The screens don't work at the pump and when you go inside, the cashier tells you you're at a different pump than your vehicle is. But they can't help you because the computer screen doesn't work so you need to move, but they don't put any signs out that say you should not use this pump. Does this sound confusing? Move your car and try again but that screen doesn't work so when you go back inside, you can't pre-pay to a different pump because a car might pull up and then you might lose your money. The customer service with the young lady with the dreads is awful. Very disturbing and distasteful . I approached this young lady in regards to helping another customer that called me over about to kiosk. I politely told her that the customer needed help. she huffed and puff as if she didn't even wanna be bothered with the situation. if she can't handle being in customer service then she needs to find a career that would works for her. They deliberately neglect putting receipt paper in the pump so you have to go inside for a copy! They think you're going to buy something else but it wastes your time having to go inside wait in line and wait for a cashier to print out a receipt! All the while every pump is baked up while you're inside, another customer could be getting gas! read more

Too bad I couldn't rate a FAT ZEROOOOO!!! Customer service associates are always rude at this location and never do their jobs. 3 associates 2 on the registers no receipt paper at the pumps. No tissue in the restrooms and I'm supposed to wait in line when. I already paid for my gas ??? Yet someone's walking around the store in the clock. Hmmmm looks like poor management and waiting the owners money --- but that's just my opinion. I won't be back for sure. read more

I stopped in today for a quick snack on my break. As I was walking in I noticed a sign advertising beer for 11.99 for an 18 pack. I thought that was a decent price and decided I would check it out. When I looked at the beer the signage didn't match. I asked the associate nearby to check on it and he said it should ring up 11.99 and he would have the signs corrected. He was very nice and helpful. He was even sure to come up to the counter when I checked out to verify the beer rang up correctly. I was impressed by their fully stocked grab and go area. I had a buffalo sandwich on a ciabatta roll and it was delicious. They also had a great selection of fruit and healthy snacks. As I was checking out the associate asked if I was a Spinx card member and I said I wasn't. He explained the perks (which are great by the way) and gave me a card. Before I left I checked my phone and they have Wi-Fi. They have a nice clean dining area, which may just be a nice way to spend a lunch break one day. Who knew? Lunch at the gas station? read more

First of all, who doesn't love a Spinx? They give you plenty of room to get by a pump, they accept cash and cards at the pump, they have a giant variety of beverages and snacks, and they have exceptionally clean restrooms. Everything a gas station needs! I really like this location if I have to stop in before work, as it isn't as crowded as some of the other stations in the area (and while I have no idea why that is, I don't mind it!). Their fuel is usually cheaper than most, and they do offer E85, Diesel, and regular gas. Love it! read more

They have along with the store across the street the lowest gas prices I've seen anywhere around town by far. In Mount Pleasant I drove by three pumps that had prices all at $3.30...at Spinx 15 minuets up the road, $3.02. If you have an E85 ethanol capable vehicle you can get gas below $3 a gallon. I hate thinking that those prices are low but compared to what we have had in the past couple years anything around $3 seems pretty great. The inside of the store is fully stocked and kept very clean. It's nice to see a new store come in and drive down prices! read more

Totally agree with the reviewer who mentioned the toilet paper difficulty in the ladies restroom! I'm glad it wasnt just me. That said, thought, the bathrooms are very nice and I could tell they had just recently been cleaned. My husband said the men's bathroom was clean too. Good assortment of drinks and snacks. This definitely seemed like the nicest gas station in this area. read more
