Very bad experience with Precision and the owner. My saga started with Jaime, the owner, coming to my house to get my backhoe started. He diagnosed it as a bad fuel pump and preceded to put in a cheap gas instead of diesel replacement which he wired backwards and it cost me $700. The machine started and worked but wouldn't run without a jump and starter fluid. I used it for a few days in my yard until I could bring it into the shop as Jaime told me too. Precision had it for 4 days couldn't really figure out the problem so I told them I wanted it back and asked when I could pick it up. I drove to the shop with my trailer on a Friday around 4pm and the machine was still in pieces and had to return back home until they could put it back together later that night. I got the call around 730. To make a long story short the machine didn't really run anymore, Jaime had to be called into shop to get it sort of running it was now 9pm and it needed to be limped onto my trailer. They didn't charge me for the all the misdiagnoses they guessed at, but it did cost me $400 to hire someone else who fixed the problem Precision originally caused in less than an hour. read more
