I scheduled an appt for 8/20/21. Online directions said test would take 24-48 hours. This time period passed. When I called the pharmacy they gave me two incorrect #'s for labcorp, who they said did all the testing. When I called back to relay this info to the pharmacy, after much pleading, and stating that they could not call for me, a worker finally agreed to call them. She got back to me, saying no information could be obtained and that sometimes tests could take 3-5 days. This was not stated anywhere online nor when I confirmed the testing timeline at the appt. I am doubtful that she really called. This is horrible customer service. read more

I only came to this location out of desperation in needing an antibiotic filled because their other location couldn't do it before closing for me. I will NEVER come to fill a prescription here again after how rude the staff was there. I had questions as to how long the wait would be, since I was in my car they told me just to pull over and they would text me when I was ready. Once again I asked for a time, I was told there were a lot of other people and I was holding things up so they wouldn't give me an exit time. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They constantly have long lines and wait times, and mess up prescriptions, dosages or sometimes forget to fill prescriptions. Tonight they did all of the above and lost one of my prescriptions as well. The techs are rude and unknowledgeable. Unlike some of these Yelpers I have always had a wonderful experience at this Walgreens but, Im only going to write about the Photo Center specifically!! MAX did an amazing job with helping me scan edit about 40 pictures while I had a full blown anxiety attack trying to finish up my project before a huge event I was having. He was very friendly and patient made sure everything was done correctly and to my liking. I couldn't have been more pleased with his service in specific. He was a great aid on a day of major stress for me! I will continue to come to this Walgreens for all my photo service needs for sure! THANK YOU MAX! read more

Andrea, with the very nasty attitude has prompted this review. I shop at this location regularly but this morning I had a very bad experience. The store states opening time is 6am. I arrived at 6:25pm. Lights were on....nobody was visible. I knocked on the door....no response. There were 3 of us waiting outside .At 6:35am, 2 employees came out of the back room. One came to the door and advised they cannot set-up and open until the manager arrives......with that.....in walks the manager and they lock the door behind her. All 3 employees disappear into the back room ( to the left of the photo area ). I continue to knock on the doors, hoping someone can acknowledge our existence out there, but nothing. We all wait 8 more minutes when in no apparent rush, they appear and are casually holding their register boxes. Finally (at 8:44am), the manager unlocks the door. I ask her if the store opens at 6am? She replys "yes" (nothing further). I ask why the delay? In A VERY NASTY tone, asks me if I really want to know (seriously?). Of course, I say yes and she then ( again....REALLY NASTY TONE!!), tells me she does not appreciate my banging on the doors (knocking, as I stated earlier ), and that the regular manager who was supposed to open, has Covid and they called her. When I heard that, I asked why that couldn't be nicely explained to us and her response was the following......"Are you going to argue with me or shop?" Clearly, this "manager" was not happy to be there and most definitely needs a refresher course in Customer Service. read more

Rudest pharmacy ever. It's like they literally are trying not to help you. Been here multiple times and waited in line for quite a while before getting told they don't want to help because they're closing, also been told in the same visit that they don't have a certain medication while another pharmacist says they do. They just seem confused and uninterested. read more

I went to this Walgreens to add money to my Pre paid card and the cashier had the nerve to ask for my ID!!! Since when did Walgreens ask for ID to add money to a card? The pharmacy department is phenomenal. I've been a customer for 5+ years and they have always exceeded my expectations and are nice and helpful no matter the hour. They are educated, caring and always have advice to give when I ask. Just for clarification, this review is directed towards the pharmacy not the actual store. My first time getting a prescription filled at an outside pharmacy so I chose this location since it's closer to my home. I called ahead of time to make sure they carry this particular medication in stock. Spoke with a pharmacy tech who confirmed they don't carry it in stock but can order the medication and have it the next day. So I head to the pharmacy with hard copy prescription in hand. Speak with a guy at the front and I made sure to make myself clear that I need the brand NOT the generic and that I was willing to pay full price out of pocket. He writes in large caps on the actual prescription "Brand!" He says the pharmacist says they can order it and have it in the next day. Relief, or so I thought. I get an automated call the next morning saying my prescription was ready. Great! I go after work to pick up and they were trying to give me generic. I did my best to keep my cool and not make a scene. It was not this poor girl's fault so I didn't want to take it out on her, but frustration was really kicking in. I look behind me at a long line of people waiting so as to not hold them up I asked for my original prescription so that I can have it filled elsewhere. The girl at the front was understanding and even tried to look it up online. Then she tells me that according to her this medication has been discontinued by the manufacturer. Am I high? Was it literally just discontinued or did they not even bother checking yesterday to see if this could be ordered or not? Liars! It was extremely important that I get this medication on this day because I needed to start it the very next day. When things are time sensitive like this, incompetence is unacceptable. I can't believe that a company like this would allow such a lack of professionalism to represent them. I'll never go here again for pharmacy needs. read more

The parking is not easy and you'll lucky if you can park on the street. The prices are higher than any other store but you can find the things that you want. The check out you have to wait long because of few cashiers. Monthly they have different kind of shirts that they design and in expensive but the rest of the staff that you needed are over price. They have variety selections of vitamins and they can refill also your prescription but you have to wait long line. The only good part of the store are the service because they all nice people and close to our place. read more

