Overall, I would recommend. The biggest downside is that they don't use name brand oil. They are attentive to customers. But it was busy when I went on a Saturday at 9am, and it took too long. There was a long delay after the car was finished before I could check out and pay. Valvoline is better at this. It's not cheap, but the quality of service is good. read more

We went to the Bengal car wash to get all the mud off of the jeep after a good day in the dirt as one does. (To preface we always wash all the dirt and mud into the drain to leave it better than before.) And before we were even able to pay or start the wash this dude from Grease Monkey walks over and appeared to already be in a bad mood. He then very rudely told us we either needed to make sure we washed ever single piece of dirt on the ground into the drain or we weren't allowed to use it. But like I mentioned prior that is something we already do. We told him we would absolutely do that and it still didn't seem to appease the anger or frustration he had towards us. All this to say, I understand that leaving all of the dirt on the ground is annoying because someone else has to clean it up but that it not something we have ever done. And I am less than impressed with the immediate attitude from this gentleman. Not so much as a Hi or anything of the sort. I understand he needs to let people know but there is nothing wrong with being respectful and kind when doing it. read more

I came in for an oil change, they tried to talk me into services that I did not need. Then they up charged me for premium oil and filter which I said I did not want. When they were changing the oil I heard the person say Mobile and then they charged me for the upgraded Havoline oil and oil filter. I went back to complain and they said my car needed the upgrades. I WILL NOT BE BACK. I feel they were dishonest and trying to take advantage. read more

Came in for an oil change and a tire rotation, and got their "deluxe" service that comes with a windshield wash that left the inside of my windshield nearly opaque with hard water stains. It looks like they used water from an irrigation ditch and just sprayed it on and let it dry. Sneezing on the corner of my sleeve and using that as a wipe would have gotten it cleaner. On top of this, after the rotation my front right tire squeals loudly when turning and slowing down, so now I get to go back in! At least they give you a free car wash and the oil change was fast. read more

Buyer beware workers there try to take advantage of women especially underestimating their knowledge of cars and oil changes. Went in there on a Wednesday to take advantage of their $10 off ladies discount day and requested a quick change. Clearly, I asked for the synthetic blend and pointed on the Grease monkey website on my phone. To add insult to injury when I went to pay for the oil change. The guy working thr register tried to charge me $100 ! NI turned to him and asked how do you figure it's $100 for a Nissan Sentra? I then proceeded to explain that I asked for the synthetic blend which should have been $84.95 plus the additional $10 off for ladies day. Honestly, he underestimated my intelligence thinking about cars. I don't know about oil changes. Ironically, when I was broke I used to do my own oil changes. Also, I always make sure to read everything including my user manual and the price list clearly. $84+ $10 off. I'm so upset. I'm about ready to call corporate about the dismissive disrespectful attitude towards me simply just trying to get an oil change. read more

I get the awkward situation of having a guaranteed time and not being able to complete a job in that time.. but you tell me 17 minutes guaranteed, plus 10 to 20 minutes for tire rotation and you tell me that I will definitely be out in 30 minutes. 1 hour 15 minutes with a newborn and a toddler. You could have told me 3 hours I wouldn't have cared, just be upfront. I get it's a car you never worked on cool. For my trouble I got a $20 off if I spend $40 in August (I just got my oil changed why am I going to need another change in less than a month) and $3 off a car wash I don't need. Nice. I've been here three times to get my oil changed. Always been a pleasant experience and they're quick even when it's busy. An oil change comes with a free car wash and they vacuum your vehicle out some. The waiting room is comfortable and has free refreshments. They do try to upsell you on filters, etc., but I feel like that's pretty typical. I've never felt talked down to as a woman or as someone who knows absolutely nothing about cars. They have a lot of women working there too, which makes me feel comfortable going in there. One time as I was leaving they gave me a red carnation along with my receipt. I pulled up to this store and ask if they could replace a turn signal bulb. Serviceman offered to pull my car in but I explained I don't walk so good and he let me stay in the car. 5 min to replace the bulb for the agreed 9.00 price. While waiting for the bill he showed up with 2 carnations for my 2 very special, special ladies in the back seat. He said the gal with the bill would be just a minute. I showed up right at opening needing an oil change. They got my car right in. Did exactly what they said they would do. Price was what we discussed before hand so no surprises when I picked up my car. They were fast and efficient. I dealt with Dillion I believe his name was, very professional and friendly. There was another lady that helped me when I arrived and I didn't get her name but she was great too. Had dark longer hair and tattoos on forearm. All in all I was happy with my experience and would definitely go back again. No complaints! read more

We took our vehicle there and had the transmission serviced. A short while later, the car broke down. Turns out, it is the transmission, which failed because the tech at Grease Monkey didn't fill it properly. Now they refuse to take responsibility, sticking us with the burden of paying several thousand dollars to fix it. Shady, shady regional manager too. Definitely do not recommend. read more

Got my oil change here today. They use Mobil oil which is better oil than Pennzoil. It was quick and easy. They also have soda and popcorn. Probably will come back again. read more

They do chip repairs! They don't schedule you out days in the future. But take care of it right there. They were nice, squeezed us in 15 minutes before closing, let us keep cool in their waiting room with snacks. Anyway, we are really pleased with their service and customer service. This place is deceitful. Asked for the $75 oil change, ended up paying $120+! Had them changed the cabin filters, charged $40 for a $15 item. Rep said, "I'm going to check you out early so you don't have to wait around after it's done." However, they have to deduct $1 for each minute over their estimated time...and there was under 2 minutes left on the clock. And I had to wait over 10 minutes while they waited for the filters to arrive and then install them. Will NEVER go back to Grease Monkey. read more
