They have a fantastic variety in-store and a great selection to order from. The reason this review is conflicted is our interaction with the staff. When we first walked in, there were a lot of wallpapers, signage, and other instructions on the walls. We were so excited to look at the selection they offer that we didn't get a chance to read all the signs. My partner pulled out his phone and was taking pictures so we could compare before making a selection. One lady jumped at us, was extremely rude, and reprimanded us for taking photos. We both quickly apologized and put the phone away. She proceeded to lecture us that she has five signs posted; therefore, we should have been aware of the no picture policy. We were embarrassed by the way she spoke to us in front of other customers. She continues to make side remarks after that. Her colleague noticed the interactions and quickly walked over to us, offering to assist. And, this is why this post is a conflicted one- her colleague was delightful (perhaps to compensate for the colleague's rudeness), accommodating, extremely knowledgeable, and super friendly. We ended up purchasing close to $300 of wallpaper, glue, and other materials. She was so lovely. We even want to go back to show her pictures of how the project turned out, because I'm in love with the wallpaper and my closet now. In summary, please read all the signs before visiting this business to avoid being yelled at or accosted.

He got to my house on time and worked tirelessly for two days on a project he anticipated to take one. He never complained and concentrated on the job with his insane focus on the details. I felt terrible as this paper was such a headache to work with, but the final product looks amazing. George and his team are straight up artists. As for Conrad's painting, He did my entire first floor and it was soot damaged and in very bad shape. There were a few details that I was not happy with. Conrad was more than happy to come back with pleasure and take care of more than a few minor details until I was completely satisfied. He came back twice. Once on a Sunday. I felt like I was being a stickler about details but all he wanted was for me to be happy. He remained a professional gentleman. Here is the final results.
