Really disappointed with the lack of communication here. We had a 2 PM appointment on Sunday for a…read moremajor brake job and oil change, driving in all the way from Bridgeport. When we got there, they casually mentioned the repairman called out. Considering our brakes were at 2% functionality, that was a long and honestly dangerous drive that could have been avoided with a 30-second phone call. Since they didn't seem to want the business, we took our $3k+ service down the street to Firestone. How you flop on such a big sale? Definitely won't be back.
