Your pharmacy lacks professionalism and should go through customer service training. I should NEVER have to call other pharmacy's to see if they have a prescription I need. You should NEVER hang up on a customer for any reason. I didn't yell, scream, or do anything to warrant your behavior. I simply wanted clarification on if you had my prescription or not. Because of this, we will be switching our pharmacy and not supporting this store even for groceries. read more

The Teeter is still the best grocery store around. Make sure to shop sales and you will do great! Pizza is such a nice treat for lunch, too :) Parking is a nightmare but that is to be expected given how many businesses share the lot. The staff is super friendly and always helpful. Also, this is the only Starbucks I will go to. Hands down the absolute best staff at this Starbucks and they make my drink perfect, every time. My favorite neighborhood grocery and pharmacy. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Beautiful fresh produce, good seafood and meat selections, bakery, great subs and fresh baked pizza. Love our Harris Teeter! Parking is less than ideal just with crowds but once you're in the store, usually don't have issue. The produce is super fresh and we've never had issues with anything we picked out. The store on the whole is very well stocked and staff are friendly. Y'all just need to try their donuts from the bakery. They're perfectly frosted, sprinkled, and glazed. My coworker brought it for everyone and they were a hit! First time trying and will seek them out now. Harris Teeter is also know for their sale price markdowns and local produce for sale as well. read more

I've lived off Bees Ferry Rd. for almost eight years and waited a long time for a store like Harris Teeter. I even braved the crowds on opening day and marveled at how bright, shiny, and new the store was. It reminded me of the grocery store "set" on the TV show, Guy's Grocery Games. Even if you don't geek out over groceries, Harris Teeter has everything you need- and items you don't know you need until you arrive. If you shop when hungry, you'll impulse purchase the ready-to-eat food. Weekly specials include a $9.99 lobster dinner on Wednesday, a $9.99 prime rib dinner on Thursday, and $7.99 large pizzas (up to six toppings) on Monday. If you're not into that, check out the salad bar, hot bar, sushi, or Starbucks. After sitting in Glenn McConnell Blvd., traffic, why cook dinner when you can pick it up at Harris Teeter? This store is just like most Harris Teeters out there; well stocked, a lot of variety, decently priced but on the higher end, friendly staff, clean restrooms, and a great place to shop. Finding parking is never an issue, it is easy to go in and out of, the wine selection is out of this world and about 4 aisles long, and their baked goods are noteworthy. Visiting from the Western NY, the first thing I always get when I visit this store is their fried chicken. You can buy a bucket of delicious chicken for under $5, and which is light years better than any of the overpriced fried chicken we have up there. The fried chicken at HT is flavorful, just crispy enough but not overcooked, not oily, and yet with tender meat. If I lived down South, I'd definitely eat a lot of these buckets of chicken after my partner left me after I let myself go after eating all this delicious fried chicken. read more

First time ever in a Harris Teeter, and was impressed with the cleanliness and variety of food and products. However, I paid $8 to purchase 2 packages of pomegranate arils. The same day I made a pomegranate salad, but when I tried it, the pomegranates were gone bad and completely tasted like rubbing alcohol. I had to throw the entire salad away. When I checked the expiration date, they were passed expired. I wasted money, and will most likely not be returning. read more

I stopped in here with the kids late on Friday night to pick up a half gallon of ice cream. i know, one item? We were craving ice cream floats, and with this new location at Grand Oaks, it was hard to deny our cravings. Obviously this building is brand new, so it looks amazing, and all the shelves are stocked. Luckily, the building is set up in a similar concept to other HT's, so we were able to find what we needed, and then proceeded to the self checkout lane. Quick and easy, in and out. Driving 15 minutes to the other HT would've been such a hassle for us, and we probably would've been denied our ice cream floats that night. Spoiled, we are. read more

Ashley area since moving here, and have been super impressed with their employees and store overall. I like this store. It has a wonderful produce department that offers many different pieces of produce. Every department is great. The meats are good and the deli and bakery are awesome. Harris Teeter on West Ashley Circle is having their grand opening today, 2/19/2020. They have an amazing selection of pick up food. Today is lobster day and tomorrow is prime rib day. I recently moved to the area and having a store like this nearby is really great. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked and very clean. I went in here today on 3/3/2022 at 11:45am to get a rewards card. At other grocery stores you can get them at the register and fill out your info online. But at this store, they make you go to the Guest Service desk. So I wait in line and when it's my turn, the lady at the desk asks if she can ring up the person behind me because the process to get one takes awhile. Ok. I let her ring up the person's cigarettes. Then she has to walk away to get a card from one of the registers. Comes back and takes photos of my driver's license, asks for my phone number, and email. She says I'm still in the system and to use my phone number at the register. I got a card at another location years ago but I lost it. So I ask if I could get a new card, and she says I'll have to call customer service to get them to send me a new one, and refuses to give me a new card. When I go to the register to make my purchase, I give them my phone number and I am not in their system. Their rewards card system is the worst I have ever experienced. Just go to a different store instead of this one. I won't bother trying to deal with them anymore. read more
