Orlando was FANTASTIC. I would hire him again in a second. He arrived right on time, brought all the materials needed, and he was very efficient and did an excellent job wallpapering the inside of our son's nursery! It looks better than I could have ever anticipated and he was wonderful to work with. Very kind and communicative. Book him!!! read more

Orlando was so quick to respond when we were in a bind. My husband and I thought we could hang the powder room wallpaper ourselves and as I'm standing on the ladder measuring out the first roll, he decided we should just hire someone. Orlando had availability that fit our schedule perfectly and the price was exactly what we were quoted by three other wallpaper hangers. He was on time and completed the job in the exact timeframe he gave us. Super respectful of our home and did a wonderful job. Great communication and made sure we knew where the anchors were to rehang the lights/mirror/shelves. I would absolutely recommend him and use him again! read more

Orlando did an excellent job installing our wallpaper. He was extremely communicative beforehand, scheduled things quickly, and arrived on time. While those are stellar qualities, the best part was his craftsmanship. The wallpaper was installed with such skill and precision, you can see not a single seam. The work is absolutely incredible. I made an appointment with Carola. She texted me to confirm, however Orlando never showed up or called me. Carola then just sent a lot of excuses and said Orlando could come by Saturday at 6. Why would anyone want work done on a weekend starting at 6pm? Beware! Do not trust these people! read more

Golden Wallpaper's Orlando Silva did a fabulously beautiful job installing peel and stick wallpaper (that I couldn't figure out and that no other wallpaper contractor wanted to work with) for the room that will be the nursery for my daughter's new baby that is due any day. He did the work only two days after being contacted. He was punctual, efficient, tidy and friendly. We believed his price was very reasonable and every cent was well spent. When we need wallpapering again we will be contacting Golden Wallpaper. When you need wallpapering reach out to Golden - you will be delighted that you did! Five stars for Orlando!! read more

Professional job from start to finish. From the initial evaluation of our project, to helping ordering the right amount of wallpaper, to prepping the walls, and installation, we couldn't have been more impressed. Carola and Orlando are extremely knowledgable, helpful, and communicative. The finished project is absolutely gorgeous. We couldn't be happier. I honestly never write reviews, but I sincerely cannot say enough great things about Orlando! He has now worked on three projects in my home, each one executed perfectly. The first project he had helped us with was a large scale mural that covered our entire dining room. The task was quite laborious and required someone with a real skill for wallpaper installation. Not only is he an absolutely lovely person, but also extremely detail oriented and diligent in his work! As a designer myself, I am very particular about the way in which I want things to look and Orlando hasn't disappointed once. We have future projects we already plan to work with him on. Do yourself a favor and hire Golden Wallpaper. I wouldn't trust anyone else at this point. read more

Go with these guys. I got quotes from several places and went with Orlando based on the following: 1/ Professionalism. He clearly communicated specific preferences around installation from the start and turned out to be right (based on asking several others). 2/ Communication. There was a slight issue (with too little wallpaper - my fault) and Orlando quickly identified a few options and was able to clearly communicate / show them to me. This made it easy to get the right decision - a small patch. Very happy. read more

I moved into a new place and had a dream of a dark colored Chinoiserie wallpaper bathroom. I was new to wallpaper installation and looked around for a couple of options - either some that were optimistic in the cost/time involved and others that quoted extremely high prices. Orlando came to the rescue and gave a fair price - came promptly, diligently wallpapered our small half bathroom (which is arguably more complex with more attention to detail vs large walls), professional throughout, cleaned up after he was done and helped us drill a wall into the hole on something different. Also, getting this set up was easy thanks to Amanda who was responsive and helped get an appointment just 2 days later. I would highly recommend him to any one - and would definitely have him back again if i needed more wallpapering. read more

I absolutely, no hesitations, recommend golden services for wallpaper installation! I promise you don't need to shop around - Orlando's quality and professionalism are top notch and his prices are SO fair. He was done with our powder room install in 2 hours, in and out, left the work space cleaner than he found it. No seems in sight, no imperfections whatsoever, despite some tricky corners and edges. Be prepared to tip him because his work is impeccable! read more

This business was very thorough about inspecting the project, evaluating all the anticipated prep that would be needed so they could give a informed quote to avoid surprises. The painters are hard-working and conscientious. But I was most impressed with the management that showed up for the inspection of the work, and then was here the first day when the painters arrived to be sure that everything was communicated properly. Very responsive at all times of the day and weekends. read more

Orlando did a beautiful job with our accent wall -- we reached out to a couple of contractors and not only was Golden Wallpaper the most affordable, they were able to pencil us in quickly as we were on a schedule. Orlando made a tricky pattern work with good use of the spare wallpaper pieces, as we purchased just the right amount of paper so there wasn't really any room for error. He also left the room as clean as it was when he arrived and was very courteous the entire time he was in our home. Orlando came in on a Sunday afternoon and really worked some magic in my basement bathroom. The previous contractor had messed up the walls and he fixed them and primed them before getting to work. The precision of his cuts and the matching of the paper is really phenomenal. He was here for a solid four hours and really made sure to get the details down right.
