This is what the center cap should look like and what the caved in one looks like possibly offer being kicked.

I'm the fleet manager for a local security company and had a patrol vehicle in to get the tires replaced. The customer service was really good i have no complaints about that. The thing I did have an issue with was when I returned to pick up my patrol car the service technician left the car unlocked with all the equipment in the vehicle including a computer. I also did a brief inspection around the vehicle once I got the car back to my office and I noticed one of the center caps on the wheels was caved in which would only happen if someone tried kicking it to put it back on. I wish the employees were more considerate of customer property and lock vehicles and not damage vehicles when putting them back together.

Usually good service. Waited for 45 minutes to have air checked. They decided to work on a boat trailer instead I guess and for some reason in the air check area. No one came to talk to me or said anything. Usually great experience. Good thing a tire shop is across the street. Won't be back to this one.

I was just happy to keep my car on the road, serviced, and in working order. Then came another dilemma! They told me it would be $3,800. In fact, that's what made me sell the car! I figured if I take my savings and purchase something else, I'd stop sinking my money into a car that required me to spend money everyone I turned around. What I didn't know is that the person who said my trouble was $3,800 was 100% wrong! The problem was a very minor one. The total cost was $165! The person who purchased my car told me whoever advised me it was almost $4k was not being honest and taking advantage of me. This is the exact reason women do not trust mechanics. I would advise any woman needing car maintenance or diagnosing of issues to take their care to a shop with a history in the community of being honest and a straight shooter. I feel foolish for raving about how awesome they were (to their face) and then to discover my car was $165 fix solution, but I sold it because that repair was half the cost of what I purchased the car for initially. If you do go here for diagnostic and it ends up being in the couple of thousands, be sure to get it in writing, then go take your car to a mom &pops shop for confirmation. This review at least will ensure that other women will get a second opinion for quotes by anyone here at this tire shop. I'm disappointed in these guys who seemed so honest, and could stare me in the face and tell me my car needed major work, when it didn't! But at least I feel better being able to help others use the good judgement I didn't. To clarify my earlier statement because I can't edit without erasing and starting over, I meant to say their quote was half the cost of what I paid for the car initially. Dumping almost another $4k into it, when I was already being nickled and dimed everyone I went in, I wasn't going to do that anymore. If you are like me, and you've been a loyalist and yet you keep investing money to keep it fixed, EVERY single time you go in, you might consider taking it to have it double-checked Don't be like me!

When I got home, I checked their work and was shocked to find popcorn pieces inside the sealed compartment where the battery had just been installed. They also removed my dash and I am concerned what they may have left behind it. I immediately called the dealership to express my concern and dissatisfaction. The service manager flat-out denied any responsibility, claiming they didn't put it there and refusing to do anything about it. I pointed out that they should have inspected the area before installing the new parts, but he brushed it off with excuses and still refused to make it right. I don't know what is under the battery. This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. If this is how they treat attention to detail and accountability, I won't be returning--and I'd strongly caution others to think twice before trusting their vehicle here. What if it was metal pieces and it caused a fire touching the battery.

Called to get a replacement keyfob, they said none in stock, $215 needs to be prepaid for replacement. Kept sending me back and forth between various managers with me trying to tell them I'm not the one that broke it! That was just the END of my journey. I dropped it off Monday at 930am needing to check an oil leak and new skid plate. We agreed on oil dye test and they would call me about the skid plate / splash shield. I didn't hear from them 11am on Wednesday when I called. They said splash plate would cost 736 to replace with P/L. I said how much is the splash shield? They said 500. I can't find a single place selling a splash shield for over 125. Update: MY CAR IS STILL LEAKING OIL! So not only do I have to start my car by using safety scissors to turn the ignition, the one thing they charged me over $700 for is still wrong. Did they even do anything to my car or did they just hold on to it for a week and give it back?

The service here is 100% on-point. I think you pay for some of that in the final bill, but if "I…read morewant my car taken care of with transparency, friendliness, and minimal impact on my life" is how you approach car care, I honestly have never had a more customer-first mechanic experience in my life. I'm glad I popped in here when my battery light came on, and I'll definitely come back. PROS: -Everybody is so freakin' friendly here. You'll primarily interact with the two front desk employees who do what they say they're going to do at a level that's pretty impressive. ("We'll email you a full workup of your car, and if you don't call us within the half hour, we'll call you to make sure you've received it.") -They offer courtesy rides to/from where you need to be. If you need to drop off your car mid-day, they can take you back to work. If you need to pick it up mid-day, they can come get you from work to pick up your car at the mechanic. When I had to take my car here unexpectedly and planned to have to take an Uber, they were happy to get me home at no cost to me. -Full price transparency. Even when working up the work order just to take a look at what was wrong with my battery, the service manager, Eric, flipped his computer screen around and talked me through what every charge was and why it was there before I agreed to the look. After they knew what was wrong, it was the exact same process, with a full itemized plan (taxes and all fees included!) with the out-the-door price to know what you're getting yourself into. -They also run a full "complete car health" check on your car. I'm unsure if you can opt out of this, but it was really helpful, honestly. You receive a full online list of Green, Yellow, and Red items of concern about your vehicle along with pictures and explanations of everything to do a bit of reading yourself. This is SO nice for reading at your leisure instead of feeling bad taking up someone's time while they have a line out the door of customers waiting on them. -Zero pushiness on any service. When I opted out of one of the "Red" services, Eric was super friendly, explained what the potential risks would be, and let me know what a good "you really gotta get this done for your safety" timeline would be. -Car was returned just the way I gave it to them. No extra dirt or anything else. -They were able to get my car done within the day with no problem - even when I came back, without an appointment (see below), a second time! -I never waited in line. With two front desk staff members, there was never a time where I was on hold on the phone or waiting in the office. There was always someone to help me - and fast! -They have an after-hours lockbox for dropping off your keys AND picking them up. I feel so much more secure with my key locked up instead of the usual mechanic placements somewhere on the car. CONS: -After returning my car to me with the issue "fixed", the battery light was back on in my car within a day. Super weird. However, I brought it back in (rides, again, were offered to me!), and they redid the work at zero cost to me. My guess would be one of the parts was DOA when they put it in, and their short test drives didn't trigger the same wear on it as driving home did. -The work was a bit more expensive than my mechanic friends said it "would" have been at other places. Not price gouging or anything ridiculous, but just be aware that it might be a bit more expensive to fund all of those fantastic customer-first experiences you get to enjoy.

When we received the report all it said was that it would need a new compressor and estimated cost would be $1000+ plus the 400$ for the diagnostic check!!! Not worth it and would suggest you look around for another auto mechanic who is upfront about total costs/estimates, which is what we are doing currently.
