Dropped our car off at 6:00 a.m. and the experience was extremely inefficient. No staff at check-in, and when we finally got on a shuttle, the driver spent over 25 minutes circling the lot picking up additional passengers instead of heading to the airport. We had to speak up just to get moving. On our return, we waited over 30 minutes at the designated Terminal A pickup area. After calling the posted number and being told to wait longer, we ultimately had to take an Uber. When we arrived back at WallyPark, there were multiple shuttles sitting empty and one in the pickup loop with no driver. Poor time management and apparent staffing issues. My family and I waited over an hour for this shuttle after being told several times that it comes every 10-15 minutes. When it did arrive, there were only 6 spaces and so all the people waiting had to fight over who could get on. It was awful. Then the driver was so stressed he drove like a crazy person....speeding, tailgating, etc. He was kind and helpful with the luggage but the entire experience was awful especially after a long day of traveling. For years we used another off-site place, but they recently switched to being a long-term, boat, RV, etc. storage. So, we decided to give Wally Park a try. We live downtown, so Wally Park is easier to drive since we can get to it without going down busy Semoran. Overall we had a good experience, our driver both ways, Richard, was great - friendly and helpful. We had a fairly short wait going to MCO and zero wait on the return (the driver was pulling into the space, as we walked out the door). The only reason I knocked off a star, was due to a little lack of instructions / organization upon entering to drop off the car. We scanned our QR code, gate opened, but no real clear signage or anyone directing where to go. After parking, we stood by our car for while, not sure if a shuttle was circulating or we were supposed to walk back to office lobby. We started walking back, but a returning shuttle picked us up part way. One tip, if flying out of new terminal C, allow plenty of time for the drop off, if others are going to A/B or Brightline Train station. read more

Since the last time I flew out of MCO WallyPark has gone down the toilet! They now have no one at the hut to tell you where to park so you do not know if a shuttle will pick you up. Someone just happened to get dropped off nearby so I was picked up. At the airport they no longer have the text service to say you're waiting. Instead they're supposed to be coming around on a regular basis. A group of us waited 30-45 minutes for a pickup. This was after no one answering the phone at the MCO location 3 times and then getting through 3 times. This is unacceptable. There were other parking places whose shuttles showed up 3-4 times in the same timeframe. The ParkingSpot was the best of all so based on that I will use them going forward. WallyPark - your change for the better SUCKS!! I missed the appointment I had set up after getting into town thanks to you! read more

Always have an excellent experience parking at Wally Park. I arrived at 3:45 am on Saturday, April 18 and was happily greeted and helped in getting through the gate and politely guided to where to park. The small bus picked me up immediately and the Driver reminded me to take a photo of my parking space letter and number. Thank Goodness. Upon my return, Richard picked me up on Wednesday, April 22 at 7 pm from the Airport. Richard is kind, helpful and perfectly professional. Makes You feel like his only customer. When I first dropped off my car the two shuttles were parked in opposite direction so the drivers could chit chat. Kind of like how board police officers can do) I waited a while in plain view before one decided to put the van in gear to pick me up. When I came back I went to the pick up spot and after 30 minutes I called the dispatcher and she said there was a lot of traffic. Meanwhile The Parking Spot competitor had shuttle after shuttle after shuttle come. (Not an exaggeration. 3 shuttles came and these companies are located very close to each other. So much for traffic. On the ride back I looked for traffic in all directions. Not an issue ). After 40 minutes someone came. This has happened before too. After parking car had a very good experience with fairly quick pick up and delivery to MCO. However, returning to MCO was a total disaster. We waited 1 hour for a Wallypark van to pick us up after 4 phone calls with responses that "we will tell our drivers"! This was at 6:30- 7:30 pm on a tuesday evening. Absolutely hideous service, broken vans, rude drivers , absolutely horrible customer service. You'll wait up to 45-55 mins for shuttle at the termianl and give or take they will be full of rental car people so you'll have to wait a little longer. Don't try going to track or text or call for a shuttle you'll be routed to someone in a different state who will say it'll be there soon. They have zero idea on how to run a business and treat you like you're second best. You're better off at parking spot or fast park for covered parking. Also if you park there during the holidays be expected to park your car on the side road or wedged into a few cars on the roads inside as they will not help you. I Just moved to Florida and this was the first time using WallyPark in Orlando and flying out of MCO. My experience was good except for the shuttle driver. He didn't great us and looked annoyed that he had to help me get my large suitcase onto the bus. When we got to the airport, he made one stop and had all of us get off. It was in front of the Southwest Terminal and I was flying out on Delta. I walked a good little ways, unable to find Delta. I asked an airport person and she said "Oh, Delta is in Terminal B. This is Terminal A." She was kind enough to show me the way. Maybe the shuttle driver was having a bad day, but it was the worst transport experience I've ever had. read more

I've stuck with wallypark for years. Last month was the end. Waited for a shuttle at the pickup spot for over 40 mins. Finally tried to call. Got lost in their phone system. Never got anyone and could only leave voicemails. I left a bunch. I waited for 90 minutes overall before I just went to Lyft to get me back to my car. I got out and saw drivers just sitting in their vans on their phones. Nobody asked me "hey? why are you using Lyft to walk into our lot?" or anything at all. I emailed and got nothing back. I've used The parking spot now twice and so far ..... they are much better in all ways. read more

My flight landed at 640pm and I was out front of Terminal A waiting for the transport by 7pm. I called the main line at 713pm (have the call log) to let them know I was waiting and was told it would be 15 minutes. By 730pm, no one came so I called again and was told they would again be there in 15 minutes. I told the operator that other people were waiting as well and they had been waiting even before I got there at 7pm. It's now 745pm as of this review and still not a single shuttle has come. I have called twice and the operator said that someone has been to terminal A "multiple times" already--which clearly has not been the case. Even as I was on the phone with them for a third time, the operator said the driver reported they were parked at Terminal A waiting for passengers. I'm standing in the spot I was told to stand in (A34-36) and not a single shuttle has arrived so someone is lying. EDIT: we were picked up at 756pm. read more
