I'm not sure what happened to this store but the front staff has been replaced with individuals who obviously are not concerned with the benefit of the customer. My initial contact was met with a person (I believe Dawson) who acted as though I was a burden for even entering the store. When I spoke with another associate (I believe Ricky) and mentioned the slow leak, he immediately went negative and said he couldn't fix the tire and that I would have to purchase new tires. Rather than argue, I decided to go to Les Schwab for the repair where they quickly and courteously repaired the tire at NO charge. It's unfortunate that a few employees with zero regard for customer service can be allowed to destroy a once good company. Yes, we do have options for tires and I believe one should go to where one is best treated as a customer

In the past, I've used them to put air in my tires after winter, because it sits in my garage during that time. They would come out and put air in my tires and from then on, i would get air in any time i needed at their shop. Today i called, and having bought a small compressor, it failed me today and I ended up with a flat tire. My first thought was call Les Schwab! Guy gets on the phone and informs me they would be happy to help me out, but it will cost me $59.00. Are you people out of your mind? Who pays $59.00 to put air in their tire when your not that far from my house? This isn't L.A! Needless to say, I will never call them again or go to their shop. I've been a loyal customer as well as my family and parents. Now they lost us all. How pathetic. $59.00!! I can only bet Les is rolling in his grave at the way his customer service has gone to crap.

They have effectively driven off multiple customers. They take way too much time. They will lie…read moreright to your face. They charge you for work incomplete. They miss checking air pressure, then have to ask how much air to put in. Worst of all is they know they have these persistent problems yet they do nothing to fix it.

After only 1500 miles the…read moreleft front bearing lock nut came loose causing the wheel to be held on by the breaks while driving 70 mph down the freeway pulling tandem trailers. After getting it repaired at a dealership, they confirmed the work performed by Point S was poor quality and we were lucky to have gotten off the road before the wheel fell off. We went back to Point S for compensation for the repair and a refund for the original work. After talking with the shop manager and the owner, they paid for the dealership repair however they felt our lives were not worth the $690 amount of the original work performed by them.

It looked as if they just dumped what they just vacuumed out of the vehicle onto the cabin filter. The filter was the exact size and shape for the midsized car, compact car, diesel, and 1500 truck they were "working" on. Each vehicle has unique sizes and shape for the vehicle. Yet their "prop" filters they brought out were the same size and shape for EACH vehicle. Meanwhile, they had oil or some residue on their gloves or rags and while washing the windows smearing all around on the glass making it both difficult to see through and the poor attempt at cleaning them. I normally go to my dealership to have them take care of if my vehicle. I was in a hurry. This place ended up costing me double!!!! Their cute forewoman is meant to be a distraction and novelty so you are enamored enough to miss the con. I WILL BE TAKING IT OVER TO THE DEALERSHIP TO HAVE THEM TO A FOLLOW UP INSPECTION. who knows what they did or didn't do in the near 2 hour service. They are running quite the scam.
