When is in sight, she never says hello, if your of color she acts as though your not there most of the times. When ever she is the cashier, she never exchanges your items or receipt, change to your hand, it's always placed on the counter. This has been going on since Mrs D was there and was reported to her. Last week there was a line the was near the cooler and she came to the door behind where the microwave was and turned around when she saw the line. She finally came out when she saw white man at the end of the line and took him before the next customer in line. She then took about 3 other customers and left the young lady with still about 7 customers. Today, I was the only customer in the store, she got my lottery tickets with an attitude and started ringing them. A young white girl came in and she stop helping me to ring her up and when i said something, she said the company doesn't make money from lottery but made $2.49 from a coke sale. I addressed her in this matter and she clearly stated that my lottery money meant nothing to Refuel. As I am telling her that she is wrong and prejudice, she told me I can take my money elsewhere. This woman is never nice. Her behavior is never pleasant. The employees complain about her and says the complaints are never dealt with. There are several great people that were there left because of her. I need help to understand how and why is she still there. I know that I am not the only person that complains because there are several customers that I have seen at Parkers that says she is the reason why they don't come there anymore. In having a conversation with a white patron, he noted the phone number to call was on the door. He also stated that he says he has complained because of her behavior. I use to love going to this gas station. I stopped at one point because of this and went back because of the people there that are really nice and have great attitudes and great customer service. Today, she took me there where I told her she was mean, prejudice and just a Bitch and for no reason. This gas station is going to loose way more customers if she is not replaced. If nothing is done, i will continue to post to my social media. There is a young guy and another cashier there that are soooooo pleasant and is ALWAYS willing to help even some customers appear grumpy and they are the reasons why some still come there. I know I am just one person complaining but I spend $50+ when I come there each day sometimes 5 days a week.

She has 0 personality, acts as if grabbing things behind the counter is such a huge waster of her time, she's on the phone most of the time, on speaker, you have to tell her more then a few times, because she grabs the wrong things, or tries to charge you for extra stuff. I went there once with $57 of winning lotto tickets. She scanned them, I told her I wanted $40 on power ball. She rang it up and said I owed $10. Once that was corrected she handed me $57, not asking if I wanted anything else. I stayed there and I asked for 5 items, and she lazily went over getting the wrong ones, I had to tell her again, and she rolled her eyes and went back to get them. Then today, I turned In winning tickets, asked for 10 draws, $4 each on powerball, what did I get? 20 draws at $2 each . I didn't catch it in time and walked out with them. I had to ask this other lady and clarify a few times exactly what I wanted. This place is going down hill!

She was nice and processed my payment without any issues. They do have a table of heavily discounted candies. I picked up the Reese's Oreos since I had never tried that combo before, and for a dollar it was a pretty good deal. Being one of only a few gas stations on the peninsula of Charleston and being the only one right on the marina side offers a huge competitive advantage. Finally, scenery.
