My review is about keeping politics out of the workplace (which is an American standard) and the results I had after my last session (see the pictures). Please stop making assumptions on people based on what they look like. It's not the first time you've made stereotypical comments. I honestly don't think that you recognize that you do it. You most definitely switched out a tool or device because you were "having trouble pulling hair out on the first try." I've posted the picture of the results. Pictures don't lie. When I arrived, the door was locked, and I waited about 15 minutes in the hallway before anyone let me in. Once inside, the aesthetician spent around 20 minutes talking about her business and the products she uses basically a sales pitch, then briefly looked at my skin for about 30 seconds before telling me that microneedling wasn't suitable for me and recommending an $800 laser treatment instead. I can appreciate a professional opinion but a consultation consists of asking the patient their concerns , what treatments or products they are currently using , goals. and thorough examination of the skin . None of this was done . In total, I was there for about an hour, received no treatment, and later came home to find a $250 charge sent to me . I then had to spend additional time sorting out a mix-up in their patient profiles. Despite the circumstances, they refused to refund my $20 deposit, even though I never received any service. Overall, the experience was unprofessional, frustrating, and felt misleading. Poor customer service and lack of transparency -- I would not recommend this place.
