Absolutely no issues here. First off plenty of parking. This was the closest Walgreens to my hotel. It was very clean and tidy inside. I got a bunch of drinks and love that they have the Gatorade Water. Can't get that out in Cali for some reason. The prices were great and the cashier was very nice. This pharmacy is the absolute worst. They are understaffed and highly disorganized. You wait to speak to someone and when you do they are not helpful and never take responsibility. On several occasions prescriptions have been delayed and then several days later, when asked when they will be available, they have forgotten to order the medication. Do not go here. We arrived on time for back to back vaccine appointments we booked online, and the pharmacy member said they'd be with us soon. But they wound up running over 45 minutes late for the first appointment, and 20 or so minutes past the second. The system also had somehow lost the paperwork I had submitted, but redoing it was pretty quick. Would recommend another spot for vaccines if possible, but apart from the wait, this place was fine. This one star is for the same day delivery that Walgreens offers for eligible prescriptions. I paid $5.99 plus tip to have my prescription delivered because I was sick and didn't want to leave the house. Order placed at 11am. I didn't get my prescription until the next day. When I called the store, they said they were waiting for the courier (Uber) to pick up. So if you're looking for same day delivery, forget about it. You won't get it until the next day. Walgreens offering same day delivery on eligible prescriptions is a SCAM. And they're charging $5.99. read more

Currently on hold to the pharmacy here for the 3rd time this afternoon following 2 previous prolonged holds which both terminated with them hanging up on me before I was even able to speak with the pharmacist, or anyone else for that matter. Have now wasted over an hour of my afternoon on hold to this pharmacy! The only reason I'm calling them is because they requested I do so because of some unspecified "technical issue" with a prescription refill. This is an absurd, and abusive waste of my time. The pharmacy staff are awful. Common medicines seem to be always out of stock, and they will not get back to you. The store is also disgusting. Stay away, there are better pharmacies around the area. I have picked up scripts here before, but last time I tried to drop off a fedex package, I got barked at by the incredibly smelly fat woman behind the counter for not having my face covered. She refused to give me a receipt for my package, and kept insisting that I go get a face mask, to which I replied that I would not be leaving the store without either my package or a receipt. After calling a manager over, they eventually gave my my package back and I took it to a real fedex store. I don't recommend leaving packages here if they're important. On the other hand, if you like being lectured about hygiene by an obnoxious lard-ass who smells like she hasn't bathed in a month, you'll probably love this place! read more

The worst! The people here are incompetent, rude and completely inefficient. I was at the photo counter waiting to get my print. The employee (A) at the photo station saw me, walked away from the station to open up a new check out counter. I thought she was going to come back, but no. Pass 1. There are about 8 customers checking out and 2 manned check out stations. A good 7 or 8mins passes by with me just standing at the photo station waiting to be helped. Employee B's line at the check out clears and he starts walking in my direction. I wave and say I am collecting my photo and without having me finish my sentence, he said 'hold on', then walked away. Meanwhile, employee A is helping an older lady who can't find what she needs. 2 minutes later, he emerges again and walks past me, ignoring me and goes to see what help employee A needs, while shouting for employee A to help me at the photo station so he can help this older lady. Employee A and B start telling the older lady that what she wants does not exist. Older lady insists that she has bought it here before. Employees are rude and tells her that they don't have such products. Nobody comes to help me. This goes on for a good 3 minutes before employee B tells the older lady to go find employee C down the aisle. Employee A finally helps me. More than 10 minutes just standing around waiting to get ONE photo, that I've already paid for online. No 'sorry for the wait' or anything. Terrible. read more

