Worst service Dept ever! Bought brand new Rogue less than week ago at Nearby Nissan dealer in ft. Pierce. Called Wallace for service because a/c not blowing cold. Was told may not be covered under warranty until they could determine source of problem. Explained twice car was under full warranty and I also purchased extended warranty. Pretty much told too bad for me and they wouldn't even give me loaner car. Called sutherlin where I purchased car and they said to bring car to them and of course car was under full warranty. We purchased our Murano down south and live locally here in Stuart. We have an extended warranty so unless we want to drive south for every problem with experience, this is the dealership we go to for problems, including recalls. Our experience has not been great. Even though I explained our issues prior to the visit we had to tell them again why we were there (all the while the service person in charge, Hunter, clicked his pen and stared downward). And had to tell them AGAIN when quoted a $99 fee for even looking at the car that we had the extended warranty. OH...no charge then. First visit was for a recall and an issue we had with the driver's electric window not working properly. Fixed both issues. However, weeks later when my husband filled the wiper fluid he found a very long, very large tool under the hood!! And, yes this was the only place that worked under the hood during that period. We let the service manager know right away and he wasn't too upset or surprised about it and offered a free oil change next time we need one. Needless to say, we weren't too happy about this. We didn't bring the tool back for months, until I had to bring the car in again for another recall and the driver's window acting up again....We returned the tool, didn't get the oil change because we didn't need one at that time - who knows if we will ever get that. The window has a glitch they couldn't rectify but gave it a look and cleaned it up. Well, guess what, the window still has the issues, so we'll have to go back eventually either for another recall or a problem. Service here could use improvement. read more

Saw a car on their site with all features and was an exact match to what I was looking for. This dealership was a 2+ hour drive away so I reached out to them to confirm this was in their inventory. Chris called me back stating it was. I explained we were coming from 2+ hours away, our son was at school, and we would have to find alternate transportation home for him, and this would completely alter our entire day, so please make sure it was there. He stated it was and scheduled a test drive for me for roughly two and a half hours later. We drove straight there and he was with someone else but another person told us that car had "sold yesterday". Of course then they want to show me other cars and we walked out. The manager called a moment later and offered to take whatever price off any car but I turned him down out of principal. Just came back from Stuart Florida Nissan. Their internet guy emailed me and promised me we could make a deal with me trading in my 2013 Nissan Murano using their "special offer going on right now. We are giving 120% of Kelly Blue Book value". Therefore, I should have been offered $6200 on the trade in. We get to the paperwork and they offered me a paltry and laughable $3500. When I asked "What about the 120% KBB you are advertising?" The salesman Mr. Brown tells me "Oh, we can't use that". When I ask why? He had no answer and tried to say there is a disclaimer in some flyer that's out there. I told him I never got any "flyer" and his internet guy assured me of a deal with no problem. I even showed him his internet guy Keanu's emails to prove I was offered the "special deal". But, he still didn't care. Now, I've purchased 3 Nissan's over the last 20 years and am a loyal customer. I recently purchased a new truck from them. The car salesman was alright, answered general questions but couldn't answer more specific questions such as does the car connect to iPhone for navigation. Apparently, neither could anybody else at the dealership. After purchasing the truck, they do give you a complimentary car wash and first oil change for free. Very small showroom and average selection on compact trucks. There were leaves in the back of my truck when I purchased it and still there after they cleaned it but I was fine with it. However, after purchasing my new truck I was never sent my new tag! I called my car salesman a few times and left a message and never heard back. After speaking with the general manager, he suggested that I should have done more to follow up?! Never again, going on a month and a half now and still waiting on my new tag from them. The finance manager, Tom, was very apologetic throughout the process but nobody else seemed to care. Be aware, once they sell you the vehicle, you are on your own. read more

