I thought maybe they would inspect it to make sure their equipment is working right, I'm not looking for damages since it is small. But he could have offered me my money back considering it was a $10 wash and now has his hand prints all over it plus a new scratch. As I left he said it wasn't a big deal, but you know, it is when the paint is pretty new & someone just ruined the wash you just paid for. Horrible customer service skills and rude.

I paid for $20 worth of gas and didn't think I had to check my gas gage to make sure the gas went in the tank. So I pumped the gas and pulled off got on the interstate and happened to look down and then realized that my gas gage never moved. I'm thinking my car's gage is messed up and nope I paid for $20 worth of air in my tank. Couldn't very well go back because I already drove about 10-15mins down the road and didn't think they would honor it. So I took that loss and decided to give them another chance. It happened again, but this time I checked before I even fully cranked my car up. So they did honor it this time and I've been coming back for all my needs since. Also, I drive for a living so I frequent all kinds of gas stations, but I try my best to find a Parkers before others. I really like the atmosphere in most of them, but not all. I've come across some truly mistreated ones. The College Park Rd one is by far my favorite out of all of them. I believe it starts with the management at any work environment to have a very good work environment. If the employees are treated right and with respect, but also held to a certain standard then they'll do the job and want to show up and be respectful to Everyone. The manager over the College Park store is really awesome I see her working right along with her employees, talking to them about whatever they need to talk about or what needs to be done and so on. I've watched her run the kitchen, work the floor, train employees, take deliveries all while talking to the customers and helping them during the process or her staff will jump right in and take over whatever she needs them to. They're all a truly wonderful team in that store and I always recommend the store to anyone whom may ask or don't ask I tell them anyway to go to the Parkers on College Park Rd you'll be happy with the service and the cleanliness. Parkers just FYI that's one manager that you need to hang on to at all cost because she knows what she's doing and she does it very well! Yesterday, I mistakenly used my pin code for $5.00 gas and they put a $25 hold on my account for several business days. I'd avoid this particular Circle K if you are reading this. If you are an owner or manager, you need to clean house and alert your customers with signs at the pump making them aware of your $25 deposit policy and debit and or credit transactions before you end up in court.
