I stopped in for lunch at Walk-On's in West Monroe and had the pleasure of being served by Gabby--she was fantastic! From the beginning, she greeted us with a big smile and made sure we felt welcome. She had such a great attitude and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. Gabby was super attentive without hovering, and she timed everything perfectly--from drink refills to checking in on our meal. She made the whole experience smooth, relaxed, and enjoyable. It's not every day you get that kind of genuine, friendly service. If you're heading to Walk-On's for lunch, definitely hope you get Gabby. Me and my friends went to walk ons and sat at bar the other night. Sara was our bartender, she was outstanding!!!! Service was top tier. She was a sweetheart and hilarious. Definitely kept us entertained. Food was very good, she recommended boudin balls and gumbo and she definitely was not lying, they did not disappoint !!! Also something that usually doesn't happen when we sit at other bars, we all wanted to drink something new and different and she picked our drinks based off of what we said we liked and mine was a pineapple martini!!!!!!! read more

One of my friends suggested Walk-Ons a couple weeks ago and I had never been, so I agreed. It was INCREDIBLE!! I wasn't feeling anything too heavy and didn't know what to order, and my waitress recommended the adult grilled cheese. It was fabulous and the service was even better! My waitress' name was Brynna, and if I ever go back I will be asking for her again. She made our whole night so much better and really just made us feel welcome and at home. We visited Walk Ons friday night and had a blast. Our server was Sydni, and she was awesome. I ordered the Bayou Pasta and am so glad she told me to get an extra sauce. The last time I ordered it, it wasn't creamy enough but the extra sauce was a perfect idea. My son got the kids catfish. For desert we split a bread pudding. I had never had bread pudding and was skeptical but once we heard it was made of donuts we had to try it. I will be returning soon. read more

I was very impressed with this restaurant. The service was great and the food was AMAZING. The atmosphere was nice, great dining room for families, nice bar area to sit and watch sports. TV screens you can see from either area. The staff was very friendly. They have a great kid's menu at such great prices. My kids, which are picky eaters, ate everything they ordered. Had an awesome time at Walk-On's. The food was solid all around--hot, fresh, and came out quicker than I expected. Good vibes in the place too, definitely a fun spot to hang out. i've been to many Walk-On's restaurants but the West Monroe location has by far been our favorite! our server Cheyenne was amazing!! she consistently checked up on us to see if we needed anything while waiting for our food and while eating!! The only reason I'm giving this place 4 stars is because the service was sort of slow. I absolutely loved visiting walk ons last night. Our server was Sydni and we loved her! We had the warm turkey and swiss, and with her reccomendation the sweet potato fries. Absolutely 10/10!
