Penny and Brian gave us detailed estimates of the work to be done in each room. Brian and his crew took their time to spackle and prepare each area. The painting was precise and our rooms now look fresh and new. They also had the challenging job of painting our entrance hall with a high ceiling and walls that extend to the second story. I wrote him a 5 star review and then followed up several times regarding the stairwell. Between leaving several messages on his personal phone and Yelp, I still never received a call back about the stairwell. If a company is too busy, or doesn't want to provide the service, they should just let you know. It's a shame because his guys did a great job but I'm a stickler for following through on things and this did not happen, leaving me hanging for a couple of weeks before finally moving on to find another company. I am loyal to small businesses in my community and I took the time to give this company the benefit of the doubt but I guess my job wasn't profitable enough, but he got his 5 star review.
