She supposedly called MUSC pediatrics in Mount Pleasant and said despite two people confirming it was sent to Walgreens it somehow got sent to sweet grass Pharmacy on 1952 Long Grove Dr.. at that point I said I'd pick a prescription up. I drove around for five minutes. I could not find a pharmacy at that address. I then parked at Musc pediatrics parking lot and walked around in the rain and could not find it. I then called sweet grass. They told me they'd moved. I got the directions and drove up the street past the restaurant, basil. When I got there I heard the voice. I talked to on the telephone and they started take care of me when I asked them when they moved. They said four years ago I told them I looked it up on yelp and this is the address I got and I've been driving around all that time once I heard the word yelp they seem to be friendlier. Everything essentially went well. They had a problem with the prescription I had to pay cash for it, but thank God it was generic I I can't believe then four years. I'm the only one that got the wrong directions from Yelp that was the only downside of the entire experience.

While I was traveling, my wife attempted to pick up my prescription on my behalf. I personally spoke with three different pharmacy employees from an airplane trying to determine where my medication was. I was repeatedly told the prescription was still at my health clinic. That was wrong. My health clinic confirmed the prescription had been sent back to the pharmacy hours earlier. Despite that, the pharmacy still claimed not to have it, and my wife was unable to pick it up. This reflects a serious breakdown in communication, prescription tracking, and basic pharmacy procedure. Had this been insulin, seizure medication, heart medication, or another time-sensitive medication, the consequences could have been far more serious. South Carolina law requires pharmacies to maintain proper prescription records and dispensing documentation. In my case, the pharmacy could not accurately account for the status or location of my prescription and repeatedly gave incorrect information. Patients deserve accurate information, competent service, and confidence that their medication can be located when needed. Based on this experience, I have completely lost confidence in Sweetgrass Pharmacy and will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere.

I've ordered this dish 5 times since they opened. Also...I've used the upstairs seating area as well. Has elevator or stairs and big windows with a view of parking lot. Also has upstairs bathroom available with microwave and condiments. For the grocery store side...things are pretty well stocked and pretty well labeled/marked per aisle.

For years, this location offered top-notch customer service, which truly set them apart. However, in recent years, I've noticed a decline in customer service. The warm, attentive interactions that once defined the Publix experience are becoming harder to find. It feels like the store became a little too comfortable being the only major grocery option in the area for a while--and that has affected how customers are treated. With new competition moving in--Nexton, Moncks Corner, and the upcoming Carnes Crossroads locations--there's going to be more choice for shoppers. I hope this motivates the Cane Bay store to refocus on the exceptional service Publix is known for. I still shop here and appreciate many things about this store, but it's time to step it back up. The customers have noticed the shift.

Each time I go it seems they are adding more and more gluten free options which helps me out! The best part, we earn fuel points so that I can save on gas!!! Now I'm not sure about all of you, but I love saving money! The only way I would stop shopping here is if they put a Kroger or an HEB near by as I think they are the only 2 stores that may have a bit of an edge!

We shopped the competitors, and one was too far and one was more money. But Sam's Club in North Charleston checked all the boxes: Decent distance from our apartment, great services, a membership sale, and better prices for most of our essentials. This location is super clean! Well stocked. And the staff was super friendly! We got lunch for our family of 4 at the cafe and spent less than $14, which is wild, and the food was great. When we first got there it was pretty quiet and there weren't any lines, but by the time we checked out it was definitely busier. But thankfully, we decided to give "Scan and Go" a chance while we did our first shopping trip, and it couldn't have been easier! And the huge plus was that while everyone else stood in line, we just finished our transaction on our phone and headed towards the exit arches where we were on our way! I'm not sure exactly why we waited so long to join, but we're feeling like legit, responsible adults now, so that's a win. Might have to go get a mini-van soon...
