Fast Park and Relax has been the best place for me to park when I travel by plane in Orlando. I am able to park my car, get picked up by the shuttle at my car, get driven to the airport quickly and efficiently, and have only experienced courteous drivers who are so helpful. They do have a qr code so tipping is easy, if decide to do that. Each time when I have traveled by their service, they help me with my bags so I don't feel on my own. When it's time to come back, they give you a paper that says where you parked, so you show that to them and they literally take you to your car. No walking in the dark, or in some random parking lot. They drop you off and help you with your bags. Another benefit I have enjoyed is that they offer loyalty rewards. My next trip coming this next week, I will get three free days of parking! Your car is kept in a covered spot, which is important to me, because I have a new car. This is a great option, that saves you money and keeps your car ready to take you home when you come back! read more

Parked here for 6 days last week and got an ant infestation in my car. When we got back there were ants crawling all over the exterior of the car and we are on day 3 of treatment and they r still coming out of the cracks. read more

Waiting over 22 minutes to come to pick you up from the parking. Sweating lokking for options. No need to wait that long for ride.

17 minute wait for shuttle. When one arrived they had to leave at least 5 people behind. I hope this does not become a trend for this location. Driver took a ridiculous amount of time per passenger to unload passengers and bags. Heart was in right place but not at this time of night. We need speed. read more

I stopped at this FastPark while I was in Orlando. I had to fly to RDU, and back to Orlando same day to grab the child, so I just parked here for a few hours. It was also Christmas day, so I was excited that they were working. The driver that I had, I believe was Charles, was super nice. Great conversation, really friendly, and good driver when he was taking me from the lot to the airport. I did pre-book my parking in advance, which made it easier to get in and out, especially when they had lot full signs. 2026-10 #586 read more

I'm so glad I found FastPark & Relax! Unlike other airport parking services in the area, FastPark is actually as timely as they promise, which makes all the difference on travel days! I love that their spots are covered and they pick you up directly from your car. I've used FastPark for a few trips now, and every employee I've encountered has been incredibly kind and courteous. Tip: Be sure to sign up for their rewards program to earn free days read more

This company has been going downhill for the last year. It doesn't matter what terminal you're at the yellow parking spot buses and the red Wally Park buses come 2 to 3 times before one single Fast park bus will come. About time to find another company read more

I'm glad I'm a member and now I'll be even more loyal. Charles went the extra mile to get us to the train on time! Although they left me & my dog waiting an extra 5 or 10 minutes, they made up for it. They are not allowed to drop passengers off right at the train but it needed to be done! Seems like FP&R empowers their staff to do what it takes to delight customers! Thanks to his concern and effort, we made the train and he saved the day! read more

FastPark & Relax - Me & Chloe on the Shuttle to terminal C! In the way to the Brightline! - Parking Near Me - Orlando, Florida

FastPark offers clean busses and are pretty prompt when you arrive at parking. Many spots are covered. And the price is great. The downside is the same for any offsite parking. When arriving to go home, you may wait 0 to forever waiting for the bus to pick you up. read more

My wife and I returned to MCO this morning after a 13-day trip and had a very disappointing experience with Fast Park. After landing, I called for a shuttle pickup at B36. I was told a driver would come before returning to the parking lot. After waiting 10 minutes with no pickup, I called again and was told another driver would arrive within 7 minutes. After another 10 minutes passed, I called a third time and was again promised a driver. This time I asked for the person's name and he said it was Victor. In total, we waited approximately 30 minutes and I had to make three calls before being picked up. When I arrived at the exit kiosk, the first employee was rude and dismissive. I then spoke with an employee named Victor and reiterated the shuttle delay and my request for compensation. He denied being the person I had spoken with on the phone, said that someone was lying when they said it was Victor, and stated he could not provide any adjustment. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told none would be available until noon. I needed to leave so I paid with the intent of getting it resolved later. To add more annoyance, I realized after I paid that I had more than enough points to get 1 day free but neither employee informed me of this. I emailed Katylyn the manager and requested a refund for 3 days (for the trouble and terrible customer service) and also the ability to use my points for a 4th day. So effectively, I requested a refund for 4 days (out of 13). She replied with a terse apology, that she would talk to her employee, and said "we do not offer refunds for wait times". I guess terrible customer service doesn't count for anything either. She did offer 2 free days for a "future" visit. I will not be using this company again even with 2 free days from her. If you value your time and customer service, I recommend finding a better company. ** Update: Search for "wait" on the yelp reviews and see how several other people are having the same issues we did. Wish I would have done that before using them again. They used to be good but they are too slow and have terrible customer service now. read more

