Wish they hadn't changed from Ogdens to Claire and Dee's, seems like the hometown feel has gone a bit. Good thing Mike is still here.

Absolutely furious with my experience at 21st Century Auto…read more On December 24, 2025, I purchased what I believed was a reliable truck from this dealership. Exactly one month later, on January 24, 2026, the engine completely blew up. After owning the truck for only 30 days, I was staring at a repair bill that would eventually exceed $13,000. Because the truck had 126,000 miles, they did not qualify my purchase for their 30 day 50/50 warranty, had this been the case this would not have been posted. Never mind that the vehicle suffered a catastrophic engine failure almost immediately after purchase. Never mind that I had barely put any miles on it. Never mind that I was a repeat customer who had trusted them enough to buy from them again. Initially, they dangled the possibility of helping with about $1,500 toward an engine warranty, but only if they performed the work and could find an engine. They couldn't even accomplish that. Months passed while a larger Ford dealership finally located an engine and completed the repair. Throughout the entire ordeal, 21st Century provided little more than excuses and empty promises. Five months of ownership. Only 1,200 miles driven. Think about that for a moment. I spent thousands of dollars on a truck that spent more time sitting broken than being driven. Then I had to spend over $13,000 of my own money fixing a vehicle I had barely owned. Meanwhile, the dealership that sold it to me refused to stand behind the vehicle in any meaningful way. To add to this garbage, days before the truck blew up their techs resealed my oil pan, or so i thought, it was leaking within days of getting the truck back and was only overshadowed by the fact i needed a new engine. The financial damage has been enormous, but honestly, the stress and frustration have been even worse. This entire experience has been a nightmare for me and my family. The most disappointing part is realizing that customer loyalty means absolutely nothing to this dealership once the sale is complete. A reputable dealership does not have to be legally obligated to help in order to do the right thing. 21st Century Auto had every opportunity to show integrity, goodwill, and concern for a repeat customer. Instead, they chose to do the bare minimum and leave me holding the bag. If you're considering buying a vehicle from 21st Century Auto, learn from my mistake. When everything is going well, they may be happy to take your money. When things go horribly wrong shortly after the sale, don't expect them to stand behind you. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership and will never recommend them to anyone.

Could not be happier with the price and the service. Before I went in to first look at the bike I was helped by Mike, super friendly and said he would make sure the bike was put together and ready for me that weekend- which it was! When I looked around at other prices elsewhere and saw that no where else was even close to this affordable, I went back and was helped by Nate, the General Manager. Once again, great experience! Nate is super bubbly and friendly, knows his stuff, and his aura was just super positive. Everyone here just seemed happy to be here, I felt super comfortable as a female in this environment, and overall it was just a very positive experience. Thank you Nate for the wonderful service and amazing price! I will be recommending this place to everyone I know!

It stated on their website that it would fit my 97' HD motorcycle. If their website, had shown a pictures of both ends of the cable, I would have seen that it would not fit. So I needed to return the item and this is what they told me " hi you will need to return it to us at there will be a restock fee of 20% and a shipping charge of 9 deducted from your return Blackfoot Motor Sports 1615 w bridge rd Blackfoot, Id 83221" This is "Your Refund of $35.61 USD from Blackfoot Motors Sports" and that took almost three weeks from when I sent it back, I had to email them and ask for my refund. They are just out to screw people. I paid shipping to send it back and they charged me another $9 shipping plus 20% restocking fee. When it was their website that was wrong. They asked me if I went through ebay, I said no. Because with eBay they have a policy for full refund, and I went right through their website. They screwed me! Buyer beware, Rodney