I owned 3 Nissan's before I decided to purchase a new Honda Civic. I maintained all 3 cars at the Nissan dealer to make sure my repairs were done by A Nissan mechanic. I used to go to Sutherland Nissan in Ft. Pierce for service on my Sentra. However, the service advisors were hard to keep employed and seeing a new face for service proved to be frustrating. Yet, I never had a problem with the mechanics at Sutherland. So, I started to go to Wallace in hopes of building a long relationship with the dealership. My first visit oil change, okay, they recommended services, 2nd visit coolant flush and a remark how my car had lots of miles on it (160k), not even weeks later I have 3 out of my 4 ignition coils blow. They did the diagnostic test and charged me for the test on top of the repair which total $1,128 and some change. $1000 was paid in cash. The same week the ac compressor goes out and they'll give me a break and fix it for $745. When I asked more than once for a refund of the $100. They refused. Only offering a store credit. Why would I want a credit to a dealership I do it trust!? When I believe my car was sabotaged by the mechanics at the dealership? And because of this experience I went to Honda to buy a brand new car. Sadly, I would not recommend this dealership. Thousands of dollars they make and they can't refund me $100 that they should have credited In the first place. I tried to call and ask more than once before this post. So for a $100 they are potentially losing business. Sad and greedy. read more

I cannot express sufficiently how disappointed I am with Wallace Nissan. I bought a Frontier SV on dealer trade sight unseen. It showed up with cosmetic damage on the radio, it had over 250 miles on it, it has coffee and soft drinks stains on the doors, it was a 2013 not a 2014 as I expected, and the spare tire was missing. I contacted the sales man and arranged to meet with him and the Sales Manager Dallas. With all the issues we had lost confidence in the truck. We simply wanted to trade up to a fully loaded 2014 Frontier SL ordered the way we wanted it and without all the extra damage and abuse we saw on the dealer trade. It turns out Dallas wanted charge us MSRP to order the SL and offered me $2000 less than I owed on the loan. We had put $3000 down and had a $25,000 loan. We had the truck for one week and the 100 miles we put on it cost $50 a mile. I asked Dallas specifically if the $23,850 offer was wholesale trade value.... he said yes. I expected a hit... but $2000 was a lot. OK ... so then I decide with my wife, fine, I'll just take the $23,850 write a check for $2000 and we would walk away. All of a sudden Dallas changed his story and wanted more money since the $23,850 was NOT the wholesale cash value! I called out this lie and he threw me and my wife out. It was clear that we had to pay the price for our mistake and Dallas was going to squeeze us for every penny on top. We have a truck that is not satisfactory and a dealership that is a throw back to the 1980s ways of doing business. So we will NOT order an SL from Wallace Nissan nor will we ever recommend this place to anyone else and certainly will not buy any vehicle from Wallace Automotive Group. read more

I was able to communicate with a non commissioned salesperson (Hunter) via text. There was no BS, no slimy sales tactics, just accurate info with incredibly fast response time. (I went to several dealers before Wallace and was disgusted by the games and tactics) I was nervous because this was my first lease but I feel like I got a fantastic deal. I was able to get in and out in about half an hour (incredible) with no pressure for add ons. It was well worth the drive from WPB. I would highly recommend Hunter and the dealership. read more