Pharmacist claimed my medication stopped being manufactured months ago and tried giving me some other generic brand. Went to another Walgreens and they ordered it for me- no problem. I have been to several different Walgreen's stores throughout my life and have always preferred them to CVS or any of the other local drug stores/pharmacies. This particular store, although located very close to my apartment ,which is nice for a girl without a car, makes me want to walk the extra half a mile just to get to the local CVS where the employees actually want to HELP their customers. There is generally only one cashier, a very slow-moving but sweet woman who would rather make conversation and comment on every single item she scans than keep the line moving. The lines are VERY long so be prepared so spend the majority of your time in there waiting. The store is very dirty and nothing is where it's supposed to be, but it's the rude and completely oblivious attitude of the employees that really turns me off to this store. I was sick with the flu recently and decided to quickly walk to this store and back just so I could pick up some sort of medicine to help me sleep through the night. A male employee happened to be standing right where all of the cold/flu medications were. I walked over there sniffling a little (I did have the flu) and he turned to me and said, "Eww!" with a look of pure disgust on his face. I then, very politely, asked him if he could step aside for "just a sec" so I could quickly grab a medication and be out of his way. He looked blankly at me for about 15 seconds and then turned right back towards the medicines and went back to work arranging the shelves as if I was invisible. Another time, I went to make a simple return. This was on one of the rare days where there was absolutely no line. I walked right up to the cashier and asked if I could please return an item and before I could finish my sentence, she barked at me "Go to photo" and made a completely unintelligible announcement over the loud speaker. I walked to photo and there was a man working on something so I was very patient and waited. At least 5 minutes went by and not even an "I'll be right with you" or any sort of acknowledgement. I finally said, "Excuse me, I need to make a return and I was told to come to photo" and was told very nastily, "Yeah? Well I'm busy!!" Anyway, I could write a novel if I described every single bad experience that I had there. Long story short, if you want to be ignored, demeaned and just treated like you're nothing but an nuisance, this is the store for you! read more

I mentioned to my roommate yesterday that this quite possibly the worst "convenience store/pharmacy" I've ever been to in my entire life. So I decided to review it. I do go here to pick stuff up because it's so close to my apartment, but I cringe every time I pull in the parking lot. It's plain to see that everyone who works here HATES their job. Nobody is friendly. Nobody offers to help. Shelves are rarely stocked. The customer service is terrible. Good job, managers... And the register lines? Forget about it! Usually there's only one cashier on at a time. Once the line builds up to, oh, I dunno, 20 people, they decide to call someone else over. There's no sense of urgency; they just seemingly don't care about the quality of their service. The cashier's idea of help is to say "you can go over there to pay" and point in some vague direction to some phantom cash register that can't be seen. No, I'm not going to wander the store looking for your hidden gem cash register, because I've been waiting in this line for 10 minutes already and there's no way I want to lose my spot in line, savvy? I've been to the pharmacy once, and the service there was better. So I guess if I could give 1.5 stars I would. But I can't. So yeah, it gets one star for its close proximity to my apartment, but that's about it. read more

I'd put no stars if I could. This site is BY FAR the stupidest to get a covid-19 test. It was a drive thru, but the email we got said if you didn't have a vehicle it was fine, we came by Uber so naturally we didn't have a car. When we got there the woman at the desk was like "you have to have a car" and we were like "but we have an email saying it's okay." She didn't care, no car no test. She DID though let us know that the fedex guy was coming at 5 so if we could hurry up and get our test it would be best. Thanks. So we walk over to the window waiting to see if anyone getting a test would ALSO let us in to get ours. The window was nothing special that needs a car. They were testing out of a McDonald's look alike, we totally could've done it on foot. They had a glass, they had a drawer, level ground, why a car? The lady was not a help at all, and she could see we were in a rush. So I then proceeded to call an Uber and tried to explain to him if he was okay driving us through a covid test for my friend. He didn't speak good English so now I'm running around Walgreens to find a translator to ask them. While I'm doing this the clerk woman was just watching me do all this because she INSISTED we need a car. So then I got the Uber, he was fine with it, we went through the drive thru. The woman (who was smiling) was SO SLOW getting the test, talking to us, and being overall at tentative. Like she didn't care. Oh also, when we we're at the window my friend had to GET OUT of the car to take the tube out of the drawer, so again, WHY CAR? Don't ever come here for a covid test. Credit to the Uber driver though, coolest guy ever. Gave him a $10 tip for an $8 ride. So I guess go Uber, fudge Walgreens read more

If I could give this pharmacy ZERO stars I would. They almost never fill a prescription on time and I usually have to call my doctor TWICE to confirm it went through. To boot, they say "can you hold a second" which turns out to be ( and I exagerate not) almost ten minutes. Then they can't tell you jack about a backordered prescription and seem not to give a rat's a$$ about that being a problem whether it's in their control or not. read more