Getting my prescription for birth control literally took longer than my actual appointment at planned parenthood earlier. I got there, gave her my info/prescription slip, and she told me it would take 20 mins. 40 mins later I get up and am like, hey... I was just waiting on birth control. She says "oh, we had to call your doctor." She then proceeded to ask another employer if she had called and she said no because of something with the number. She then asks if there's iron in it, I say yes and grab my old container out to show her. She then says "oh, problem fixed! Give me minutes." It's been 10 mins more. This is the closest drugstore to where I live so I pop by whenever I need something. Compared to other drugstores the prices seem ok - they have a lot of specials going on, and I always save at least a couple bucks off the final amount. But since this Walgreens is pretty small, it's a game of roulette whenever I'm looking for something. It is hard to find staff out on the floor however, and I'm not sure what the pharmacy situation is like. Not my first choice...but definitely the most convenient. read more

Why does this pharmacy, that has all 18 of my prescriptions, screw one or two of them up every month?? They are REFILLS. And then, when they fill one as a non generic, when I Always get it as a generic, why say they are going to c all my Dr to fix it and then I have to call every single day to remind them to call. Pharmacy tech is the least competent person with advanced responsibilities ever encountered. Called to check inventory of a particular drug (brand version), was told drug is in stock, drove to pharmacy, tech took order said will be ready in 30 min, waited 30 min, walked up to window, tech says, "oh sorry this medication is not in stock." "But I called and you confirmed," I said. Sorry no, we don't have it. We only have the brand version (which I asked for). Tech said it will be another 30 min. Tech and pharmacist do not communicate, tech foes not listen, exceptionally poor customer service, and more over service. Trusting your health to these people is a GIANT MISTAKE, and hazardous to your health. read more

I have endured years of awful service at this place, but resort to using it because it is the closest pharmacy to me. Prescriptions not ready when they're supposed to be, VERY long wait lines, etc. Today was a new one when it took a 16 minute phone call, and several times being put on hold (why? to help other people? to try to shuffle me off to someone else?) to find out if a prescription was ready, and they lied to me telling me they had a call in to my doctor, when, according to my doctor's office five minutes later, they had not. If this store can't handle the volume of patients, FIGURE IT OUT - hire more staff, expand - do SOMETHING - anything instead of lying to your customers. I'll be looking into the independent pharmacy close by rather than continue the frustration with this place. read more

Went here for years without a problem, but recently started having repeated issues with prescription refills being deleted, attributed to the wrong doctor, and just general prescription filling headaches. Between that and Walgreen's terrible app, I'm done dealing with this place even with the convenient location and drive-thru. Not worth the risk of not being able to get crucial medications timely, pissing off my doctor's office, or the headache of dealing with just plain stupid people. read more

VERY POOR SERVICE. If you want to quickly pick up a prescription do not go here! Even the "CONVENIENT DRIVE THROUGH". I spent a 1/2 waiting in the drive through line, and the lady in front who had been waiting for a 1/2 hour as well saw a lady in the pharmacy standing there not doing anything while the line wrapped around the building. When I finally got to the window I told the the lady that the service here is horrible and they have a line of angry customers. She then told me that I'll have to wait and walked off with a smirk! Another 10 minutes of pushing the "service" button got the attention of the assistant manger who was absolutely useless except to tell me that the "CONVENIENT DRIVE THROUGH" isn't actually meant to be "CONVENIENT" and I should pick up my prescription inside. I quote "CONVENIENT DRIVE THROUGH" because thats what the recorded greeting says when you call the store to talk to the manager. "Thank You for calling Walgreens at the corner of Coldwater and Magnolia Blvd, now with convenient drive through service" read more

Thank goodness for Walgreens being everywhere, since I had forgotten to pack my emergency inhaler and was on the verge of a bag coughing spell, I was able to call into this location and have my prescription transfered and ready within an hour for pick up! Not sure why the negative reviews about the pharmacy or cashier. Went there after getting frustrated at some other large pharmacy comparable to Walgreens, and Walgreens had my prescription in about 30 minutes. Just drove thru and dropped it off. Gave them my cell # and was sent a text when it was ready to be picked up. When I went to pick it up, bought something else and the cashier was as friendly as one should be without it being weird. Price-wise, I have no idea but I was extremely happy with the drug bill. read more

Very poor service. Chose to walk here to pick up my prescription after receiving a voicemail that said it was ready. The girl behind the counter stared at me like she just realized she worked at a pharmacy for the first time. She said they weren't in charge of making the call that it was ready, it just automatically does that (when it's SUPPOSED to be ready). But it'd be "just a few minutes, they needed to print off a piece of paper". I told them I'd wait. 20 min later I go back to ask how much longer it'd be. They said "oh, it's ready." Deplorable customer service! I am moving my prescriptions. I have never had less than a 15 minute wait just to pick up a prescription. Twice they have called me to pick up and could not find them when I arrived resulting in another 10 - 20 minute wait.