I went there yesterday afternoon to purchase a vehicle and the General Manager of Sales was unprofessional and rude! Upon hearing my target price (which I was forced to give by the sales guy in order to be helped), the GM told me to leave and he was not interested in negotiating a price for the vehicle. I highly discourage anyone from going to this dealership. There are too many Nissan dealerships around eager for consumer and fleet business. My car is only a year old. I have been having several issues with my seats. I have a 2014 nissan altima and I bought it from this dealership. I have gone to service my car over 4 times because of my seats and they have fixed it everytime until this time. I felt dents in my two front seats and they had the nerve to tell me that it is normal and that I am looking for perfection. I have never heard about dents in your seats being normal. I will be contacting the Federal Trade Commision due to awful customer service and the unwilling to fix my seats when I am still under warranty. PLEASE READ AND LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE On Sunday, August 30, 2015, I went to Wallace Nissan of Stuart, Florida. I was looking to purchase a 2010 Nissan Murano (JN8AZ1MUXAW002791) with 61,674 miles for $15,988.00. I felt that this was a good price for vehicle with this amount of mileage and year. Unfortunately, the vehicle was located at Wallace Lincoln located in Fort Pierce, Florida. The salesperson promised me that he would get the vehicle from Wallace of Fort Pierce and bring it to the dealership in Stuart. I left the dealer and went on my way. On Monday, August 31, 2015, I returned to the dealer, and as promised the vehicle was there. Cosmetic wise the vehicle looked good, I test drove it and it was a comfortable ride, and the price was good. We begin to do the paper work, and everything was going great. Keep in mind that I was planning on giving a substantial down payment ($8,000.00), and I have good credit. They took me to the finance office, and that's where the nightmare began. The finance officer explained to me that she was having difficulty getting me an APR lower than 7 percent. According to her, the problem lied with the mileage of the vehicle. Even though, I was putting a substantial amount for a down payment and with good credit, none of this was helping lower the APR. She explained to me that I can put less money on the down payment and get an extended warranty package (Gold Pan & Roadside for the tires and wheels), that these three maneuvers will lower my APR. She was correct my APR dropped to 2.8 percent, and my monthly payments were $199.00 for 60 months. However, the total price of the vehicle came to be $21,000.00, and I was required to increase the deposit from $8,000.00 to $10,000.00. I was not interested in paying $21,000.00 for a 2010 Nissan Murano with 61,174 miles. I stepped out of her office, and I went back to the salesperson office. I was about to explain to him that I was no longer interested on the deal. Then the finance person showed up at sales person's office, and between the both of them began to convince me that this was a great deal. Now keep in mind that I had just seeing at the dealership a Nissan Rogue also for a very good price. I was telling them, that I would rather purchase the Rogue. However, it was eight something at night, the end of month, and it would have been an inconvenience for them to begin a new contract for me. I even told the sales person, that if it was too late, that I would return the following day to make the purchase (Tuesday). However, he and the finance lady kept on insisting that I was making a great purchase, and for me to finalize the contract with my signature. I finally caved in and signed the contract, gave a $10,000.00 deposit and purchased the vehicle for $21,000.00. As soon as I left the dealership, I felt very uncomfortable with deal / purchase / transaction. Now keep in mind that my residence is only ten minutes away from the dealership. I got home immediately, and began speaking with my girlfriend regarding the sale and crunching numbers. I was correct I would have gotten a better deal on the 2013 Nissan Rogue (JN8AS5MT1DW525169) with 22,887 miles for $17,594.00. I could have gotten this vehicle with tax, tag and dealer fee for $19,000.00 or $19,500.00. I would have also gotten a lower APR from the very beginning, because this vehicle is still under factory warranty. I would not have needed the extended warranty to have a lower APR. That same night I returned to the dealership (9:00 PM), but they were already closed. Therefore, I returned home again with the vehicle. On Tuesday, September 01, 2015, at 9:00 AM, I returned to the dealership to return the 2010 Nissan Murano and to purchase the 2013 Nissan Rogue. I met with the general manager, and informed me that this would be a difficult process. That with today's technology, even though the transaction is only 13 hours old, the payment was already submitted to the bank that financed the deal (Chase Bank), and the registration was already changed from the dealer's name to my name (purchaser). I explained to him that I returned the previous night, but the dealer had already closed. I also informed the general manager that I had sent an E-mail and contacted the Nissan Corporation USA for assistance with the vehicle exchange. The general manager informed me that the only thing that he can do is buy the vehicle (2010 Murano) back from me, but not for the same price that I bought it. The price that general manager offered me was $400.00 less. In addition, the general manager informed me, that he will have to pay the amount borrowed from Chase, and that he will refund me all the extended warranty that was added to the 2010 Murano. Once everything was said and done, the total cost for the 2013 Nissan Rogue was $21,190.97. Please keep in mind that the original price of the Nissan Rogue was $17,594.00. read more

