    Driving home on Easter Sunday from Los Angeles to Sonoma County at 5pm my car hit a pothole and a got a flat. The center closes at 5pm but the entire crew stayed overtime to help me get a new tire and installed. I can't express how appreciative I am on holiday and after closing how they all helped. Can't say I'll be back in Gilroy anytime soon ( at least to have auto work done) but the staff here are amazing and truly went above and beyond on a holiday !!!!! Thank you !

    To employees not doing anything other than walking around. Almost one hour after I had arrived - nothing done to my car.

    The told me they couldn't install tires purchased from Walmart on my car because didn't have the correct lift.

    Did my oil change same day and got it done in 30 minutes. They even filled up my tires. Great service

    Customer Service is incompetent: I ordered products online…read moreon 4/27/26 and paid for express delivery. Let me tell it will be the last time I order with AutoZone online. I received one of the products the next day. I called AutoZone customer service to inquire on my other product and they said they mistakenly shipped it on regular USPS and that it would take 7-10 business days. I asked to speak to a supervisor because the language barrier was bad with the customer service rep. The supervisor said that due to their internal error she would ship out a replacement for the part on FedEx on 4/29/26 in which I was to receive yesterday 4/30/26. I went to track the package and it showed it could not be delivered due to a wrong address. I called AutoZone customer service again on 5/1/26. The gentlemen verified my address on my account but I told him FedEx says they have a wrong address and only AutoZone can fix it since they are the shipper. I was on hold for what seemed like forever. He came back and said he spoke with FedEx and they indeed had the wrong address. I asked how that happened and he stated that it was another internal error. Now I have to wait 24-48 hours for FedEx to update the address and then try to deliver. This is the worst experience ever. Customer service was not easy to work with, so many reps with language barriers. I had to keep insisting for them to correct their internal errors and had to speak to 2 supervisors . I have never had an issue at the local AutoZone store but since they did not have the parts I needed available, I had to order them online. I will never order online from AutoZone again!

Then he asked me how they are hooked, and of course I had no idea so he went outside to my car to check. We returned to the store and he showed me the different brands of wipers. After I purchased them he asked if I needed help to put them on and I said yes. I have never ever changed windshield wipers .... ever! He put them on for me! Excellent customer service!! Would come back to this store again. I can't remember the cashier's name but he is from San Juan Batista.

Appreciate them very much in helping with the process of buying a new EV, which can be a very stressful process. Lili was polite and respectful, quickly getting cars ready to see and test drive, and answered all my questions. She completed paperwork super efficiently and conveyed information directly to her team as needed. Both Lili and Willie were great people whom I felt I could trust. One note: sales managers who was not involved the original deal discussions, texted halfway through the process on the Saturday, and was very curt, advising "Not a chance, but best of luck with your search". It was a bit abrupt and surprising, given that we were communicating respectfully and collaborating towards a deal that could have worked for everyone. As a result, I did end up continuing with my search as the manager advised, and found something that worked even better and I bought a car the very next day next day. I think this manager lost the deal for his team. Hope the dealership addresses this lack of professionalism, as Hyundai Gilroy has such potential to be a successful dealership selling great cars in our area!
