I had to go on a last minute business trip and fly out of Orlando, and after unsuccessfully trying to reserve two days parking at the airport, I gave The Parking Spot a try and that turned out to be a great choice. I installed the app, made an account, and reserved two days. A fee was waived for using the app, and very clear instructions explained what to do. Scan a code that is generated after making a reservation. I showed up about 45 minutes later than my reservation, and was a little worried I was going to lose my spot, but no issue at all. A nice attendant at the gate simply told me while aisle to go to, park, and just wait there a few minutes. I park, get out, and wait by my car. After only about three minutes waiting, a driver shows up, fills out a card with my space number, and says give this to the driver when I return. The drive to the airport was short, and I got dropped off right at my terminal. The next day I arrive very late around 2am, and I saw on the card a note that said to call a number if arriving after midnight, but the moment I go outside, a driver is already waiting for passengers. I literally exited the terminal and the van was right there. Pure luck. The drive back was quick and before I knew it, I was dropped off at the same spot I parked. Super easy. The fees were a lot less than what the airport charges, not a lot of extra time was needed, and really the whole process was super easy and very efficient. read more

The parking spot has become our go to location to park our car when heading to the Orlando International Airport. This spot is located offsite from the airport, but pretty much straight down the road. It is not too far from the airport. I would recommend parking your car here as the garages at the airport have become increasingly more difficult. If you are taking the Brightline, I would 100% recommend parking here. The last few times, the spots for Terminal C are almost completely full, once with us unable to locate a spot and forced to park offsite. Their prices are cheaper as well than parking on site at the airport. I would recommend making a reservation to guarantee your spot, especially on holidays. We have never had an issue getting a parking spot, even day of. They do have an app which is very easy to navigate and creating an account, allows you to earn more rewards, even free days. There are a few options, covered parking, uncovered parking and VIP parking. We also go for the covered parking, it is about $2 more but your car is covered, outdoors, but still covered from any environment elements. When you park, make note of your parking spot. They will give you a card with the number but last time, he did write the wrong spot, thank God I had a photo. Once you park, the shuttle will drive up to you. You will not need to walk very far. They will assist you loading your luggage on the shuttle and ask where you are going. (For the most part, they assist you, we have had a couple of female drivers that will not assist). The shuttle might be carrying a few people all stopping at different locations. If you are terminal C, you will be dropped off last. My suggestion is to give yourself an extra 30-minute factor in of when you want to arrive at the actual terminal. The shuttles are very nice, there are about 10 seats, they do have seatbelts but not required. They are also air conditioned. They will drive you to the arrival of your airline. If you are in terminal C, there is one drop off. Terminal C is mostly international and the Brightline. When you are ready to be picked up, you can call or use the app. We put in the time of our arrival when booking through the app and the shuttle has always been there for us, with no call. They also will take you directly back to your car. Some tips to note: 1. download the app 2. book ahead of time, if you want to prepay, you save even more, but you do not need to prepay 3. give yourself time to get from their parking to the terminal 4. tip your driver especially if they assist 5. they offer certain discounts such as AAA, once you create an account, your discount for AAA is in there and will be applied to your reservations 6. they offer full-service car wash while you are away for additional charge, you will need to book ahead of time 7. the drop-off for terminal C, if you are taking the Brightline, is quite a walk, be prepared for that Honestly, we have only had 1 bad driver, and she honestly was terrible. She drove fast, weaved in and out of traffic, sudden and hard stops and was not friendly at all. We almost fell out of our seats multiple times. She blocked us going down a row with her shuttle and tried to tell us to go to uncovered parking even though we booked covered. Besides that, everyone has been very friendly and nice. My only issue is leaving. I check out and pay on the app, but it never seems to actually process my card on file, and I still have to scan it on the way out. After 5 minutes I called the number to let them know we are there. At the 10 minute mark there was no sign of a shuttle and we had to walk to the front. Finally we got on a shuttle but then had to circle around the parking lot until 5:21. Not a great experience when they advertise a 5 minute pickup. Great pricing and great service! I receive a corporate discount from my employer and decided to try it the other day when I had to travel with my family of 4. I was worried about the shuttle and timing of everything as I was with 2 little kids, but everything was super fast and efficient. As soon as we pulled up to the Parking Spot while we were taking our luggage out, a van and employee had pulled up so quickly- helped us bring the luggage inside and we quickly boarded. I didn't expect to be picked up right at our car spot- so that was amazing! Takes maybe 10-15 minutes from the location to the airport. When returning we waited for the shuttle at the designated