When you're in the service business you should be kind and courteous and eager to answer any questions and gain a new client. This was not my experience with Nancy. I had some simple questions. I haven't had a spray tan in twenty years and want one for an upcoming event. she was with a client when I called and acted like I inconvenienced her?!?! Why is your phone on if your with a client? Why would you answer while with a client? That's not my problem... sounds like hers. Also, why put your number on your page if you don't want potential clients calling?!? Anyway, Nancy text me a link to book an appointment. Which, I thought was tacky because she said she would call me back. Right then, I was pretty sure it wasn't going to go well. I replied I had a few questions and she called me back. She made it clear, she didn't want to. She was crass and rude and treated me as if I was uneducated and ruining her day. Needless to say, I called someone else. My five minute phone call with Nancy was enough to call someone else! She was able to fit me in her schedule the next day! On Thursday at 4:30 I met her at her house. She's super nice & made me feel very comfortable.
