They pulled it in almost right away and on my way home they called with an estimate surprisingly low and explained how and why they were able to keep it at a minimum. I gave them the go ahead and less than two hours later they called to say it was done. They also texted an app to me, making the credit card payment process super easy. My truck is so quiet now I'm afraid I'm going to hear whatever else may be wrong with it (smiling). I am totally sold on Big Al's and have already started spreading the word to my friends and family.