Has only gotten worse since our last review. Not a holiday weekend today so the manager's excuse does not apply. Arrived at 6:21 and had to wait 7 minutes for a bus at U and then circled the lot and didn't get out of the facility until 6:42 because only two buses were running (based off voices heard on the intercom) read more

Great service but need more EV car chargers. Nice to have covered parking in the sun. Get the card to build up points for free parking days

Never enough shuttles to pick up at your car, long waits while they do airport runs AND NEVER at return unless called to come. Other Fast Park and Relaxs are very efficient. Not MCO! read more

I love this place! Great rates, easy online reservations, fast transfers, covered parking and great staff! We always use them every-time we fly! Plus each time you use them, you collect points toward free days. Check them out! read more

Called directly to the office to let them know I was sitting in traffic and that I was running about 45 minutes late. In her arrogance and condescending voice said "That ain't my problem, we got space." Once I arrived at the booth, I waited about a minute as the (same?) agent was on her cellphone with her back against the arrival window of her booth.. Needing to catch a flight, I honked my horn so that she could check me in. She turned around and said "Cant you see I'm on the phone? I'll get to you in a minute!" So I sat as not to upset the PhD candidate manning the booth. That was my first and last time using this parking service. read more

Always super fast and excellent staff and drivers. Covered parking is key with Orlando's crazy weather. Hail damage is no joke.

Love fast park! Anyone that says anything negative it's either broke or doesn't have a little patience. My experience was really good, it was a busy night and they had shuttles coming nonstop. Our driver Enrique got us in and gave us good information on getting checked out in the express lane. He was such an entertaining driver to have. Very helpful! I talked to a manager there Saturday night and she was at the express lanes, also really helpful and nice! read more

Very convenient What I have parked here for a number of times now. There is barely a wait! Once you go through, there is someone that is ready to pick you up when you unload from your car. Only maybe 1 time have I had to wait for a bit. With smaller cars they can move quicker, as they don't need to fill more. On my way back, I never need to wait longer than 5 mins for a pick up Environment All covered parking, right off seminar. Very close to the airport. It is very convenient Niceness of the Staff Very nice staff. I don't have any big requests so there never is an issue. Dollar It is 11$ per day, all included. Yes? Yes I would! read more

This morning Aug 18, 2025. Calvin dropped my husband at spirit and I was next to go to Brightline. He would not drop me off at the doors. I was dropped at terminal C. Walked in, up to level 4 walked across (far) outside to elevator up to 5 and thru to Brightline check in. All with 2 suitcases. My husband tipped him $10 I'm not telling my husband I was walking alone, in the dark, outside in the parking garage! I'm contacting FastPark when I have the reservation information read more

Not enough drivers... a 20-30 minute wait every time... Wally Park & the parking spot are much quicker at the same price 2 Wally park busses, 3 parking spot buses...No Fast Park buses! Thanks for all the input...on a positive note, the drivers and staff are very courteous... the price is right, and I am making another reservation for a business trip next week read more

Had a very easy interaction with the staff. Prompt service to and from the airport and my car was covered! Will use again

My coworker, who is a frequent flyer, suggested this place to me after I showed up at work and asked if anyone had ever parked at the airport. First, she highly advised me NOT to park at the airport. Then, she recommended Fast Park & Relax. IT WAS TOO EASY, PEOPLE! It was so easy that I was convinced I was missing a step. I drove through, got my ticket, drove to my designated spot, and then IMMEDIATELY got picked up by the shuttle. I was in and out in less than 4 minutes. LESS THAN 4 MINUTES! What?!?! As long as I'm in Orlando, I have no reason to use any other airport parking. I will definitely be back. read more

Super condescending lady on the phone. We waited for a shuttle for like 25 minutes use ParkingSpot instead

Decided to use this place to park when traveling to Chicago last week. It was much easier to get to, as opposed to ones we've used when living in Colorado. The staff were very professional and directed us as to where to park. The drivers did not try and kill us getting to and from, which is always a plus and they even gave me a 15% veteran discount upon exit after showing my ID. Can't beat that! The price was acceptable, since it is all covered parking. Will definitely use them again! read more

