Just wanted to give a big fat thank you to Auto Kingdom LLC; I had a really scary thing happen with my brakes completely giving out today. I had my car towed there after speaking with them last week about potentially doing the brake job (my fault completely for letting it go so long) and I called on my way from the tow trunk; they were so kind, I arrived by 11:30 and they had my brakes and rotators fixed/replaced by 3pm! They also offered me a military discount when they saw the plates on the car of the family member who dropped me off (retired marine). They turned a really awful day into a win and for under 1k with quality parts and service. I will never get brakes and rotor service anywhere else. Really well priced too. I flew into Charlotte for Thanksgiving with a side mission: find a truck and drive it back to Maine. Pretty simple plan. As soon as I got my rental car, I started making calls. My first stop was a Volvo dealer who assured me they had the truck I wanted. Fifteen minutes later, after actually driving there, I was told it had been "sold yesterday." Not a great start. Then I called Auto Kingdom -- and the contrast could not have been sharper. Right from the first phone call, everyone I spoke with was friendly, relaxed, and -- importantly -- straightforward about the condition of the Honda Ridgeline I had my eye on. No games, no mysterious "just sold," no pressure. When I arrived, Michael met me and immediately struck me as someone who genuinely enjoys people. Knowledgeable, yes -- but also friendly in a way you don't see much in this business. The whole process was refreshingly simple. We talked, I looked over the truck, and maybe 20 minutes later the paperwork was done. No drama, no surprises, no last-minute upsell. Driving the truck all the way back to Maine, it performed flawlessly the entire trip -- though frankly, it's a Honda Ridgeline, so I wasn't expecting anything less. All in all, Auto Kingdom made the experience easy, honest, and surprisingly enjoyable. I'd absolutely buy from them again... As for my Thanksgiving? Great -- but more complicated with family drama. If it was possible to give zero stars that is what Auto Kingdom deserves. First off, This "auto-repair" shop was not my choice, I was sent here via my Endurance warranty. I was having engine problems with my 2017 Ford, this is a known issue with my model yet the individuals here had no idea about something that is so easy to find with google. They then claimed that it was not covered by my warranty which I now realize they most likely never even contacted since there was never any denied claims on my Endurance Portal. I then had to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket for a hack job. The returned my car to me with numerous lights on told me to drive around and it would be fixed. It was not I had to go back for them to fix it, then they told me if it was unrelated I would have to pay again out of pocket. Their "fix" was given with a 365 day warranty. When the same issues appeared again about six months later I brought the vehicle back for the third time. They had my vehicle for less than 30 minutes and claimed "nothing was wrong." I finally came to my senses and brought my vehicle to a reputable auto-repair shop who identified the problem a day later since they actually took the time with my vehicle to find the issues. They stated that Auto Kingdom essentially put a band-aid on top of the real problem and they weren't surprised that my vehicle was having issues again since they never actually fixed anything. Oh, and shocker now its all covered under my warranty. So please if you made it this far into my long winded review save your time and DO NOT go to Auto Kingdom. read more

This is one of the nicest cleanest service shop in town. Staff and mechanics are extremely friendly and they explain to show you everything. I believe the prices are reasonable and they can usually take care of you same day or next day. They call you and communicate everything and they pretty much get it like the first time I will definitely be bringing my auto here to be taken care. Ask for Gustavo he always smile read more

Avoid this place like the plague. My usual mechanic couldn't get me in and I desperately needed my brakes done. These guys could get me in, so I brought it to them. Biggest mistake I've ever made. I also asked them to look into what seemed like a minor fuel clog. They told me it needed new spark plugs. Seemed weird, but I figured it was an easy fix and was all for it. They proceeded to give me back my otherwise great car and I could barely drive it. It stuttered and shook going up hills, struggled to accelerate, check engine light on and something was clearly wrong. Immediately we brought it back, and he said there were leaks getting onto the spark plugs and that's why. He also insisted he was already going to be near the timing chain (which is designed to never be replaced) and insisted he should do it. I only agreed because I was afraid the supposed exposure would cause problems down the line. (He'll deny all of this) I begrudgingly agreed, and when I went to pick it up it drove even worse. I tried to fill it up on the way back for the 3rd time and it stalled 4 times. I should have towed it back it drove so rough. I'm shocked it made it. But, he insists it's because it's "high miles", it test drove fine, it's because I drive it on an empty tank, blah blah blah. Finally he cleans out the fuel filters and it's drivable. But it still drives weird and something was wrong. I took it to my regular mechanic, he said none of it was necessary, the leaks they "fixed" are still leaking. The timing is off, and he thinks there's a bent valve now. He told me I should sell it because I'll have nothing but trouble going forward. 3,000 dollars later, and I need another car. Gus has taken zero accountability. Never apologized for giving me back an essentially unusable car 2x that never ever had issues like this before. Denies anything he ever told me or my partner, and insists it's all my own fault. He acts as if he's untouchable, and wasn't even surprised when I went back and told him what my other mechanic (that I ABSOLUTELY trust) told me. He said they were wrong, and is giving the impression he thinks I'm making it all up. Run run run from these guys. If I could sell my soul to put them out of business, I would. They're terrible and scam artists. read more

THANK GOD I FOUND THEM! GOT LURED INTO THEIR SALE SIGN for AC and found out they're not scammers that don't diagnose leaks first. Instant five stars for that. They also fixed a nail in my tire with plug for only $20. Very fair. Professional. This is near one of my job contracts. I wish they were local to where I live! Couldn't recommend them any higher.
