I paid for $20 worth of gas and didn't think I had to check my gas gage to make sure the gas went in the tank. So I pumped the gas and pulled off got on the interstate and happened to look down and then realized that my gas gage never moved. I'm thinking my car's gage is messed up and nope I paid for $20 worth of air in my tank. Couldn't very well go back because I already drove about 10-15mins down the road and didn't think they would honor it. So I took that loss and decided to give them another chance. It happened again, but this time I checked before I even fully cranked my car up. So they did honor it this time and I've been coming back for all my needs since. Also, I drive for a living so I frequent all kinds of gas stations, but I try my best to find a Parkers before others. I really like the atmosphere in most of them, but not all. I've come across some truly mistreated ones. The College Park Rd one is by far my favorite out of all of them. I believe it starts with the management at any work environment to have a very good work environment. If the employees are treated right and with respect, but also held to a certain standard then they'll do the job and want to show up and be respectful to Everyone. The manager over the College Park store is really awesome I see her working right along with her employees, talking to them about whatever they need to talk about or what needs to be done and so on. I've watched her run the kitchen, work the floor, train employees, take deliveries all while talking to the customers and helping them during the process or her staff will jump right in and take over whatever she needs them to. They're all a truly wonderful team in that store and I always recommend the store to anyone whom may ask or don't ask I tell them anyway to go to the Parkers on College Park Rd you'll be happy with the service and the cleanliness. Parkers just FYI that's one manager that you need to hang on to at all cost because she knows what she's doing and she does it very well! Sunoco off of Ladson road is in a very safe area of town. Moreover it's extremely easy to get in and out of in a relatively fast manner. Inside is wide open and relatively clean. While I didn't go through all the isles, it's better than some gas stations where you feel a bit antsy. The shelves are stocked with plenty of snack selections. Also for those who are "Mt Dew" nutcases like me, they have the exclusive Infinite Swirl in their fountain machine. Trust me - get it, it's awesome As for the employees the clerk was pretty nice and fast. I didn't inspect the bathrooms so nothing there to report. Also, I can't speak on gas b/c I didn't fill up. That means I'm not sure about pump speed, if they have window washing units or an air tank. But if you're just needing to stop on in, there should be no issues.

Zack is a super cool person, I even try to make sure to buy my cigarettes when he's more likely to be there. Good gas station in a central location. Accessing it or leaving can be an issue with the traffic…read moreand lights at the intersection however. Make sure you enter and exist with the traffic or you'll be stuck forever! Prices are a little more than other locations, but that's because it's so close to town without being downtown. Pumps always work and they usually have music playing to entertain you while you wait. I never have a reason to go inside so I can't comment on those offerings.
