Why do I keep coming to this rat hole? I came to get my 90 day supply after getting a notification that my prescription was ready, the store is virtually empty, no line so I approach the counter and provide name and dob, she looks me up in the computer and turns around to look in a box in the circled area (see picture), without saying anything she goes to the back and comes back about two minutes later to look in the same box, this time she pulls all the prescriptions in that box and goes to the back again. Nothing! Long story short a second employee comes and doublecheck the box and all the surrounding boxes, still nothing and this time they both go to the back. One guy waiting behind me and about 12 or 13 minutes later one comes back and looks again in the circled area with a little more systematically and orderly approach, Nothing! I look up and in box number 71 at the top and at a distance I seem to recognize my last name on the first label sticking out and when one of them comes back I tell her to see if that is my prescription and LO AND BEHOLD it is my prescription! She comes to me with a surprise expression and when the other comes back she tells her "he found it"! Two stars because two people tried hard but ratgreens system sucks Three months from now I will take it to the competition for refills. 1120 North Main St. is a FedEx pick up. Just traveled 20minutes to get here. Refusing to take my package until FedEx makes 4 pm pickup.

Consistently waiting 45 minutes or more for prescriptions. People are usually very rude with the occasional surprise. If you cannot operate the business then close it. read more

Walgreens is more than a place to pick up prescriptions and toilet paper! These days avoiding large crowded grocery stores is a must so it's nice to be able to stop by Walgreens and pickup small items like coffee and coffee creamer. They sell a variety of phone accessories and a variety of seasonal items like scented hand sanitizer and hand creams. This store could use some TLC, carpets could use a cleaning or replacement but the staff is generally friendly and they are open 24 X 7. read more

This pharmacy is TERRIBLE. My Dr had to submit my prescription twice as they said it was not received. I called ahead and they told me it would be ready in a little over an hour. 2 hours later it still wasn't ready. all of this after surgery. And on top of that staff was rude and the pharmacist was non chalant and told me to get back on line and wait again. Listed as a FedEx site. Went in and was told to buy an envelope. Once envelop was bought and presented, was told that I had to have a preprinted label. If I could preprint a label with the smartphone, I could have FedEx pick up at home. Watched other FedEx customers turned away for a package was too big. If you aren't going to be a shipping center, why bother? The only reason why I went into this Walgreens was to ship something. Removed my prescriptions years ago due to the argument I had with the pharmacist regarding my sex. I am male, identify as male. I always enjoy coming to this Walgreens for their pharmacy specifically. They have a drive-through as well as coming inside to pick up your orders. Even when the line is long, it moves quickly and the employees are very friendly despite how rude some people can be. This is one of the most friendliest pharmacies I've been to. It's one of the busiest in the state so expect long lines. The crew is always kind to me and they try their best with what resources they can provide. The Walgreens app is the most helpful tool in helping to improve your experience - it shares when your photo order is ready, if something needs a refill, if there was a delay in your order, if they need insurance updates, etc. They offer passport photos as well plus there's a FedEx drop off in the event you have a prepared package to send off. There aren't many 24 hour pharmacies in the area except for the CVS down the road, so options are limited in the event of an emergency - I'm so grateful they're available! Very clean and one of the more modern pharmacy buildings in the area. read more

Walgreens is my go-to for printing and gift card purchases. This store is well organized. Walgreens is kinda expensive but you're paying for the convenience. Also, they run decent sales from time to time. Halloween supplies and candy are out. They usually have minimal employees working so it can be difficult to get assistance on any of the aisles. read more

This place doesn't even deserve a one. My prescriptions got sent to this location as it's one of few pharmacies that stay open late. After about 1.5 hours after calling them, they informed me that they didn't have my medicine in stock. I called the CVS down the street who had my kid's medicine available and needed to be sent the prescription from Walgreens. I called a few times which went into a loop where no one picked up. I finally went inside which no one was in line and requested to transfer my prescriptions. The tech confirm that she did, however, I ended up going back again because she only moved one. CVS never got the prescriptions from them. They called and said that someone hung up on them and when they called back no one picked up. By this time, it was time for them to close. I'm furious because I drove across town to pick these up. Both my son and I were diagnosed with the flu so we were already feeling terrible. I will be contacting their corporate office. It seems that this location has a history of laziness and incompetency when it comes to the pharmacy. Go down the street to CVS! read more

Worst pharmacy ever. The lines are always so long it's not worth the frustration. It's like they wait to fill an individuals script when they arrive to retrieve the order. It's not a functional operation, unless it's designed to burn out the staff and customers. When your doctor sends in a prescription to this Walgreens make sure you don't need it right away. We chose this location because it's open 24 hrs, but what good is it if your waiting for a prescription and they don't have in stock and they don't call, you to let you know. Now we 30 hrs later, we had to get a change n the prescription to something they might have, and sent it to another Walgreens, but still waiting for an answer to see if it's ready. DO NOT expect the pharmacy to answer the phone for refills. They had me waiting on hold for over an hour and never answered. I had to go up there to eat my prescription filled. It is a controlled substance so I have to call and have it refilled. I used publix before and they answered the phone always, however it was a drive for me so I wanted to try a closer pharmacy. I usually buy mine off of Amazon every year but they had the same brand I get, plus it was cheaper. Score! I also love that they had the Cadbury mini eggs here at Christmas time. This is the best Walgreens/ likewise store in town. Staff is always professional. Have a little of everything,(except when I was looking for a chessboard at 4am). The pharmacy is GREAT. Super helpful and quicker than most. The majority of the staff up front are helpful EXCEPT at night. There is one lady, foreign accent, piercings, and tattoos, who always seems super annoyed and unhappy to be there. I've never seen her actually help anyone, but there has been 2 incidents where I have personally seen her get into altercations with customers. Besides that, I have used them numerous time, at night, avoiding Walmart, to pick up odds and ends. read more

I drove across town because this was a 24 hour pharmacy. After waiting in a ridiculously long line I was told that the manager won't allow them to sell Sudafed after 7pm on the weekends. So, I need nasal decongestant at 7:30 on a Sunday night and they refused to sell it to me. read more