This is about the pharmacy. They keep messing up. You better count your pills, we've been getting the wrong count. Like 60 instead of 90. You better hang on to your prescription bottles, because they will randomly cancel out remaining refills. When handing over the prescription, they have also entered the wrong number of refills. And make sure you check the dosage, as they have handed out the wrong dosage! They are notoriously understaffed, stressed and error prone. Service is slow. read more

I picked up photos at the Photo Center on 4/30/18. The staff at the photo center were quite rude. First there was a guy was at photos who said he didn't work in photos. So he called for help, stayed at photos, but sat down and was playing on his phone. The shift manager came over. She greeted me like I was doing something wrong by asking to pick up my photos. My photos were under my maiden name instead of married name, but I corrected myself after her first search. Perhaps the extra search upset her. When it came time to pay, I asked if I could go get something else, and she said that she wouldn't wait for me to get something else and I had to pay the photos first. I get it that you have store rules, but the customer service in explaining the process was terrible. A little smile goes a long way. read more

I thought a few times I went to this Walgreens lately, that staff I dealt with were having a bad day! I have been going there for years. I'm TOTALLY DISGUSTED with the staff and store! I was wrong, their employees are the RUDEST, INCOMPETENT, etc... I'm on the phone right now, well just ended call, PISSED OFF! I asked for a delivery for a few enemas! FIRST, he didn't know what it was. I spelt it 3 times so he put me on hold to go look for it. 3 times a VERY Rude man kept picking up the line giving me lies as to what he was doing, I tried to talk but he just told me he would be back, put me back on HOLD. I'm in a wheelchair and today, no one to pick it up. Well, Phil, that's what he said his name was, came back and he found it, now he tells me, they don't deliver, I could do curb side. Website is wrong or he is. Asked for Manager and of course, she was off. Fact is this Walgreens and it's staff should REVAMP ASAP from the ground up! I've been to my share of pharmacies, on Long Island and Brooklyn (Cost of living = high), and somehow things are cheaper there than at this location. Store needs a little love in the cleaning department, it does look pretty grimy. Cashier is slow moving and people just choose to deal with it. They did have chocolate pudding, so +1 star. read more

I was having a visible allergic reaction today and wanted to get an antihistamine instead of going to the hospital. I came in and a pharmacy tech asked me if I had a question. The pharmacist was standing right there and I explained to her I was having allergic reaction and she looked at my hives and told me to hold on while she folded up a bag and continued to laugh and have a conversation with somebody else working there who was standing next to her. I waited for a while and eventually left the counter to go find something myself. She yelled after me asking if I had a question... uhh too late witch gotta go make sure my throat doesn't close. read more

It's Walgreens. They've got lots of things you can get here and the prices are pretty good. I do believe that they need some renovation at this location, just because a lot of things look kind of outdated. Besides that, the staff is helpful and it's a great place. read more

I deliver to many Walgreen's so I am able to see the behind the scenes and this store is very clean and the staff is very nice and courteous . the bathrooms and stockroom and store it self are very well kept and of what I know of the pharmacy it is run very well by very nice staff too . Extremely incompetent pharmacy. Hangs up on you when you call to refill a prescription. Does it get any worse than that?

Had three issues the last time I visited this location: 1) There are advertisements for in store coupons right on the item shelf, but cashiers have no stock of in store coupons and hence no access to the advertised discount for the customer. 2) They have expired manufacturer coupons attached to products. 3) Extremely rude worker (Rachel working at 12:45 pm on 1/07/18). When asked by another employee about an expired coupon attached to the product she started yelling across customers with a huge attitude "obviously we can't honor the coupon. [Even though we left the expired coupon on the product ] we didn't stick it on there, it's not our problem, it's the manufacturer." She was very defensive and quick to point fingers. Very poor customer service and causing a scene to other customers. When asked for the in store coupon booklets she said she didn't know and blamed it on the fact that she had just started her shift. MAJOR ATTITUDE and embarrassing for Walgreens. read more

I don't know why but this store seems incapable or receiving prescriptions sent electronically. I have had 3 different doctors offices send in a prescription and walgreens claimed they never received it. I never had this happen when I was using CVS but I stopped going to CVS the 2nd time they gave me the wrong medication. I once had to wait an hour at this walgreens to get my medication because I had to have my doctor call and tell the the prescription over the phone. I don't know what is wrong with their system but they really should put some effort into fixing it. I guess it's better than the extreme incompetence of the CVS close by but it would be nice if there was actually a good pharmacy in waltham. read more
