My wife and I have been using Park 'N Go for many years now. It's crazy how they have grown! They used to be just a small place compared to their competition, now it seems they are the big dogs in the neighborhood. They expanded since the last time I used them and now they have an extended lot in the back. Pricing has gone up over the years; we remember when it was $6 a day now, they are running between $10-$13. If you use them often you earn points and utilize them for free parking days. We haven't had any issues leaving our vehicle here for long periods, the area is fenced in and secure. Staff are super friendly and mostly bi-lingual. Drivers are helpful with luggage and will load/un-load items for all customers. Drivers provide water and staff members at the gate also always offer water which we appreciate. Two things to mention: (1) when you do drop your vehicle, be sure to hold on to your ticket, you will need it again with the driver drops you back off on your return home; and (2) you will pay a higher price to be dropped off at Terminal C verses Terminal A or B when going to MCO. All-in-all, the Park 'N Go team does a great job and we recommend them if you need a place to park when flying out of town. read more

This is the best Airport Parking in Orlando. If possible always book and prepay online and the price is cut by half compared to just pulling up. Also you will save a spot during the busy season. Next these guys are quick . A bus will follow you to your parking space and the driver is there to load your luggage into the bus. Even if you are the only customer they will leave immediately for a few minute ride to the airport. When you arrive from your trip you are given a number to call but we been lucky and a van is usually parked outside. I use Park and Go every single time I fly out of Orlando, and I've always had a great experience. I've never had any issues with my car, and the whole process is fast and easy. The shuttle is usually right there waiting, which makes a huge difference. I've parked at other places before where you have to walk all the way to the front just to catch the shuttle and then wait forever. With Park and Go, it's quick and efficient, and I always get to the airport on time. When I return, I just call them and they immediately send a shuttle to pick me up. No long waits. As a nice extra touch, they even offer water bottles before you leave, which is really appreciated after a long trip. Yes, sometimes the drivers can drive a little fast, but I've never had any problems at all. Overall, the service has been consistently reliable, convenient, and stress free. Lousy customer service, and glitch app. I used the app to make the reservation, specifically entering the dates and times I was arriving to park and when I would be leaving. Evidently the app did not correctly add the departure time, so when I returned and was ready to leave, the gate said that I owed for another day! Please make sure that you TRIPLE CHECK your reservation, because the app is not clear while you are entering things! I don't mind paying what I owe; I would just like to have accurate information to start with. On the PLUS side, the drivers were very polite and attentive. Also on the PLUS, customer service eventually gave me an extra day credit (assumedly for a future reservation). On the MINUS side, when I called customer service to ask about the problem, they were more interested in proving that they were right than in considering that the app could be glitchy. They eventually agreed to a credit, but they were not polite about it. It does make me reluctant to use their services again. read more

Great experience with Park N Go for my quick trip out of MCO. I highly recommend to get a quote online as it's cheaper in advance. I paid about $35 with taxes and fees (base price was $10/day). The lot for this off site parking lot is huge. It was filled to the brim, however I was able to find parking on the side area. The shuttles seem like they come every minute and my driver on the way to the airport was very nice and accommodating. Once I arrived back to MCO, I called the shuttle number and was told to wait at A34-A37 parking spot where myself and others patiently waited for our shuttle pickup. As you step on to the bus, the driver takes your slip of your parking spot so they can drop you off directly at your car. I thought that was great especially since I was running on 4 hours of sleep from my red eye. I overheard others on the shuttle that had to valet their car as the lot was pretty packed. Going forward, I would consider this offsite parking lot in addition to my regular economy lot for my future trips out of MCO. read more

I helped my friend find parking for our trip to Iceland last minute because the place she chose originally looked really sketchy. It ended up being a great choice, the second we parked a shuttle was already there to pick us up. He talked us through the slip they use to remember our parking spot and how pick up works. And even though we got in at 10pm, a shuttle was able to pick us up within 20 mins of landing. All in all, happy with the experience. read more

