I want to leave a review for Greer, but I can't find how to do it on your page, so I will send it in this message. I just had my hair highlighted, cut and styled by Greer. I am an older woman, and since the pandemic I have not been to a stylist. I went naturally and totally white around my face and the back was salt and pepper. Everyone liked it, but I felt frumpy. Greer was so patient while I showed her the styles and color I liked. She was so knowledgeable about what would work and wouldn't work on my hair and she really listened to me. I felt very at ease and confident with Greer, and we went with a beige blonde highlights and lowlights. The organic dyes left my hair soft and shiny. When Greer finished with my hair, I could not have been more pleased. The color complimented my complexion and I look years younger compared to before I had my hair done. I have received so many nice compliments on my hair, too. Greer also has a fun personality, and I highly recommend her. I also liked the salon and when you get your hair washed, they put a warm towel scented with essential oils of your choice around your neck and it is marvelous while Greer massages your head. Jacquelyn always works with my crazy schedule and she always makes me feel and look beautiful. I never understood how to wear makeup, and I wanted to look more professional; Jacquelyn made sure to take the time to teach me how to look fabulous. She recommend hair products that finally got my hair under control and she even mixed a foundation for me with her own line, Ammoura. I finally felt in control; I could choose how much toner, primer, SPF, luminescence, and so on, went into my foundation. I am a woman on the go, so Jacquelyn made sure to make my foundation meet all my needs. Jacquelyn mixed the colors until they matched my skin perfectly. FINALLY FOUND THE ANSWER! I have searched most of my adult life for a foundation that not only covers my red-faced Rosacea but is also non-irritating for my super sensitive skin. I've tried everything under the sun!! Layers of cover-up so thick you want to peel it off, burning skin - even with hypo-allergenic and all natural ingredients. I was asked to try Ammoura custom made foundation and figured why not? Thinking this won't work either.... Well, to my pleasant surprise my Rosacea is not only invisible but I feel like I'm not wearing ANY foundation at all. No heaviness, no irritation, no sign of redness - NONE! I'm hooked. I have been having my hair colored for many years and have always been concerned about the chemicals I am putting on my scalp. But my vanity for hiding my grays, has always won out. For years I never really cared enough to consistently get my haircut with one stylist because they never understood what style I was looking for. My first visit with Jacquelyn was in March. I told her I liked my cut shorter but long enough so that I could throw it into a ponytail in order to suit my active lifestyle. She met exactly what I asked for!! I seriously could not be any happier. Each visit at the salon is always so relaxing (perks of having essential oil diffusers going) and Jacquelyn is so genuine and sweet which makes her great to talk to. It was my first appointment only to find the appointment I booked online didn't go through so they weren't expecting me. Jacquelyn was so gracious and didn't send me away with a rescheduled appointment, but stayed late to do my hair. She checked my scalp with a magnifying tool since I have a scalp issue, she was very informative. They have heating pads, weighted blankets, scalp massage, crystal masks, then rainfall rinse with botanicals and ended with a gentle bell ringing by my ears. It was lovely. Nice vibe and good music. Greer had been my stylist for over 3 years and then left that location. It took me almost a year to find her again. Within that year, there was no one that could cut or color my hair quite like her. Now, that I have found her again, it only reinforced my thoughts of what a great stylist/colorist Greer is. Even more so with using all organic products. Greer did my hair and my custom foundation, and I couldn't be more in love with either job! Jacquelyn and Greer are such great people, and though I'm new to their salon, I know I will continue to come back to them (and recommend them to others). The makeup can be made to fit you, which is incredible, and they take the time to get to know you and what you want, while also explaining what they're doing.
