I really like this store because they have growlers of craft beer for a reasonable price. And if you are like me and like happy hours, you will love Mondays and Tuesdays here when they have Growler Hour; during this time you get your choice of a free small growler, free pint glass, or $2 off a refill on your growler. In addition to the gas and beer they also are known as the lucky lottery store on the island; but I haven't had the pleasure of getting lucky there yet. Besides the cheap gas, craft beer, and lucky lotto this store also has some of the nicest staff around. Everytime I've been here everyone working has been super friendly and seem to be very happy working here. Aplus Sunoco certainly gets an A+ in my book!

I went there once with $57 of winning lotto tickets. She scanned them, I told her I wanted $40 on power ball. She rang it up and said I owed $10. Once that was corrected she handed me $57, not asking if I wanted anything else. I stayed there and I asked for 5 items, and she lazily went over getting the wrong ones, I had to tell her again, and she rolled her eyes and went back to get them. Then today, I turned In winning tickets, asked for 10 draws, $4 each on powerball, what did I get? 20 draws at $2 each . I didn't catch it in time and walked out with them. I had to ask this other lady and clarify a few times exactly what I wanted. This place is going down hill!

I paid for $20 worth of gas and didn't think I had to check my gas gage to make sure the gas went in the tank. So I pumped the gas and pulled off got on the interstate and happened to look down and then realized that my gas gage never moved. I'm thinking my car's gage is messed up and nope I paid for $20 worth of air in my tank. Couldn't very well go back because I already drove about 10-15mins down the road and didn't think they would honor it. So I took that loss and decided to give them another chance. It happened again, but this time I checked before I even fully cranked my car up. So they did honor it this time and I've been coming back for all my needs since. Also, I drive for a living so I frequent all kinds of gas stations, but I try my best to find a Parkers before others. I really like the atmosphere in most of them, but not all. I've come across some truly mistreated ones. The College Park Rd one is by far my favorite out of all of them. I believe it starts with the management at any work environment to have a very good work environment. If the employees are treated right and with respect, but also held to a certain standard then they'll do the job and want to show up and be respectful to Everyone. The manager over the College Park store is really awesome I see her working right along with her employees, talking to them about whatever they need to talk about or what needs to be done and so on. I've watched her run the kitchen, work the floor, train employees, take deliveries all while talking to the customers and helping them during the process or her staff will jump right in and take over whatever she needs them to. They're all a truly wonderful team in that store and I always recommend the store to anyone whom may ask or don't ask I tell them anyway to go to the Parkers on College Park Rd you'll be happy with the service and the cleanliness. Parkers just FYI that's one manager that you need to hang on to at all cost because she knows what she's doing and she does it very well! The store owner told me that Exxon wanted to charge her over $1000 to fix it so she just tells customers that it isn't working. I no longer use pump number 6. So I haven't had any issue since.