I recently purchased a beautiful nissan from salesman, Tom, who was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was fast, understanding of my timely commute I was making to see the car and was very patient with my many questions. Tom was honest and presented amazing professionalism. I was having a great experience until I started dealing with the finance department. The finance manager was very pushy, didn't care what I had to say or my reasoning for my decision to finance through my personal bank. After the interaction with him we were sent to do the final paperwork with a tall blonde who treated me like I was dirt. I was confused about where to sign and she kept huffing and puffing and acting like it was such an inconvenience. I was with my grandfather who is blind, in which I told her, and she kept getting mad that he couldn't see where to find. I would buy from Tom any day, at any other dealership! I have to agree with Michael B (another reviewer) .... once they sell you a vehicle, you're on your own. We experienced good customer service and attention from Viola, our sales rep, but felt that the manager on duty that day was distracted and unwilling to provide his full attention. He didn't even drive or engage in any research on our trade-in vehicle, resulting in an insulting low-ball offer. He provided false information as to the whereabouts of the car we wanted (prior to signing the paperwork), resulting in us having to wait a day for them to bring our car from another dealership located 100 miles away. We should have been provided that info prior to signing. Additionally, contact with the parts department the day after we picked up our car was unsatisfactory. My wife received no offer to help her carry heavy-duty floor mats and a large trunk liner out to our car. No one even got up to hold a door for her as she struggled with these products as she left the store. Consequently, we've lost confidence in them to provide honest follow-on customer service and we will not be returning to Wallace for service or parts. I do not recommend them for a new or used car purchase as I feel that you can do better elsewhere. read more

I had started my search online through USAA and had a dealer committed price with a Nissan Dealer down south and one in Orlando. I wanted to stay as a Wallace Family customer, so I brought my paperwork from USAA to Wallace. I spoke with Holden on the phone and made arrangements to meet him. He was prompt and curtious. I wanted a one specific color and had all of my optional equiptment determined. Holden and I sat down and created a deal. There were minor hiccups, as I am very demanding. Holden and his Manager, Garth were more than accomodating and demonstrated nothing but professionalism through out my experience. I would highly recommend this dealership. What a great team!! We will continue to be a Wallace Family as my son-in-law will be purchasing a vehicle from Wallace in the near future. read more

Nice car Terrible Wallace Nissan RUST problems with Altima, 2013, 2014. Rust first appeared under the hood at eight thousand miles (our 2013 Alt. 2.5S) took it to Wallace Nissan of Stuart for the first rust repair problem which took Five (5) day's to repair. Area of Rust top braces left, right side + Top of two strut area.Then the Rust returned four (4) more times. As per their serve mgr. "I'm the only customer with a Rust problem". Wallace Nissan Stuart loans me a Wallace 2014 rental with 11,000 miles on it while they repair my 2013 again.. Hey lets look under the hood of this Altima 2014. Guess what was under the hood in the same area of our Rust problem...RUST. But i'm the only customer with a Rust problem. I would tell all Wallace Nissan owners of Altima's (2010-2014) to check under the hood by the fire wall we hope U don't have and Rust problems. And if the deal that I presented 2 weeks prior to walking into your dealership to sign paperwork on wasn't reasonable or realistic, why was I asked to come down? I do not think you are understanding my position. And understanding why I think your dealership needs to be accountable for their actions. Barry was my Mom's salesman and he is AWFUL!!! He took advantage of my mother (her being a single, older woman), he sold her a new car that was NEVER detailed, used the excuse that they had a Skeleton Crew the day she purchased it, that was the reason it wasn't done properly ( IT WAS NEVER DONE ). Took it back to have it done "again", figures that day it was raining but they at least they got the black marks off from inside the interior and she was told to come back another day. Went back to have it done "again" and as she was driving home she noticed little dots all over her windshield driving home. Long Story short she thought it was just a crappy job done, you know like if they sprayed it and didn't wipe it all the way... Well, my husband and I went over to see it and it was NOT done again... the little dots were like Over Spray. (that's what it looked like, they were even little white dots covering the entire car) the Salesman Barry, was IGNORANTLY RUDE yelling and blaming it on my mom parking under a tree when the car is garage kept... the manager seemed like he was going to handle it (his name is Luis), but he chimed in playing the blame game as well... MADE MY MOTHER FEEL LIKE AN IDIOT and like she did something wrong, when the dealership is the one CLEARLY at fault. What a horrible feeling. No one buying a brand new vehicle should feel like that. Shame on them! As an added not Barry was dishonest from the very beginning even when it came to just the mileage on the car. The first time we looked at it, it had 8 miles on it and a month later when my mom came back to purchase it, she asked Barry how my miles does it have now and he said only a few other people looked at it... We were thinking 30 miles... that would have been okay. BUT NO, my mother found out DURING the financing that it had 213 MILES on it!