spot- they have an app so you can track when the shuttle is in route and we waited no more than 5 minutes. The parking spot is convenient however you have to make sure you plan a lot of time ahead because otherwise you will be late! First of all the light to turn in the street where they are located takes long! Once driving in it goes fast, you scan and enter. The uncovered spots are all the way far in the end. A little bus drives around row to row to pick people up that park. This also takes time! Then it takes off to the airport which is about 10 to 15 minutes away. They start at terminal A, then B then C, this also takes time!! It was so tight I made it to the Brightline in the last minute because it was my first time doing this parking and the Brightline and the train is also far from drop off at the terminal : lots of walking. I ran. All staff is super friendly!!! And I couldn't complain about price because I had discounts. Overall very happy with this except you have to know it's time consuming. The staff did their best to be as fast and efficient as possible. what would have been a 5 star experience was trashed at the very last minute. Drop off was super easy. Stepped right on to the shuttle. Same with pick up. less then a 2 minute wait. Car was right where I left it and in the same condition I left it in. Here's the problem. I'm exhausted. it's 98 degrees out. Trying to leave. Oh, their credit card reader is hinky. Oh, the "help" button doesn't work. Oh, the employee who finally shows up wants TO TAKE MY CARD FROM ME. That's not going to happen. Finally after a 2 dozen tries, the reader works. If you are going to be a cashless business, you MUST invest in your credit card technology. I get their are out in the elements. But Parking Spot, you blew it. The parking spot has become our new location we use to park our car when going to the Orlando International Airport. This is an offsite parking lot that allows you to park your car, for a charge, and then be driven and dropped off at the airport. It is not too far from the airport, but I would recommend giving yourself extra time to park, get on the shuttle and over to the airport. Lately, there has been lots of construction in the parking garages and we have had a really difficult time in the last year parking on site. I'm not sure why but it's not worth the hassle to us, we prefer to have a guaranteed spot to park. This is especially true if you are parking in terminal C. We take a Brightline, which leaves from this terminal and the first time, we were unable to park, the entire garage was closed, the second time, we took the literal last spot. We just now go to parking spot. Their prices are cheaper as well than parking on site at the airport. Again, the shuttle might be carrying a few people all stopping at different locations. If you are terminal C, you will be dropped off last. My suggestion is to give yourself an extra 30-minute factor in of when you want to arrive at the actual terminal. Some tips I would recommend include: 1. Downloading and using the Parking Spot App- much easier 2. Make your reservation ahead of time to guarantee your spot 3. You can prepay ahead of time for a bigger discount, but this is not necessary 4. Give yourself an extra 30 minutes at least to get from Parking Spot to the terminal 5. You can tip your driver with cash, especially if they assist with your bags, you can also scan the QR code on the shuttle and tip that way 6. Check for discounts- the ones we know of are AAA 7. If you want your car washed while away, you can book that service as well for an additional charge 8. The shuttle drops off in order of who is on the shuttle- they start with terminal A, then terminal B and terminal C last The app is very useful, you can make your reservation, call your shuttle when you arrive back at the terminal, add your discounts and more. It is worth downloading. You also earn points using the app, we have already earned 2 free days. For parking there are a few options including: covered parking, uncovered parking and VIP parking. She also sped around the parking lot to block our vehicle going down one of the rows. She got out and started yelling at us to go to the uncovered parking, even though we booked covered. We honestly should have asked to speak with a manager. The shuttles are very nice, there are about 10 seats, each of which has a seatbelt if you want. They will drive you to the arrival location of your airline. Terminal C only has one stop, so all airlines and the Brightline get off at the same spot. When you are ready to be picked up, you can call or use the app. When you book online, they ask for your arrival time, and honestly, there has always been a shuttle waiting for us, we have never had to call. Our only issue is checking out and leaving. We check out on the app and even though our card is linked, we still always have to scan our card. I'm not sure if it is a flaw with the app or what, but if they are going to offer that on the app, then it should work. Overall, this is a great spot to park. Highly recommended! ACES! read more

