Someone always answers the phone relatively quickly , and I found each person that I have communicated with to be professional and courteous. The only issue that I see is that they don't carry a full stock of tires onsite. They didn't have the size I needed, so they had to order from a different location. It took about a week for my tires to arrive. I promptly set up an appointment for the following day and headed on down to the store. Once the gentleman checked me in and took my keys , my car was ready in about 2 hours. I am not sure if America's Tire is the cheapest option available, but my experience was pleasant for the most part. On a side note , I took advantage of their 0 interest for 6 months financing option.

That's huge for me because I hate going somewhere that says the car will be ready at noon and then it's suddenly 3 p.m. and you're still waiting. That's never been an issue here. The staff is friendly, efficient, and clearly takes pride in their work. It's hard to find an auto shop you can trust, but this Meineke has earned my business. I asked about the price and may not have heard it correctly, but I thought the total cost for the material and labor was less than $100. I agreed to replace it, and they ordered the belt, which was delivered quickly. After they finished the work, I realized that the labor cost for the belt replacement was $190. It only took about 10 minutes! I have used this shop for oil changes regularly, but I will not be returning anymore.

I looked at where he was and saw that he was driving by Gilroy so told him to pull off the highway and stop here. They were apparently so kind.
