I waited for over three hours in the freezing cold before walking a mile down a dark windy road with a lot of traffic to a service station. After all of that when I got back to my car, I received a message that they were a minute away. Too little too late. I was already outside in the 10° weather for three hours. If I waited any longer for them to come, I would have frozen to death. I am just glad I didn't get hit by a car while walking down the windy, dark road with no shoulder and no sidewalks. VERY VERY UNRELIABL! I had a tire blow out and I called Ford Road Side Assistance and this company was dispatched to my location and never showed up! They dont have a voice mail greeting, mail box was full and you couldn't leave a message, they didn't return my text message and NEVER SHOWER up!!! read more

The worst experience EVER!!! I waited for over an hour in the cold and rain only for them to say they were onsite when never actually showed up! I tried calling the number, it went straight to voicemail, and the voicemail box was full. This place should get a -1 star review. My battery died and my insurance called them to give me a jump. We'll over an hour later no one showed up. I called the business but there was no answer. My insurance company called and at first got no answer. They finally got in contact and the business told them that the driver came and didn't find anyone. Driver never even attempted to call. Insurance company recommended that I go with another provider because they had no faith they would show. Stay Away from this place!!!! read more

My insurance company used this company when I needed a flat tire changed on my car... ETA was 45 minutes. More than an hour later nothing. Figured maybe they were running behind on another job (it was late at night). I tried to call them several times to see if they had an update and no answer. The insurance company tried to call them and also got no answer. Told insurance to just cancel the service call and find someone else to come change the tire. read more

This has to have been the worst experience I've ever encountered. My insurance company sent this company over to give me a tow to the BMW dealership. The dealership was closed when we arrived. I asked the driver to back the car into any of the 20 open spaces along the wall and he said he didn't have time and needed to get to the next call and left my car in the middle of the parking lot, half blocking a gate and half blocking the service garage bay. The was a sales manager still there and he also asked the driver to put the car along the wall and driver told him that it wasn't his job. His job was to get the car there and it's here. The rest is in them. I'll never let this company touch and of my vehicles again. read more

They came out in 30 mins at 3:00 am they were god sent the jumpstarted my car and came back to install a battery it was 20.00 less than Autozone and had a 5 year warranty the guy George was very nice and polite and got the job done fast Thanks THEY ARE THE BEST read more

worst experience ever with roadside assistance, my gas light had come on and I googled the closest gas station, got directions, unfortunately by the time I got there, they were closed, so since by then i was on Empty and I didn't think I would have enough gas to go another 10 miles to another gas station, I called my insurance company for an out of fuel call, i was directed to the lighting roadside site, I got a text giving an estimated time of 11/2 hours, my insurance company texted me after that time to see if I had gotten service, I replied No, then I got a text saying service would arrive in 20 minutes, still no show, then for the next 3 hours I kept getting texts from lighting saying service would be there in 86 minutes, which I think by continuing to update the arrival time was to keep my insurance company from checking to see if service had arrived, finally at 3:30am I just said screw it and Decided to try to get to another gas station, got there on fumes, called my insurance company this morning and filed a complaint, tried calling phone number they gave me on the first text , no answer and mail box was full, also tried going on their web site and calling that number, number not in service.Told my insurance company if I ever need roadside assistance again, I will not use them, that I will cancel that coverage and get it from another company. read more
