Outside there's no loitering people so one can feel safe while outside of the vehicle. Inside it's the cleanest station around. The floors are routinely cleaned while the air ducts are free of dust and debris (yes I pay attention to that). Next the fountain machines appear to be clean as well with a nice variety of soft drinks. The shelves are always stocked full with snacks and munchies along with drinks in the fridges. The best part is there's always at least two cashiers and their fast. Moreover the card readers are fairly new so they speed up the process as well if you're inside. The people are extremely friendly too! Again, if you need to hit a gas station for any reason, this is the one to hit. They're clean, fast and safe so you'll be in and out before you know it!

Any one will pick up on that immediately walking in, which should put any customer at ease. The produce section ROCKS. I mean it. For instance, I've been hunting for watermelon radish for a long time at 3 other chains and nothing. Harris Teeter had, watermelon radish, dragon fruit, buddha fingers, Rambutan, fresh exotic (not dried) mushrooms and so on. Moreover, I inspected some raspberries and a few other things - no mold! Best produce besides a farmers market! Next, it looks as if they're experimenting taking a page out of midwestern stores' playbook. They have a bar here! Now being a single gentleman I often like meeting women at a grocery store - although I always find the attractive women have some sort of rock on their finger. But I'm seriously considering coming back when it's open, if it's a true bar and not just a wine, beer sampling area. Finally the people here are extraordinary and go the extra mile. I asked where something was and the clerk took me too it. They didn't say "isle 4 by the bread" but nope they wanted to make sure I got what I needed. Moreover I don't have a card, No Problem! They gladly slid the store card in the reader to give me a discount! Come on... who else does that!? As far as grocery stores - this is where you want to go. The only thing lacking the variety of instore made food options and a place to dine. Granted, I came from Austin TX where we had HEB, literally 5 restaurants in the grocery store. I paid for $20 worth of gas and didn't think I had to check my gas gage to make sure the gas went in the tank. So I pumped the gas and pulled off got on the interstate and happened to look down and then realized that my gas gage never moved. I'm thinking my car's gage is messed up and nope I paid for $20 worth of air in my tank. Couldn't very well go back because I already drove about 10-15mins down the road and didn't think they would honor it. So I took that loss and decided to give them another chance. It happened again, but this time I checked before I even fully cranked my car up. So they did honor it this time and I've been coming back for all my needs since. Also, I drive for a living so I frequent all kinds of gas stations, but I try my best to find a Parkers before others. I really like the atmosphere in most of them, but not all. I've come across some truly mistreated ones. The College Park Rd one is by far my favorite out of all of them. I believe it starts with the management at any work environment to have a very good work environment. If the employees are treated right and with respect, but also held to a certain standard then they'll do the job and want to show up and be respectful to Everyone. The manager over the College Park store is really awesome I see her working right along with her employees, talking to them about whatever they need to talk about or what needs to be done and so on. I've watched her run the kitchen, work the floor, train employees, take deliveries all while talking to the customers and helping them during the process or her staff will jump right in and take over whatever she needs them to. They're all a truly wonderful team in that store and I always recommend the store to anyone whom may ask or don't ask I tell them anyway to go to the Parkers on College Park Rd you'll be happy with the service and the cleanliness. Parkers just FYI that's one manager that you need to hang on to at all cost because she knows what she's doing and she does it very well!
