The store manager, Melissa, completely ignored me while standing around with two other people who were notably not in O'Reilly uniforms, laughing and on their phones while customers were waiting for assistance. Her demeanor toward both customers and employees came across as unfriendly and unprofessional, and the way she spoke to employees felt very dismissive and disrespectful. It's concerning that this is the type of management representing the store. The only positive part of my visit was the assistance from Evan and David, who were both friendly, professional, and actually willing to help. They deserve recognition for their customer service. After reading other reviews, it appears I'm not the only person who has had concerns regarding management at this location. I will also be contacting corporate regarding my experience.

Lili was polite and respectful, quickly getting cars ready to see and test drive, and answered all my questions. She completed paperwork super efficiently and conveyed information directly to her team as needed. Both Lili and Willie were great people whom I felt I could trust. One note: sales managers who was not involved the original deal discussions, texted halfway through the process on the Saturday, and was very curt, advising "Not a chance, but best of luck with your search". It was a bit abrupt and surprising, given that we were communicating respectfully and collaborating towards a deal that could have worked for everyone. As a result, I did end up continuing with my search as the manager advised, and found something that worked even better and I bought a car the very next day next day. I think this manager lost the deal for his team. Hope the dealership addresses this lack of professionalism, as Hyundai Gilroy has such potential to be a successful dealership selling great cars in our area! I recently opened a new auto dealership and stumbled upon Meridian West on google. I needed lots of merch to advertise my new business; something to stand out against all of our competitors. They have vibrant stickers, balloons, enormous magnet bows, and overall unique advertising products. Because of them, we've noticed lots of foot traffic and has brought in more business for us. Our positive experience has been a great start to a lifelong business partnership. We are in the process of customizing license plate frames and inserts and ROS decals. When I got to Soledad my clutch went out. It was Father's Day and I spent the next three hours on the phone with AAA and Morgan Hill HD and off spins from there. AAA couldn't get to me until the following day. In the meantime I was directed to Tristan. Told him my situation and he agreed to take my bike in first thing and get me on the road asap. He did NOT disappoint. He got right on it, diagnosed and got all new clutch plates installed. Had me on the road in about 3 1/2 hours. EXCELLENT customer service and craftsmanship. Continued on the trip without a hitch there and back.
