Walmart auto care. But I guess it makes sense, it's not like they are a small shop who treasure their reputation to keep customers... Please don't go there. I will never go back here again this is talk-to-text I will fix any errors on a later date but I came in Friday of last week to get two new tires and the woman asked which tires needed to be replaced and I said the front tires so that was done and then they were good years and I had Bridgestone previously so during the week I noticed that the bridgestone's were on back and the good years were on front so today a week later I went back to Walmart to discuss with them about the fact that they put the new tires on front and it's standard practice to put the new tires on back because of the thicker treads being needed on the back of the car and the woman said that it cost 250 per tire rotation and I should have said I wanted to be tires rotated and I said it's standard practice to have to put them on back for safety and so she said well we can do it today but that's not standard you said you wanted them on fronts and I said no I needed the front tires replaced which means that the back tires go on front and the new tires going back every place I've been to the auto body classes I've taken in high school all states that read it online as well if you'd like to so she said it would be an hour weights and I said absolutely not and I'd like to speak with the manager which I spoke with him and I explained everything to him as well and he said that it's not for safety it's because the thicker treads are for with the water on the road and I said yes so you don't hydroplane which is safety so the fact that it's not standard for you to do that I don't think when someone comes in and saying they need the new tires replaced in the front that it should be the customer to say I need the back tires move to the front and the new tires put on back that is poor business practice and there should have been more of a conversation if it's not something that you do which is crazy in my opinion but if it's not something you do when someone says they need the front tires replaced it should be the person working at the counter their responsibility to go more in-depth with the customer and say that means we are going to take the front tires off and put the new tires in their place in front to make it known that they do not rotate the back tires to the front and the new tires put on back and he was still going to charge me the 250 per tire for this and still would make me wait an hour and I said absolutely not and I will not come back here and this is going on Yelp Facebook and Google and I left. read more