Fast Park & Relax in Orlando was great! Left my car there for around 4 days during Christmas and it only cost me $67!! The Parking Spot quoted me $150 for only 3 days which is absurd. Shuttle arrived within 5-10 minutes and my driver Nigel was very kind and helpful! Can't forget to mention that EVERY spot is covered parking! Will absolutely park here again if I'm ever flying out of Orlando! read more

Service has really gone down hill the last few times I used them. It takes 20 minutes for a shuttle to show up, while waiting for them I see multiple parking spot and Wally park vans. I guess they are trying to squeeze more profit by running fewer vans. Also, last time I tried to leave all the kiosks were messed up and there was a huge traffic jam at the exit. Just the thing you want after a long plane trip and want to get home. read more

Left from Orlando on 9/15/23. Was told to park in row V, and waited about 15 minutes to be picked up. About 10 minutes into wait, called the number to check status of being picked up and was told that airport had close all garages and they were very busy and then they hung up. The ride was horrible also to airport. 10 people on a bus with 8 seats. Little A/C and a herky jerky ride. Sent an email to manage and she apologized, but stated the garage closure excuse. Guess that excuse justifies their poor performance. Many other options for airport parking, I'd skip this one. read more

Pulled right in, parked, and was picked up by the shuttle before I could close my trunk!

FastPark bought these little bitty shuttles and they can't handle even a medium sized group. Waited on this Friday evening for over 10 minutes on a shuttle to arrive. Shuttle filled up, and now waiting for a second shuttle. The crowd was not happy. But, they are gone. Me, just hanging at MCO. The staff is friendly, but the processes and equipment are not up to par. UPDATE: 27 minutes from the time I got to the curb and the Shuttle departed the airport...with me on it. #WaitingOnAFriday read more

Normally, we get great drivers and great service, but I would like to report the driver in bus #33 on Tuesday, July 9, 2024. First, we were bounced and tossed all over the place with his aggressive driving, but the worst was when he brought us to our car and didn't bother to help with the bags. When asked, he brought the two bags to the door of the vehicle and virtually grunted, instead of the service we normally get where the driver will, with seeming pleasure, take the bags outside the vehicle to the back of the customer's car and we exchange mutual gratitude. Maybe management could have a chat with this driver. It left a bad taste ... read more

We flied from Orlando International Airport and we parked our car for four days at FastPark & Relax. I booked the parking online and got my registration number. When we reached the parking we scanned our code and we were given a spot which was covered. This is the benefit to park at FastPark& Relax. The shuttle picked up from our car parking spot and left us at our terminal. When we came back we called the fast park & terminal. The shuttle picked us from the airport terminal and dropped us to our parking spot. The service was reliable and good. read more

My DD left her car there when she flew home to visit. At first she had reserved at another parking place but was so worried after reading some awful reviews she canceled that reservation and went with FastPark. She said the shuttle was waiting for her when she arrived to park her car. We took her to pick up her car at the end of the trip and everything was smooth. The facility is clean, well lit and all the cars are covered. The staff was pleasant and professional. Overall a great experience and she definitely plans to use them again. read more

If a zero-star review were possible, I'd give it. Their consistently rude employees and delays of over 30 minutes for pick-up have led to increased parking fees, and their lack of concern is disappointing. Mia and Shakira exhibit unprofessional behavior unsuitable for customer service. Consider using another service provider. Update: called them, and they don't care and just reply to ppls post on here to make you believe they care read more

Easy and efficient departure pickup, but a disastrous arrival! The directions for terminal C pickup were the only ones included in the confirmation email, leading me to believe those were the instructions for al terminals. After a one hour trek from A to C with a 70 year old carrying luggage, I learned that we could have been picked up at A. The poor communication was pointed out to the manager who then blamed me for not knowing the arrival pickup locations. Took no responsibility for the unclear communication. Offered a dismissive apology and nothing further. Rarely have I felt so belittled as a customer. Unbelievable! read more

Waited for over 30 minutes for a truck to pick up at the B terminal. Wally Park went through twice, park bark and fly went through three times, several other services cycled through several times and I'm still waiting on the fast park.
