Walls R Us are absolutely fantastic! I put out a Yelp SOS when I needed a paint job done and Ashley responded the quickest out of everyone. She stopped by the following day to review the project I needed done and provided a great price. She then offered to paint our steps and with that I was sold. Two days later Julio and his team showed up to begin work. They spent the first day patching and fixing up our hallway, with day two being completely devoted to the stairs. They were clean and fast and so polite. Ashley stopped by on both days to check on the status of the project, as well as to provide paint samples for the stairs. We ended up going with a beautiful color and she had it delivered with scentsations mixed in! Both days the team was punctual. They were wonderful to work with from start to finish! read more

Quality of work well here are some pictures that says it all I wish I could have posted all the pictures! I would not recommend this company the workmanship is not professional at all . They did not take down the shudders to paint underneath they did not sand and prep the house only power wash it and put down paint . They over charge for horrible workmanship. Paint shouldn't peel and crack after a month of painting this was not a professional job . Ashley said she would come back to fix but no call or fix . They painted the outside of house for 13,500.00. Ashley said she would be there everyday to oversee her workers work no only came for payment with her husband . Workers came late and ended day early with no supervision. Left paint chips all over no cleanup and paint all over roof . complained nothing was done. I don't know there inside paint work , but would not recommend this company for outside painting job. read more

I have been using Walls R Us for the past 11 years. I recently had them paint 3 bedrooms with multiple repairs. (sheetrock, large cracks) Ashley and Jeff are so professional and helped me to decide on colors and provided large paint swatches to make an easy decision. The workers came early and I was so impressed with the way they took care in protecting and covering all areas. All 3 bedrooms came out amazing! I was so impressed how the repairs came out and was left with beautiful smooth painted walls and trim. The cost was VERY reasonable and the crew worked so hard to make sure everything was perfect. They left my home cleaner then when they started! This is the only company I will ever use and look forward to having them back for the next job. Walls R Us painted our deck in June, and they were terrific. My first contact was with Ashley. Ashley was an absolute pleasure. She came to look at what was needed and gave me an estimate and I was able to choose the color stain that day ( I gave her the ok right away because the price was very competitive) The work included 1. Power wash. 2. Sand 3. Fill in and repair the wood. 4. Stain/paint. The guys came and very efficiently did their jobs. It took about 3 days. (BTW they moved all furniture and we have 2 levels.) The day they started staining it was obvious the stain was not enough to cover the wood. Ashley came back to our house with options. We chose a deck paint instead. Ashley left and came back with the paint in 30 minutes and the paint was exactly what I wanted. And the next day the guys came back and moved the deck furniture back. Excellent job. SO very happy. Ashley said they also paint interiors and I will definitely call her when I'm ready for that project! read more

I recently just got the entire interior of my condominium townhouse in Nassau County, NY done and I am thoroughly impressed and happy with the job Walls-R- Us did, how great my walls look, and the service I received. From the moment I received my free estimate and free color consultation, I got a great vibe that this company takes pride in the work they do. The owner Ashley T. takes time to listen to your vision and walks through with color swatches on the wall, so you can envision what the color would look like on your wall. The painters were at my home on time for three days, took their time, and treated this job as if they were painting their own home. Last, but certainly not least once my personal bedroom was done the color came out darker than what it looked like on the swatch. I called Walls-R-Us to let them know, and the next day they were at my house to change it to my desired new color. Customer satisfaction is huge for them. Several weeks ago I had high hats installed in my ceiling. This involved several holes in ceilings and walls for switches. So I needed Sheetrock work and painting. Additionally, I needed the same services for a wall where I had a plumbing leak. Having used this company before, and was very happy with their results, I called them again. They were able to do the Sheetrock work and painting of walls and ceilings. This involved matching colors from years ago; some I had the paint, some had to be matched. Both money-wise and quality I was very pleased with the results. For a reasonable price, they were able to do the extensive Sheetrock work and painting with good quality and all in one day. They were prompt and reliable, coming when they said, etc. The workers were very nice, professional and hard working. They arrived at 8:00 and left after 6 so they could complete the job in one day. I am very pleased with the results. In summary, for a reasonable price, they did Sheetrock, painting, matched colors. They were prompt, reliable, professional. I called Walls R Us and I believe I spoke to Ashley to set up an appointment for an estimate. My appointment was set for last Friday - between 3 and 4. I waited around until 4pm and then called Walls R Us to get confirmation that someone was still coming out. No one answered the phone so I left a message - requesting that someone call me back to confirm. It's now Tuesday and no one has yet to call me back. This kind of service (or lack thereof) is totally unprofessional and was turned out to be a total waste of my time.....and for these reasons, I would not recommend Walls R Us for their services. read more
