While everyone's experience will be different based on a variety of factors (how strong your natural lashes are, if you wear makeup consistently, how will you take care of them, etc) I personally have great retention from her lash work and nobody can really tell that they aren't mine. Shawn makes sure that her clients have at least a basic knowledge on aftercare and general health of the areas she is providing service to as well. Also, if you aren't familiar with the area be aware that you go inside the mall and follow the signs towards the TJ Maxx. In my case, my 'visit' started a few hours before my last scheduled appointment. I texted her to let her know, and she asked me to cancel and reschedule. No problem. It was tough to find a new time slot on her calendar that worked with my schedule, but when I finally found one, I reached out to ask her to reschedule me since I didn't officially cancel through the Booksy site and I didn't want to get charged to deposit fees. She said that my previous appointment was automatically cancelled and that the deposit for that appointment was non-refundable since the appointment was not cancelled 24 hours prior. Well, 24 hours prior to that appointment, I didn't need to cancel, soooo... I thought that there should have been some flexibility there, especially given that she told me to cancel, but when I reached out and expressed this to her, she left me on read.
