Chicken Salad is always fresh and delicious. Not a lot of seats but West Monroe has more, but Salad is always delicious!!!

Always love CSC and today was no different except in a new town. Original CS on croissant was amazing as usual, service with a smile and clean restaurant. Always love the flavored lemonade and cookie for dessert. It's nice when traveling that I can eat here and not worry that the food will taste different from home. read more

I wasn't quite sure what I was walking into when my sister dragged me into a chain restaurant inside of a strip mall with a walmart attached nearby for lunch one day. . . . but I honestly was pleasantly surprised. If I worked nearby (as she does) I'd probably come back repetitively. It's certainly not by any means super healthy but I hope to assume they use a lighter dressing than whole fat mayo in their salads as their calories are listed on the side and it wasn't as steep as I would have presumed. The magic of chicken salad chick is that you can get your chicken salad designed with all of these seasonings and toppings and flavor profiles and then thrown onto either a bed of lettuce or have it as a sandwich or you can turn it into a trio and add a cup of soup or side. Hearing this magical news I opted to have mine on a buttery croissant. I went with the Buffalo Barclay because they legit say in this description: "craving buffalo wings?" Well, sure I am. And I added a side of the broccoli salad because all of the soups sounded way too heavy. The chicken salad was delightful. Just the right amount of kick and creaminess. I tried my sister's Lauryn's Lemon Basil and that may be one of the greatest chicken salad concoction's I can ever have imagined. Think creamy pesto with a hint of lemon. I could drink this and slather it on pasta. The broccoli side was weirdly too much. It had a lite dressing but it had cheese and bacon on it and I'm not a huge bacon fan especially when it's over vegetables, so that was a hard pass for me. A free soft beverage was included and I tried both the southern sweet tea and lemonade and got my sugar kick for the day. Extra sweet touch is that they include a soft sugar cookie with your order. They're melt in your mouth delicious. Even though this was a chain restaurant I was impressed by their bold flavors and creative meals. read more

I will start by saying the food was delicious. The customer service was a 0/10. I don't care how good your food is, if your customer is trash your entire establishment is trash, in my opinion. This was my FIRST time ever ordering or eating at this place. When I walked in I went to the "online order" counter. She stated she just put my order in, it would be a few, 10 minutes go by & nothing. At the 15 minute mark I see food that I assumed to mine (which later I found out was mine)...I asked her for an update on my food, she said it wouldn't be ready yet. At this point a few people had came in after me, ordered & left. But that order on the counter was being overlooked. After about 25 minutes, the manager took that food to the Doordash pickup starting by the door ... I stopped him before he set the food down & asked did that order say "Raven" he looked me in the eyes & said "yes it does" -- I have my hands reached out to get the order from him, he proceeded to set the order down & walk away.. read more

I was picking up an order through a third we party delivery site and the way I was treated was horrible!! As it was my first time going to chicken salad chick, I did not know there was a shelf with mobile/take out orders and third party delivery sites. Like i previously stated it was my first time ever in chicken salad chick. I was waiting in line patiently and this man (white with short hair cut) I'm assuming he was the manager or general manager, asks did I need help with anything and I said yes I'm picking up order for so and so. This man precedes to get so loud that the whole store can hear him and says in the most condescending way that the order was on a shelf with DOORDASH above it. He talked to me like I was a two year old child. Mind you I already told him who the order was for so as I'm picking up the bag he snatches it out my hand and tells me I need to read the receipt. The only order that was on the shelf was mine and another order which I knew wasn't mine because I had two meals and that one bag had one meal in it. He literally embarrassed me in front of everyone by talking down to me like I couldn't comprehend simple task of telling me where something is located. As a black woman, I felt he talked to me like that because he thought I was uneducated. The white lady behind me in line also had an order sitting on the shelf and didn't realize until he made that scene. And of course he didn't talk to her like he did me. Exceptional Customer Service: This location earned a life long customer today. I ordered online today and I guess there was a technical error, long story short I wasn't able to get my food prior to closing. I was really frustrated and wanted some type of explanation. I tried calling and wasn't able to get through. I decided to check their Facebook to see if I could find anything out, well the restaurant closed early for the holidays. I messaged the vendor and explained my frustration, the responded within 2 minutes and helped explain the processing error. I was extremely pleased. read more

My family and I went to get dinner here but weren't aware of closing time so as we walked in and began to order, what I assume is the manager, yelled to another employee to make sure the door was securely locked because they didn't want more people coming inside so they could go home, her name was Jamie Boyd if I recall correctly. Very very rude & tried to rush us ordering. It was my mother I's first time ordering here & we will not be coming back. The food was great but her attitude & customer service was nasty & ruined the whole experience.
