First the Parkers Kitchen or Gas Station looks always look like they take great care is looking clean and immaculate as if the owners make a real effort on appearance There are wash basins at each pump so everyone can clean their windshields. The prices seem to be updated real time so their gas is going to be market priced just like any other major gas station. As far as getting in and out the engineer needs to go back to school. The space is limited and navigating around incoming and outgoing cars is cumbersome. Clearly this wasn't taken into account Walking inside it's like.... Like walking into a gas station in Napoleon Dynamite, extremely sterile and ominously quiet. I mean it's cleaned, well stocked and clearly laid out but void of character as if intentionally life draining. Sorry, it's just the vibe I picked up on. They have standard snacks and drinks. Versions of Mt Dew, lots of types of beer, chips by the bagful. They have a very clean and extensive soft drink station, enough to satisfy the most persnickety of kids. That said, their little food station smelled pretty good. Now before I moved to Texas and walked into Buc-ees I never EVER ordered "homemade" food from a gas station; NEVER. However I've since softened that stance. While I didn't indulge this particular visit, they did have some aroma's that tempted me, such as freshly fried chicken. I did note that cigarettes here were more expensive than other stores. I'm not sure if I like how they have their checkout. It seems a bit interesting with one, attendant servicing four self-checkout stations. Unfortantely my machine was broken mid-transaction. It literally sat their waiting and the lady rebooted it and nothing. A slight hiccup but very annoying. Overall, a gas station has to really go far out to entice me to do anything other than my normal "gas station stop ritual" which is buy gas then leave. Parkers is clean and a safe spot but it has a weird middle of nowhere vibe. As far as what 90% of us do, this is a great place to stop in.

They have several pumps, ample space for parking, and a nice car wash. They keep the property clean inside and out. There are hand sanitizer dispensers at every pump and I've seen employees emptying the trash on occasion. Inside, you can grab snacks or a beverage from the aisles, as well as chapstick, hand sanitizer, or other little toiletries. They have a snack bar and kitchen where they make hot plates of food. They are always busy, but not in an annoying way. They move the lines fast. I've only utilized the restrooms twice and they've always been clean. It's tricky getting out at times, but knowing the flow of traffic helps. There are three noticable entry/exit areas, but there are actually really four. There are two on either ends of the pumps. The one closest to the carwash is hard to exit unless someone kindly let's you in since it's a few feet away from a traffic light. The other end is the best way to exit if you're heading toward the interstate. The rear entry/exit off of Palmetto Commerce is great if you are heading away from the interstate and down Palmetto Commerce. Sometimes, you can skirt across to get back heading towards the interstate. Right next to that is a road that actually leads to a neighborhood Walmart and a traffic light, which is very helpful if you're heading down Ladson Road towards Dorchester Rd. While my boyfriend was washing his car, I went into the store to use the bathroom. The restroom was impressive. It was clean. It also had huge privacy walls in between stalls. They are like actual walls. It is nice. Overall, this is a great gas station! If you need gas, snacks, drinks, or a cleaner car, come here!

Sunoco off of Ladson road is in a very safe area of town. Moreover it's extremely easy to get in and out of in a relatively fast manner. Inside is wide open and relatively clean. While I didn't go through all the isles, it's better than some gas stations where you feel a bit antsy. The shelves are stocked with plenty of snack selections. Also for those who are "Mt Dew" nutcases like me, they have the exclusive Infinite Swirl in their fountain machine. Trust me - get it, it's awesome As for the employees the clerk was pretty nice and fast. I didn't inspect the bathrooms so nothing there to report. Also, I can't speak on gas b/c I didn't fill up. Inside is a different story, it is somewhat run down and has a sketchy vibe about it. Their snack selection is limited but it's just dirty. I literally walked in, looked around couldn't find what I wanted to drink. Some of the snacks have been there for a WHILE and I just wanted to get out of there pronto. As for the employees she was nice but to be honest I don't think she wanted to be there. I can't imagine what their bathrooms look like. I can't speak on gas b/c I didn't fill up. Just now, he filled up his tank and got $.30 off per gallon. You get $.10 off per gallon just for being a rewards member. He also had $.20 off per gallon worth of points. He also comes here for the car wash. He has a membership for it. It's convenient because there's lots of Spinx gas stations up here in the Ladson and Summerville area where we live. Many of them have a car wash. We can use any of them with his membership. This is our favorite gas station. Try it out. You won't regret it. It's always clean. The store is large and has many things to choose from. There's lots of pumps. There's a car wash! They have vacuums. They offer air for your tires too. Plus the employees seem nice enough.

The approach and the exit are a bit of a challenge if you're unfamiliar with the area. The location is off a busy, congested road. The setup is a little odd. Fuel pumps, an employee in a little locked box space and a small selection of drinks and such in coolers near the 'box'. I thought it was weird, but since all I wanted was gas, it was cheap and easy-ish.