Ok I know I gave this place a bad review prior, but I'm back after parking at other places. I continue to park here because of a few reasons: 1. My work gives me a very small corporate discount. It isn't much, but it's something. 2. The shuttle actually comes to your car to get you. 3. The shuttle takes you directly back to your car. 4. They tell you where to park instead of driving around looking for a space. 5. There is an app that shows you where the shuttles are in live time 6. Sometimes they have discounts by email Why not five stars? They're not always monitoring the app to see that you're waiting. So sometimes you wait, get passed up, and have to call in for a request. It's a bit overpriced. Prices change based on demand. Sometimes it's full and you can't reserve. Other places drop you off at a hotel lobby and you gotta walk to your car. Those same places either charge you a valet fee to park your car, which is a nice service when you're running late, or you gotta find a spot and walk to the lobby with all your luggage to get on the shuttle. I've even been to places where they take your keys completely and park your car and they get it for you on your way back, no other option. I have an old car so trust isn't an issue but if I had something expensive, I might be concerned. Some places have limited numbers of employees which led to a shuttle shortage when someone called in or got sick etc. So, I'll continue to use this place. I'm accruing points. I have used points for parking when it was really overpriced one time. I see they have lots in other states but I don't know that I'll ever need to use those. They also have car wash services etc for busy professionals. read more

This cost much more than I expected. I left the car in August 24th and picked it up September 4th. I was charged for 12 days at $225. Then there was a $25 fee. Then $16 something in tax. The grand total was $267. I know when I arrived they told me how much it was per day and, while I don't remember the total, it was nowhere near the over $18 per day that I was actually charged. Pick up and drop off times are sooo long. 45 mins to pick up from Terminal A. In that time, 5 Wally Park shuttles and 4 park and fly shuttles came and went. Driver (when they finally showed) claimed they're faster than all others (not) and that there was a shortage of drivers (how are both true at same time). Their app, which tracks the shuttles says different. In the time we were waiting, four shuttles went to Term B and 2 to Term C. Just incompetence from what I can tell. read more

Seriously - from the moment I got on the shuttle to the end when my car was being towed from their Orlando Parking Spot location......... everyone was amazing ! Both Renita and OLIVER were friendly, extremely courteous & professional. They helped with my luggage and initiated casual conversations while heading to airport. You could tell they liked what they did and even spoke highly of the company! Heck, the owner actually taught Oliver how to be a driver (which was nice to hear)! Also - can't forget to mention MAX! My car needed towed and he was so kind in every way possible. Allowed me to wait in the waiting room, offered water, let me use a phone charger, helped the tow truck driver navigate around the gates and corners - etc etc... We fly out of Orlando last Thursday Nov 23rd. No Airport Parking at all which MCO needs more parking areas. Another subject for another time. We didn't make reservations because a true friend of mine made a reservation last Thanksgiving and the Parking Spot gave their reservation away. They needed to find another alternative for parking. I didn't trust making a reservation at the Parking Spot. Unfortunately, we pulled into the Parking Spot. They proceeded to tell us that it was $90.00 a DAY-$78 dollar a DAY increase to park there. If this isn't price gouging when people are desperate. Shame on the owners of Parking Spot. It will be a cold day in Hell if we ever go there again. Shame on them. I've paid for the premium parking several times in hopes of getting quicker pick up and drop off but my experience has been random. My family and I almost missed our flight last time as shuttle after shuttle filled up on the cheaper side without coming to the premium side. After 20 minutes of waiting I went to the gate attendant and asked for help and he said that the premium price doesn't guarantee quicker pick up. I said ok can you send a shuttle over. Then two more shuttles filled up on the cheaper side. I finally got my family and all our luggage and walked to the cheaper side and flagged down a shuttle driver. We just made it in time for our plane. The shuttle driver was nice and helpful. But this was one too many times - I'm done! I've had numerous issues and talked with several attendants and drivers and even called in hoping to see a change. No one is perfect and I don't expect that of these guys but they have been so unresponsive to our need that it's the last straw. Travel is stressful enough I don't need to pay the premium price to add more stress. DO NOT PARK HERE. Under no circumstances should you park here. I thought I was saving money leaving my car here for the week but I came back to a damaged car. They broke the button to my driver-side window and took zero responsibility and denied it to insurance. The manager, Flavia, tried to put blame on the vendor who washed my car during the stay there. She kept saying she was sorry, but how empathetic is it when they tell the insurance I need real-time video proof inside of my vehicle when the damage is happening. I was completely wowed! I was taking my grand up to MA to see her Aunt last weekend. The airport lots were full and traffic was ridiculous! Finally made it to The Parking Spot and the sign said FULL, but Tony said he did have a spot just for me! So after boarding the bus, on the way to the airport I realized I left a bag in the car...OMG! We dropped off the 3 women at the Delta terminal, all who wished me positive vibes and good luck (Thank you all!) and The driver Thomas and Driver in training, Ralphy told me not to worry, they would take care of me, and they did! They rushed me and my grand back to TPS, I remotely opened my trunk, Ralphy ran out and grabbed my bag They got us to the airport in time for us to wait in the 45 minute TSA line. Then when we got back Sunday night, Deena (not sure I spelled her name correctly) greeted us with water. She was so sweet and helpful (couldn't find the CC I used when I entered, but finally did). So in closing, I want everyone to know how nice the staff was, and their behavior truly showed how much their employees really care.
