Why not! Turned out to be a great experience. Joni from Prestige Auto Upholstery reached out to say he could do the job. He was in the same town so very convenient for me. He gave me a price and a date he could start. We set up the appointment. The next day he texted me to tell me that he had an opening earlier if I wanted it. Great communication! I dropped the car off. It was done in 2 days just like he promised. The price was right in the range he quoted. He sent a text when he was done with a picture. I picked up the car and the new top looks perfect! So what did I like about Prestige? First they have a solid shop. You can tell they do a lot of good work. It's not a little place where they can only work on one project at a time. There were several BMWs in the shop when I was there, so people with quality cars trust them. Second, the communication was incredible! Very prompt, informative and clear. They make it so easy to work with them! Finally the work was done on time at at the price they quoted. No bad surprises!
