This location seemed to be the easiest one to visit for me, so I decided this was a good place to start my toilet shopping. I was on a time crunch (and a budget crunch, and a style crunch) and I just needed a new one ASAP. I came in without an appointment to look and see what they had for toilets. I picked out a few that I would be ok with, and Rona was extremely helpful with showing me pros and cons of each of my choices. She guided me towards a fixture that I'm thrilled with, it came delivered exactly as promised with no cracks or damage, and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I'd definitely return for my next purchase, and you should go check this location out.

Van Nuys has a seriously underrated little plant gem hiding right in the neighborhood!…read more I was on a mission to find pesticide-free milkweed for monarch butterflies and decided to check this nursery out. I'm SO glad I did. I ended up taking home three milkweed plants, and they were exactly what I was looking for. Luis made the experience. He was welcoming from the beginning and actually took the time to walk me around the nursery instead of just pointing me toward a section and sending me on my way. He answered my questions, showed me the different plants, and you could immediately tell how much care and dedication he puts into this place. One of the biggest reasons I'll be returning is that the plants are not treated with pesticides. When you're buying milkweed specifically to support monarchs, that matters! The entire nursery also feels genuinely cared for -- the plants are well maintained, the watering setup is thoughtful, and there are tons of interesting and exotic varieties to look through. Even before I arrived, Luis was helpful. I called to make sure they had milkweed available, and he answered the phone and was incredibly approachable. This is exactly the kind of small local nursery I love finding. Personal service, healthy plants, knowledgeable people, and you actually feel good about where you're spending your money. I will absolutely be getting my plants here from now on. If you're a plant lover -- especially if you're trying to create a butterfly or pollinator-friendly garden -- GO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT.
