I have learned so much since coming to her that I was doing wrong and have been getting waxed for years. She taught me that I was over exfoliating and less is more basically. To think I would get Brazilians every 4 weeks when Neza has gotten me to a 6 week minimum schedule. I do believe this is all due to her skill and using both traditional wax and sugar. Not to mention she is such a sweetheart. I will keep making that drive for her! She is worth it!

The front desk associate was amazing -- so kind and professional -- but my waxer, Uka, provided one of the worst services I've had. She explained the wax wasn't cooling because the building was so hot, but the wax itself was way too hot and very uncomfortable. She didn't apply pressure after removing strips, which made it especially painful, and went over the same areas of skin more than four times. I've been getting waxes for over 10 years and have never had this type of reaction from my skin -- I left red, irritated, and sensitive for days, and even then not all of the hair was removed. Unfortunately, I would not recommend booking with Uka at this location.

I booked a quickie 30-minute session right at Unwind's opening time, and Anna double-checked that I didn't need to finish by a specific time -- I work remotely, so no issues there, but I love the consideration. Our session never felt rushed, and it was the perfect length to address the specific sore spot I was dealing with on my back. It's difficult to find a massage-focused spot that offers 30-minute sessions in the first place, so the $70 (plus tip) was WELL worth it at Unwind!