Amazing! It was my first time using this services, so obviously I was a little worried. They are super professional, straightforward, and overall easy. You get your confirmation email right away and it has the QR code that you will need. They are quick to pick you up from your car, so I really appreciate not having to be wandering or walking at five in the morning. The driver is very professional and he gave me the phone number to call back when I returned. (I returned that same day from the airport). They are available 24 seven and we're the most affordable services that I found so that's a plus. Parked here during the Thanksgiving rush I made an appointment online and paid online, which was a very reasonable price for three weeks. The minute we pulled in we got on the shuttle. Great first experience with Park 'N Go! Definitely will use this service again. This was a referral from a friend in Jacksonville. She told me she uses them every time for off site parking at the airport. Unfortunately the price was higher than it used to be (isn't everything?!), but $15 a day was still cheaper than parking on site. I made a reservation quickly and easily on their website. This was our 2nd time using this service while going away for a few days. The first time was great and relatively smooth but this second time has left a bad taste in my mouth. Parking was fine, but getting picked up and dropped off at our vehicle on the return trip was unpleasant and unprofessional. The driver of Park 'N Go shuttle number 95 today around 3:30pm on 9/22/2025 was an older man (not gentleman) who helped the two ladies in front of my family load their bags, but did not help us with our bags. I am a retired, disabled veteran who was carrying 3 bags and I guess he didn't feel like helping me out the way he helped out the other passengers. He didn't return the proper greeting of the day, and while driving us to the parking lot, disregarded some rules of the road such as tailgating and went heavy on the gas and brake, tossing us around the back like we were cargo. At each drop off, he helped the other passengers with their bags, and they tipped in return. We were last to be dropped off, my wife and I tried giving him the proper greeting again and he didn't return it. He also didn't help me with my bags again, so I didn't tip. Why should I? Tipping is for excellent service, while this man did the absolute bare minimum. He mentioned our plates were from New Jersey, and made a comment with attitude about not tipping. "Non tippers" to which I replied, "You haven't EARNED a tip". Tips are like respect. Earned, never given. We had another brief conversation towards the entrance as we were driving by, and made sure there was no misunderstanding why he wasn't tipped. He said because we're both from the North-East, the culture is different. I agree, but we live in Florida now, not the North-East. You get respect by giving respect. I was sure to let the attendants know at the gate what had happened, and the attendant was kind enough to offer my family a couple of water bottles to sort of make up for the whole encounter. I'm considering switching parking services over this, because as a paying customer I shouldn't be treated like a burden and it's not right that this driver helped other passengers but not me, a disabled veteran, while still expecting a tip. 35 minute wait for shuttle, 4 phone calls and all unanswered. The last few times I've used the service. I have to call them every time but tonight their attendants weren't even answering the phone. I had to Uber from the airport to the parking lot to get my car. I will never use them again. Ive used this establishment numerous times with great success, but today I got in at 1am, the shuttle driver drove around for 20 minutes trying to find my car, then teller attendant (who wouldn't give me her name) would not open the gate for me to pass though my ticket was prepaid because it had "accidentally" been closed out. It was obviously prepaid, so I don't know why it wouldn't be handled another time rather than at 1:30 am when I have a 1,5 hour drive ahead of me and a full travel day behind me. RATS? Our car is garage-kept at home but we parked our car at Orlando Park 'N Go for twelve days last month. The day after we got back home, I opened the hood to check the washer fluid and saw that big holes had been chewed in the hood liner, battery liner, and other engine insulation. There were little pieces of insulation all of the place so the damage was recent. I did a web search and learned that Orlando has the second-highest number of rats of any city in Florida. Has anyone else seen damage to their car after parking at this Park 'N Go? I can imagine where else the damage could have occurred. We prepaid on-line for this service (much less expensive than airport parking). We were directed to a parking spot and shuttle immediately picked us up and loaded our luggage. We were dropped off at our MCO terminal entrance with short walk to security and our gate. Upon our return we waited about 10 minutes for shuttle which took us from airport to our car. No pictures to include, but really there's not much need for them. This was a seamless affordable option for me to literally park n go to the airport! I live in Tampa but found a cheap flight at MCO. I found this option to park my car for $9 per day. It's gated, but not covered. They escort you to your spot, give you a receipt to hold onto for when you return, and meet you at your vehicle with the shuttle. They handle your luggage for you once at the shuttle and drop you off right at the departure gate for your flight. Booking online is necessary beforehand as you do need a reservation. After your flight, you call them and they pick you up from your flight area and take you right back to your car. No walking. Lots of checks as you're leaving to avoid theft of vehicles. You aren't leaving without showing proof of your reservation. The cost of the shuttle is included in your $9 per day fee. Amazing customer service! Everyone was so helpful and friendly!
