They also offered me a military discount when they saw the plates on the car of the family member who dropped me off (retired marine). They turned a really awful day into a win and for under 1k with quality parts and service. I will never get brakes and rotor service anywhere else. Really well priced too. Right from the first phone call, everyone I spoke with was friendly, relaxed, and -- importantly -- straightforward about the condition of the Honda Ridgeline I had my eye on. No games, no mysterious "just sold," no pressure. When I arrived, Michael met me and immediately struck me as someone who genuinely enjoys people. Knowledgeable, yes -- but also friendly in a way you don't see much in this business. The whole process was refreshingly simple. We talked, I looked over the truck, and maybe 20 minutes later the paperwork was done. No drama, no surprises, no last-minute upsell.
